Our experience with Purple was awesome! We received the bed in a timely fashion and were able to try out the bed for two months. Unfortunately, my back did not do so well with the bed, so we ended up returning it. However, there were many great things about the bed. There are NO pressure points when you are laying down. It feels like you are laying on a cloud! Also, the bed is bouncy and springs back quickly, but does not stir the other person sleeping on the bed. The customer services was amazing. They were quick and timely with picking up the bed and issuing a refund. Awesome company!

Best bed ever. I normally do not do reviews, don't believe them. So far this bed is the best bed I have ever slept on. I have had back and neck surgeries, and I can get a good nights sleep on this bed. Love it also purchased one pillow and because I as a side sleeper it is perfect (so far).

I love my bed! Sleep pain free, in ANY POSITION for the first time in 20 years!! I'm sleeping better, deeper, so much so that I don't want to get up in the morning, because getting up means eventual pain again. I highly recommend this bed for ANYONE who wants to have a great night sleep. My husband, with sleep apnea, has used it too, and he doesn't snore! It's the perfect bed.

This took well over 1 week to get them. However, the box was damaged already when Fedex delivered them. I was so disappointed that the pillows didn't fit my king size pillow cases. It was cool gel too which I was looking for. So, I noticed today purple online is offering 10% off two pillows which I didn't get that promotion. See photos.

So I'm almost going on 3 months into having switched to the purple mattress, I'm one who suffers from back issues (3 surgeries) and my last mattress even though moderately young 5 yrs old was causing me more discomfort then comfort, once I had my most recent surgery within the last 9 months my old mattress wasn't going to cut it any longer so I researched for a good while, and I decided to take the chance amd go with the Purple because it claimed it was the best of both soft & firm, and I'm here to say in that aspect Purple surpassed my expectations for the first couple of weeks my husband and I were like wow this is great! Then after about the first month amd a half my aches slowly crept back, but not to the extreme they once were. I don't believe it has anything to do with the Purple Mattress tho, more like its my issues with my back, I would and do recommend the Purple to anyone who asks for my input... my reasoning for rating 4 stars is nothing to do with the awesome product Purple provides, they live up to their claims 100%, I'm just difficult to rate something 5 stars. If you have back issues and are in doubt take the chance on the Purple the support for the back is awesome without sacrificing the comfy aspect of it.

Now, this is a nice mattress and all, I love how it feels. But it changed my life in another way. My wife has terrible sleep apnea, and I'm no scientist but sleeping on this mattress has nearly eliminated her apnea. I have slept this good since before I got married. Thank you Purple!

I initially wanted to get a Purple mattress because I was having lower back issues. My current bed was getting old and was a knock-off memory foam. I ordered the Purple Hybrid (and at the time, there was a special deal were I also got two pillows and a sheet set included). I also ordered the mattress pad. The difference over just a few weeks, then one month, has been UNREAL. First, I used to take naps after my workday, everyday, and I assumed it was due to the work day. But now I think I wasn't sleeping restfully at night. Since I've been sleeping on the Purple Hybrid, I literally have not felt the need to take a nap at any point of the day. 2) I know I'm sleeping very restfully with the Purple Hybrid because I'm asleep within 5-10 minutes at the most. I have never been like that in my life. I keep Melatonin sleeping tabs by my bed because I used to have trouble getting to sleep. I haven't had to take one since the Purple Hybrid. 3) I know I used to toss and turn on my old mattress - I blamed it on being a 'side sleeper' so I had to change sides. But really, it was bad sleep quality. With the Purple Hybrid, I fall asleep in one spot and *maybe* wake up 5 hours later to move. OVERALL - yes this was a big cost, more than a month of my rent, but it was an investment. With the 10 year warranty, think of the cost as being over 10 years and it's beyond worth it. It's not normal to toss and turn and need naps later in the day - invest in your sleep quality and it will improve other things! Really it's worth it!

Purchasing the Purple mattress (AND PILLOWS!) was the best thing my boyfriend and I could have done for ourselves. Our original mattress (standard box spring and mattress) wasn't even that old, but man, we woke up sore and tired and cranky all the time. Finally, I was like "we're trying the purple mattress" - signed on, ordered it, had loads of fun unwrapping it and watching it inflate up! Then proceeded to get some of the BEST nights of sleep we've ever had, no joke. Let me tell you. I'm a side sleeper. Back sleeper. Stomach sleeper. One knee up by my face sleeper. Diagonal sleeper. Covers on. Covers off. One pillow. Two pillows. No pillow. This goes on and on, all night, every night - UNTIL PURPLE. I lay down, I go to sleep, I wake up feeling FANTASTIC. I've never understood what "sleeping like a rock" meant until my first few nights on Purple. And the pillow is AMAZING. We got the base for the bed as well, and just the simple pleasure of having ACTUAL under bed space, because it's as high off the ground as the mattress would be with a boxspring - WITHOUT it, it just a really great added bonus. SPEAKING OF ADDED BONUS, we got the Purple Seat Cushion free with our order. At first when I saw that I was like "eh, cool, whatever" - now, let me tell you, I'm at my desk a MINIMUM of 10 hours a day - I work a full-time job as a support rep, a part-time job as a project manager, and I'm working on my bachelors online. I spend A LOT of time in my desk chair - and honest, this cushion is saving my back, ****, posture - all of it. Would, 100% and then some, recommend all the purple products. ESPECIALLY the seat cushion if you spend a lot of time on your rear! We've even backed the pet beds on Kickstarter! WE LOVE YOU, PURPLE!!

I was in desperate need of a mattress. Had been sleeping on the couch for weeks my bed had gotten so bad and worn out. I ordered the purple as my brother already had it and thought wonders of it. I ordered the mattress with the help of an online assistant along with the newest sheets, mattress protector, and harmony pillow. I sleep so incredibly every single night. The sheets are a softness and stretchy material that I have never so much enjoyed my 29 years of living. The online assistant was as nice and as helpful as could be. I am so very pleased and so very thankful for all that Purple has done for me!

My previous mattress was over 25 years old. I bought a Purple mattress about three weeks ago, and I will probably sleep on in for another 25 years. It's the most comfortable mattress that I've ever slept on. I wake up every morning without back and neck pain finally.
