This mattress is the best purchase my husband and I have made in our marriage!!! I have always had issues with being able to stay asleep and waking up in the morning without pain. Since buying this mattress last April I have had so many wonderful pain free nights of sleep. My husband and I both love it. We were looking at it about a month before we bought it because it is a lot of money to be spending on a mattress, but it is the best thing ever!! Buy it, buy it now and be prepared for great sleep!!!

Great mattress for a reasonable price. It is cozy and soft, yet still firm and supportive. Although I can still feel my significant other move in the bed sometimes it is significantly less than with our old traditonal spring mattress. I would recommend this bed.

Purchased my Queen size mattress a couple of months ago. As soon as my fiance and I started sleeping on it, we felt so much better. My fiance's pregnant, and is due a few months from now, and the Purple mattress has actually helped reduce some of her pain from pregnancy since she HAS to sleep on her side now, instead of her back. As for the service, since I bought my mattress before they had the promo of receiving a free seat cushion with the purchase of a mattress, I asked if I could still get the seat cushion, and the customer service rep said yes! Although it's a seat cushion, I actually use it as lumbar support since I spend a lot of time in my computer chair. It's great for it! Thank you Purple!

My original Purple mattress developed a sag. It was within the 10-year warranty so I contacted their customer service. After supplying them with a couple pictures of my bed, they not only sent me a new one, but also arranged for the old one to be picked up. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. I also didn't have to pay for any of it. No shipping. No charge for the pickup. It was all provided for free.

I had high hopes for the Purple mattress. I'm a below knee amputee and have hip & back pain pretty often, so I was hoping a new mattress would help reduce that. It was very comfortable when I first tried it out & I was excited. You can feel the mattress move with your body, to contour it. But so far there has been no change in back and neck pain.The bed may also be too soft for my likings also. I'd prefer it to be a bit more firm.

I had suffered for years with back pain and poor sleep. Being diagnosed with MS 10 years ago just makes it worse. One week after sleeping on the Purple mattress, I no longer struggle trying to get comfortable or falling asleep. I wake up pain free for the first time in many many years!

We recently upgraded from a queen to a king, the mattress is super comfortable. Sleeping through the night,even our dogs love to sleep on it as well. It's also the perfect height underneath the bed for our black lab to hide. Week 3 and we have no complaints. We also brought the frame as well, it's perfect no squeaky noises.

I have had several types of mattresses, by far this is the best ever. When delivered in thought it looked small to be comfortable. I was delightfully please. Comfortable. I usually have a hard time falling asleep, but now I fall asleep within a twinkling of an eye

The purple mattress is amazing. I have been waking up less throughout the night, and my back pain has decreased. I would recommend getting the bed with the purple sheets. These sheets are almost as great as the mattress. My overall complaint would be that the bed is too comfortable. You will find yourself waking up in the morning, looking at your "to-do" list, and rolling back over and going to sleep. Such a tragedy.

The mattress is quite different. It takes me about 10 minutes to get comfortable but after that I am fine. I have been able to sleep on my sides longer than I did on my old bed. I find that I am colder in this bed so I had to put a fleece blanket under my mattress pad up to my knees. I haven't decided yet whether to get another one or not.
