i really hope that it last as long as they say, and that it is (with the mattress protector, etc..) that is will stand up to punishment as much as they say. The mattress and the sheets and pillowcase make for an exceptionally comfortable sleeping experience.

The delivery was prompt and well executed. I was a little concerned on how a mattress would be delivered, however it was very easy. We have only slept on the bed for a little while and so far we love it! It is comfortable and we can barely feel each other or the dogs move. We would absolutely recommend this product.

I like the matress. My sleep has definitely improved. My first issue is with the amount of plastic used to wrap and ship the mattress. It seemed endless. When I pointed this out to the customer service person, she nicely said I could just put it in the recycle bin because it's all recyclable. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. My recycling pickup does not take this kind of plastic, especially the purple tube the matress comes in as well as the two other layers of plastic the mattress was wrapped in. I'm still looking for a recycling center that will accept it. Also the gadget included in the tube to cut it open was at the bottom of the tube and unreachable. The mattress was rolled up that the grey side (not the sleeping side) of the mattress was on top when unrolled. That meant it had to be flipped. It weighs 100 pounds. I weigh 120. This was not an easy task, but I got it done. So after all of this, yes, I like the mattress. Improvements in packaging are definitely needed. A more universally recyclable material for a starter and then a consistency in HOW the mattress is packaged are needed.

The mattress is good but I don't like that I have to keep searching for a good spot and now I am having so much pain starting with my neck, back, ribs, shoulders, hips and my legs wake up restless, it's getting so bad I don't know what to do cause I can't afford a new bed right now, alsoI didn't kinda like the foundation of the bed it's pretty cheapish for what you spend for, it's more stylish than comfortable and I sleep on my back, side and stomach so I don't know.

I was suffering back pain from my spring mattress that isn't even 10 years old, I've seen purple keep popping up on my Facebook ad and I thought I could give it a try and if I don't like it I could return it, my husband was skeptical when I told him it's made of food grade plastic grid. Now that we've been sleeping on it for awhile he doesn't give me grief about the mattress, and I'm back pain free! I sleep on all positions, start by lying side way, then on my back, sometimes on my belly. I can't say that it keeps me sleeping through the whole night (I've always wake up through out the night since when I was younger) But I can say that I'm now pai free!

I've had Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), also known as the suicide disease. I spend most of everyday in bed due to horrific pain and constant muscle spasms. I have prayed for something that would help, and the purple mattress offers some much needed relief.

Definitely recommend. Before this purchase we had just bought a temperpedic and paid over $2000.00 for it so I was a bit hesitant on this purchase but it has been the best investment so far not to mention im 5 months pregnant. My husband and I would highly recommend

Recently moved into an apartment without a mattress on day one, figured I could handle a couple days without one. Bad, bad idea. Fortunately the Purple mattress delivered quickly enough to save my bad back from further grief. Honestly, I would have liked the mattress better if it was a little softer, but after nearly a month with the mattress and my back feeling the best it could be, maybe, just maybe, this is a case where what I want is not what is best for me? I don't know, but spinal health is important to me and a satisfied back deserves 5 stars.

The level of support I get from my Purple 2 is unparalleled by any bed before. It's exactly what I hoped for. Combined with the pillows my sleep now feels therapeutic. I'm 6'5" 250 and I was worried about damaging coils but I can't imagine that would ever be an issue now that I see how the mattress reacts. It's quite an amazing experience and customer service has been great as well!

I bought it in hopes my back would stop hurting. I've woken up with a huge knot behind my shoulder and sometimes I wake up feeling like my ribs are bruised. I called to ask to return it and they said you have to have it for a minimum of 21 days because thinks like what I'm experiencing are normal.
