Mattresses are subjective, everyone sleeps differently and prefers different mattress, that's probably why the market is so saturated with mattresses claiming a great nights sleep. My current mattress didn't seem to cut it for me and I have a medical condition that can cause intense muscle and joint pain, along with intense intractable migraines. I figured I'd give this a shot. There are a few things I love about this Mattress: Temperature Control: It truly does keep you cool, I have never slept as cool as on this mattress. No night sweats, or waking up feeling hot. Movement Transfer: This mattress is great if you have a spouse, partner or a friend sleeping in it with you. You don't feel movement, much at all and there are no "holes" to fall into, like some mattresses create over time. Things I didn't like: Pain Level - This mattress virtually did nothing to help with my migraines, back pain or neck pain. I made sure to read the directions carefully, purchasing the mattress pad and running out to get "stretchy sheets". I have an adjustable base, which works fine with the mattress but I honestly ended up preferring my old mattress over this. Overtime, my migraines and muscle pain increased and no matter how long I used it, it persisted. I ended up sleeping on my old mattress one night to compare the differences, and frankly, I missed it. I'm sure this mattress is great for some people, just not so much me. I plan on returning it after completing the 30 days on it and well, within the 100 day night trial. If you are in the market for a mattress that keeps you cool and you prefer a semi-firm bed, then this is for you! Give it a try and judge for yourself, It just didn't work for me, like I had hoped.

I am still getting used to the mattress. I am a side sleeper, and the mattress seems a bit too firm. When I am on my side my calves kind of float over the mattress, so I'm not being "hugged" like I prefer. When I'm on my back it's great, but that's not where I typically sleep. I'm wondering if a topper would help my situation?

I'm not sure I will be keeping the mattress. My boyfriend is heavier than me and likes it, but I am lighter and tend to roll towards him in the night which is uncomfortable. I have back issues so I might be biased, but I prefer a firmer bed (this feels squishy and soft) because I am only about 130lbs. When my boyfriend moves, I get shaken all around. It feels like a completely silent water bed or air mattress. I might return the mattress. It certainly is a decent product but I'm not sure if it is worth the price just yet.

For over a year I've had to take 10-15 mg of melatonin and sometimes Ambien to actually sleep. I'd wake up multiple times a night with numb arms, and have the worst time getting back to sleep. We got our Purple mattress almost 2 months ago, and I am THRILLED! Not only do I not wake up in pain with no feeling in my arms, but I no longer take melatonin nightly and haven't needed Ambien. I was skeptical because gimmicks are a trend these days, but this is hands down the best purchase we've made in a LONG time. Seriously. I could see a major difference with the first month.

First time buyer. Owned for about a month now and haven't had any issues at all. The first night I woke up sore but I think that was just my body trying to adjust to the new comfort level which it wasn't used to. Every night after has been pretty awesome as I fall asleep faster then I ever have.

I am a caregiver for my aging father, and with cervical, lumbar and hip osteoarthritis pain, I was skeptical of any relief I would get. Wow, wow , wow, for the first time in a year I have slept without the pain that used to radiate down my legs, waking me several times at night with screaming pain. This bed is now my go-to place whenever I have done too much and need to put my feet up. I now sleep like I could never have imagined. With the "Purple" pillow, I don't even notice the hair clip on the back of my head, something I could never sleep with before. I would recommend this bed to anyone who has pain and any difficultly sleeping. It feels like sleeping on a cloud! I am so happy!!

I couldn't lie on my other bed for more than ten minutes without feeling back and hip pain, i'd wake up countless times throughout the night but I'd go right back to sleep so I just thought it was an age thing (im 43). Every morning i'd wake up with hip and back pain. As a 12 year veteran massage therapist I consider my self to be an expert in pain management. I'm in great shape and really don't ever hurt (except after lying on my bed, and don't think i'm old at all). This bed was awesome! no more pain at all and I sleep throughout the night, I love it!

Our satisfaction with the mattress is still being evaluated. Some nights we sleep great, other nights, our backs hurt some by the morning. This never happened with our sleep number bed. I am also wondering if we bought at the right time as I don't know if we got a great price or a great deal for some extra things when buying. I don't particularly like when companies do "specials" and you end up feeling like you didn't get the best deal because of when you bought. Just make everything standard. Every customer gets the same deal no matter when they buy. Pretty simple. Verdict still out, on the company and the mattress, just like my review states.

Our mattress took longer than expected to deliver. We ended up getting the frame that is super heavy duty and yes is very well built. We had received the mattress and frame a week apart which stinks cause I wanted to lay on it but had to wait another week to get rest of bed after waiting a long time to get the first part of it. I am still waiting on the pillows. As for comfort it is OK it is not what was expected. The mattress seemed very much like laying on several gym mats. The frame looks and feels like it'll be built for life. (Very nice quality) if anything I would change... I would have shipped the bed out together so the customer didn't have to wait for all the pieces to show up.

So far this mattress has done what they advertise. Sleep has improved. Lower back pain gone. When I say gone, I Really do think this thing aligns things just right to eliminate non serious back pains. It take take a couple of weeks to get used to it, but I am a picky sleeper! (like I have to sleep on the same side of the bed when traveling otherwise I don't sleep) I do worry about the long term though. I had my last mattress for 14 years, it wasn't until the last 2 years I started having issues before I started exploring options. Time will tell but so far I am happy with the purchase but will evaluate fully in the 100 days before committing 100%. Not a big fan of the sheets. The stretchiness of the fabric makes grabbing and shifting a pillow a chore and the sheet itself is no longer in use because it wrapped around my arms and legs. The fitted sheet is ok, but it fits the queen like it is too small. This is because it fits a full and queen. So the "free" sheets are certainly not worth a purchase. Their customer service is fair so far too. The sheets showed up with a couple of ugly snags/holes in them, they quickly replaced with a simple picture being sent to them. I kind of feel bad now because I don't like the sheets, but they do strive to please the customer. The general cost is a bit steep and was a deterrent for sure. Some of the reviews helped but, like with my own experience, may be completely different from another. Had they committed to a 1 year trial, I think they would have had me sooner. It does take some time to get used to but I think any mattress, for me, would require time to adjust to it.
