My wife and I were both having trouble sleeping on our old mattress. Many mornings we awakened with shoulder, hip or lower back pain. I'm a stomach sleeper but my old mattress prevented me from that position because of back pain caused by a sagging mattress. Purple has let me get back to my favorite sleep position! I've had some of the best sleep in years now! I look forward to the soft but supportive purple design! Very happy.

I am a heavier body type (250+lbs) and my wife is lighter body type. We decided to buy the base purple mattress after our current foam mattress was sagging really bad after a year and my wife is pregnant. The process of getting the purple mattress was amazing. We ordered it and it showed up in about 3 business days. It fit right in to our existing queen foam frame. It's been about a couple months now and the mattress has solved some major sleeping issues for the both of us. Wife states I don't roll around as much and she doesn't feel like she is going in my crater anymore. Wife feels like she is getting enough back support and has been loving the balance of firm/soft the mattress brings. I hope this mattress lasts as advertised. Might submit or edit a review if the mattress does not hold after a year.

I cannot believe we waited so long to order purple. Words cannot describe how our nights have changed for good. No sweating, no tossing & turning and most importantly the best nights sleep ever. Thanks Team Purple for developing this wonderful technology.

We started to have issues with indentations forming in our original mattress. We received another one and can already tell that this one is doing the same thing. Our original one did not start showing signs of indentation for almost 4 years but it has been months with the new one.

I purchased the original purple mattress back about 6 months ago and quickly decided that it was too thin. I contacted Purple and was able to exchange the original for the all-new purple mattress, which I was very happy to hear. They did tell me that this second mattress would not qualify for the money back guarantee though, and I decided to go forward with the exchange anyway. I was so optimistic that this would be the mattress of my dreams! So I took the risk and now about 3 months with the new 2-inch purple mattress, neither I nor my husband is happy with it and I can't send it back. I'm stuck with it! We are both experiencing back pain, that we did not have previously, and there are noticeable dips in it as well. It's just not the quality results that they advertise. I am looking forward to getting rid of it sometime soon and maybe trying the sleep number bed.

I've had the same bed since I was around 12. I'm 26 now. I came across Purple on a Snapchat add of all things. I started looking into and the more reviews I saw the more convinced I got. I finally decided on purchasing it. I've had it for about 2 months now and I've never slept better. For me it's a little pricey but it's a very good investment. The delivery experience is cool too. Though if you're by self when it comes and you have weak arms like my self it is a little heavy.

I had seen the commercials, but would not spend that much on a mattress (I am single). Then one day I was out shopping with my daughter, and there was a Purple seat cushion out for people to try. We thought our butts had gone to heaven!! I figured if the seat cushion was that good, then the mattress had to be good too. I sleep horribly and am often uncomfortable. Now, when I lay down to go to sleep, I hear my body say "ahhhhhhhhh" and I wake up feeling great. I was sleeping on a memory foam mattress, and I made that the bed in my guest bedroom. I recently sat on it, and it was nothing compared to my Purple mattress. I'm hooked for life.

I am having a lot of trouble getting used to this mattres. All the reviews are saying that i am supposed to have all my back pain gone and sleep like a baby. I am not even close to have less back pain. If anything...i am worst than when i had my old firm mattres. I am close to return this mattres soon.

My husband and I have been sleeping on the Purple mattress for about six weeks. To be honest, the first three weeks or so were pure misery. We had a pillow top prior to the Purple, and obviously the Purple mattress was considerably firmer, so we both had weeks of painful sleep; Hands, hips and shoulders falling asleep and frankly terrible nights all around. I read up and know that it takes your body about a month to adjust to a new mattress so we were not too concerned. Our limbs stopped falling asleep around week four, so that was good! My neck still hurts all the time, but it has been challenging to find a pillow that fits with this mattress. My husband's back and neck still hurt when he wakes up. This mattress still is not the panacea for pain and discomfort, but we are still willing to give it a chance within the allotted test period. It does an amazing job at not transferring motion as promised, as well as does sleep very cool. Both of those claims were met, but we are still waiting for the mattress to give us a great nights sleep (which is kind of the whole point!). We shall see..........
