Everything finally came in. Although i don't understand why i received it in three different shipments. The mattress is very firm. Almost as firm as the one i just got rid of. Still find it hot while sleeping. Not what was advertised. But still a very good product.

I ordered a Queen sized Purple Mattress. I am usually a side sleeper but sleep in all positions. I have spinal stenosis and used to wake up every morning with extremely tight lower back pain. Since I started sleeping on my Purple Mattress, I can honestly say I haven't woke up to any pain or stiffness at all! The bed sleeps nice and cool and I find myself sleeping all through the night. I love this mattress. Now I'm just dreading an upcoming trip and have to sleep on a hotel bed LOL!

Purple is definitely considered family. I do love my mattresses. I also purchased the purple pillow and purple bedsheets. The bedsheets completed my purple mattress experience. Customer service was awesome. My only suggestion is I wish purple would make a toddler mattress i have two toddlers that refuse to sleep anywhere else but my bed. I truly am happy with my purchases. It was money well spent.

We've had our purple mattress for three weeks now. We are still in the adjustment phase, I think. The mattress is very comfortable, but the required water-proof mattress cover we purchased was expensive - and crinkly - and has diminished our comfort and satisfaction a bit.

It took some time (about a week) for my back muscles to adjust. I compare it to when you first start seeing a chiropractor; your muscles need to get used to being in the right position. I purchased the classic mattress. I wish the top layer was an inch thicker. I am heavy so my hips tend to bottom out after awhile when on my side. I am working on that issue so I will see how it goes or if I will have to return. I really don't want to return because this mattress is great, I just can't afford the new Purple.

I did a lot of research before deciding and went and order a Queen size original. I will say it took a couple of nights to get used to it and now that I have it for 3 weeks I am well pleased, its the best mattress I have ever had and I have tried some of the real expensive beds out there and they ended up being junk and loss of money. I am well pleased with Purple Mattress and will be buying another for the guest room as well.....

So I've had the same bed probably since birth, now I'm 22. I had to get a new mattress and Purple sure caught my eye. So I bought one. And to be honest, I didn't like it the first 2 nights. It felt so off even for the first week. BUT!! Time is the ultimate judge. Now just a few weeks in, it feels... perfect! I love that bed so dang much!

We had an old conventional innerspring mattress that was causing us back problems. We decided that the purple mattress might be the solution that we were searching for. When we got the mattress,frame support, and mattress protector set up and started using it, we were expecting it to be a lot more comfortable. Its a lot firmer than we expected. We decided that we would give it a month or so fair trial. It seems to have softened up a little but still is too firm for our liking. We probably wont return it but we were hoping for a better experience. We both still wake up sore from pressure points.

I have relatively broad shoulders for my frame, so sleeping on my side (the only way I can sleep) meant I either had to let my shoulder get crushed and cause a huge arc in my back or raise my arm up and use it as a pillow to decrease my back arc - both ways resulted in really restless sleep and shoulder/neck pain. After a week with Purple my pain started to ease up and after a month I'm sleeping all night and waking up pain free. My wife adjusted more immediately, and like me, she's waking up ready to start the day rather than waking up sore or tired. I would absolutely recommend Purple

I've been sleeping on a Purple mattress a little over a year now and absolutely love it. I just bought two Purple Plush pillows and they are the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. My next purchase will be sheets and a Duvet. Purple products are the absolute best. I'd be willing to bet I have the most comfortable bed ever thanks to Purple.
