I recently got into a bad car accident that resulted in a herniated disc and severe back pain. After my accident sleeping was so uncomfortable that I could not stay asleep for more than an hour at a time and in the morning I woke up in more pain than the night before. My husband and I decided to try Purple, and the first night I slept on it I did not sleep well because I was so accustomed to a bed that did not support me. The second night on, I slept through the night and every night since then. My back pain has significantly improved. And my husband loves the mattress, too. He sleeps on his stomach, and his back pain has gone away! We recommend this bed to anyone, even people that may not be looking for a new mattress.

We trialed the twin mattress before committing to the queen, and the dreamy sleep on it convinced us that the queen would be the best investment. The queen that was sent was slightly defective with the sides being higher than the middle, and once that issue was brought to their attention a replacement mattress was sent right away! I was blown away by their prompt solution to the problem and how easy/no-hassle the entire process was. We're slowly upgrading all the mattresses in the house, and it's only Purple for us now!

I had a "Total Back Reconstruction" in 2014 because of hereditary scoliosis and kyphosis (roundback) of the spine. I am now fused at every level from the pelvis through C7 in the neck attached to 5 chromium steel rods. I have perfect lordotic (neck and lower back) and kyphotic (upper back) curvature of the spine and came out of the 12 hour surgery 3 inches taller. Finally I have a mattress that completely supports my spine. I awake refreshed and ready for a full day of office responsibilities, driving errands, and help around the house. That is not the case with other mattresses that I have tried. Thank you Purple for a mattress that works with my new spine. If it is so great for a re-engineered spine, it must be great for a normal spine.

I love this bed and would give it five stars if it weren't for what seems to be an impression that I am making where I lay on it. I will have to wait and see how resilient the foam is. My back has not felt this good when I wake up since I was a young man. I love the feel and don't have to move as much as I did during the night. My wife loves it too.

This bed is incredible. Delivery was fast and easy. I was having issues with my sciatic nerve, which is why I decided to purchase this bed. So happy I did. The first night sleeping on this bed I felt major relief. I was walking with a limp days prior to getting my Purple Mattress. I no longer have this limp. I also purchased the upgraded sheets. These sheets are incredible. Nice and cool & feels incredible to the touch. I will definitely be ordering another set. Honestly I usually don't take the time to do reviews, but I had to for this mattress. I will definitely recommend purchasing a Purple Mattress.

So far we love our bed and sheets. We do want to in the future get one of the more expensive ones with the cooling foam in it because the base model gets a little hot, but the sheets do help that a little bit! Other than that I fall asleep in like 2 minutes on it! Lol I'm on love with the sheets as well! They are so soft and cool feeling! Love them! I want the grey ones next!

My wife and I purchased the Purple mattress after reading the reviews online. We never purchased a mattress without first trying it out and we were a bit scepticle. Since the mattress had the 100 night guarantee we had nothing to lose and made the purchase. We are both a bit tall and overweight and have a hard time finding a comfortable mattress, but we absolutely love our Purple mattress and have only high praise for its quality and comfortability. I've had this mattress for almost a month now and I love it. My wife was skeptical at first, even got mad at me for purchasing a mattress I had not tried out or could test out at a store. Now she LOVES IT! She is a believer and we are both enjoying our bed. No more body aches for me, and no more waking her up at night when I get up to drink something or use the bathroom, it's GREAT!. I love this bed and it is the best I've ever slept on. A memory foam mattress or just a plain mattress, no frills, has been what I've experienced l in the past and now with the purple mattress I understand how important pressure on the body makes for sluggishness and sleeping through the night. Used to feel pressure in my hips, for being a side sleeper, now I don't and feel supported enough to just sleep on my stomach which I haven't been able to do for years. Definitely am recommending to all my friends and family.

I wanted this mattress to be an overnight fix, but soon realized that wasn't going to be the case. I've been suffering from some serious lower back pain and I think all those years on that horrible mattress made the task too tall for Purple. You're asking for a review so I'll give you four stars because I need more time to re correct what has happened. Though this may seem negative I have to admit the mattress has given me some of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The bed is firm, just like I always liked, but really supports critical areas that seem sore after long days of work. The Purple mattress is oddly hotter than our last but that's the only place it seems to be worse at. My wife and I were disappointed but we manage. The mattress was not an overnight sensation but it has been 100% better than what we had. I know we both find ourselves getting out of bed quicker and ready for the day ahead. I would like to do another review once we start working out to see how much better our bodies feel with a good mattress. I must admit we fight over the cushion. That thing is awkward but relieves what seems like compression on the spine in a firm chair.
