The mattress is awesome! Mattress frame is awesome! Customer service....hmmm...not as awesome. My frame box was damaged during shipping and one of the small plastic pieces that are part of the frame fell out of the box. I emailed them asking for a new plastic piece to get sent. Without it my carpet could get damaged... but other than a somewhat witty automatic mass response they send to everyone, I've heard nothing. I have no idea when they'll send me the replacement piece. It is a cheap piece they could send quick and easy. I even sent a pic so they'd know which piece. But alas, I've heard nothing. It is a minor complaint really...I'd buy the mattress and the frame again. And again. And again. It is the most comfortable combination of soft and supportive I've ever experienced and the frame is a perfect, solid, QUIET platform for the bed to rest on. Overall I'm a very happy customer, but I hope they get it together in the customer service department.

Mattresses still make you sweat! of course...sleeping on a plastic egg crate! And keep your apologies- and forget trying to drag these mattresses for return..freakin hassle! Oh ps..the t-shirt sheets...no they dont cut it either! Bought lesson well taught lesson...never again!

We have had this mattress for a couple weeks now, and it has been the best thing. I have insomnia so I'm awake most of the night, until I slept on this mattress. I sleep so good. I wake up with energy instead of dragging myself out of bed! Its very breathable, I don't wake up sweating. And the sheets! Oh my gosh AMAZING! love this mattress. Highly recommend it.

The mattress is great; as promised, much cooler than memory foam. Delivery notification was horrible. Tracking gave me delivery days, saying it was out for delivery-then it never showed up. 1 full week after I was told that it was on the truck and out for delivery, it finally showed up. Very inconvenient as I had people lined up to assist with carrying it upstairs and to help move furniture for 2 different days and nothing. I wouldn't have minded the extra week, waiting, but being on standby because I was notified it was out for delivery was very annoying.

Buying a mattress is always a little nerve-racking because of the cost and the effort it takes to set it up. (Well, set up was easy, but it is HEAVY before it is unwrapped) I noticed the very first morning after that I was not as sore. My husband has back issues and he is happy as well. I would say it's worth it!!

Never used the bed but I jumped on youtube to watch a movie trailer when the commercial came on. Usually I skip the commercials but found myself watching the entire commercial. Awesome commercial, great work ad team. Makes me want to buy the thing. Who ever the fairy tell chick is killed it.

We love our mattress, pillows and sheets! We recommend Purple to any of our friends who are in the market for a new bed. The quality for the price can't be beat. We sleep so much sounder and wake up with no back pain. We will be purchasing from Purple again for other bedrooms in our home.

It really does measure up. We were putting off spending the money but my hip pain became so bad, I knew SOMETHING needed to change. Knowing someone who has a Purple of their own, they swore by it, so we wanted to try. No regrets at all! Within the first week my hip pain decreased and we were sleeping better. Hip pain is still around after a couple months but very notable decreased, which is really more than I could have asked or hoped for- I can even sleep on my bad hip again which I wasn't able to do for months and months. My partner also loves it and sleeps far better, always saying how awesome the new bed is. As well as sleeping, lounging in bed is finally tolerable and not painful. Sitting on our old mattress used to hurt instantly and now on my Purple I can be comfortable for hours. This is our genuine experience, no incentive to write this but I just seriously recommend a Purple for anyone who was in similar daily and nightly pain from their hip.

I needed a new mattress and did a lot of research to finally choose this one. I don't generally have back issues or aches and pains but some mattresses definitely don't leave me feeling spry first thing in the morning. After sleeping on the purple for about three weeks I've noticed that my body feels really good when I wake up now. And I've even had an easier time getting out of bed (I'm a hit the snooze button several times kind of gal). I'm totally sold on the purple mattress and I would suggest it to anyone. I've definitely never had a better mattress than this one.

we purchased 2 twins to make a split king along with sheets and mattress protectors. Everything arrived quickly. We already had the pillows. We have had the mattresses a little over a month. These beds are truly temperature neutral and very comfortable. Previously, we had a 4-year-old pillow-top queen. Hot and lots of motion transfer. I am a restless sleeper and he is a hot sleeper. This is the original Purple mattress, as we cannot get the new versions in Canada. This mattress is firm but soft- it's a bit hard to describe. I sleep both on my sides and back. The mattress protectors do have a bit of a plastic sound but i don't think you can get away from that if you want to keep the mattress clean (i have my coffee in bed in the morning along with my two boxers. Not always a serene experience). The sheets, which i got as a promotion with the purchase of a mattress, have a few issues. First, the good: they are very soft and silky and quite cool in the heat. The elastic on the fitted sheet is truly hard core. That bottom sheet stays on all night. Now, the not so good. They pill, even when washed alone and on the delicate cycle. As well, top sheet is really, really long and really, really narrow. So narrow that it tends to wrap around me. I think these mattresses need stretchy jersey sheets to realize the comfort of the mattress, but they need a bit of a re-work. This bed system is truly unique. If you are looking for a new bed, this is worth exploring. I thought i would miss the cushy pillow top. I am not a big person and do not have a lot of body fat. This bed supports my hips and my lower back without engulfing me in lots of top padding, which ends up being hot in the summer and fluffy padding is not really supportive. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and would (and have) recommend this mattress.
