I put the wrong address down, called purple the lady was very nice, and fixed right away, I got my mattress way faster than expected, I believe two days, first night I slept on it was the best sleep I've had in years, we've had about a month and my wife and could not be happier, we would and do recommend it to anyone looking for a mattress!

A couple weeks in with our King size Purple and I must say that I look forward to crawling into my new bed at the end of the day! LOVE this mattress!!! So far, money well spent! So darn comfy!!!! I can't wait for my Purple pillows to arrive! Oh and the sheets are divine!

It seemed comfortable at first. Then my husband and I started waking up with lower back pain every morning. We do not think the mattress was firm enough for us. We have upgraded to the Purple Hybrid and the first 2 nights have been good. We hope that this mattress will work for us. The process to upgrade was pretty easy.

We've had ours for almost a month now and I can't tell you enough about how it's helped my back and neck pain!! I've been in two really horrific car accidents and my neck & back are just shot. I deal with chronic pain every day and used to wake up in the morning in so much pain, but since we got our purple bed, I fall asleep faster, sleep longer, and wake up in almost no pain - it's been a saving grace to me!!!

I don't typically review anything, but I read them. Time to fix that. Purchased a Purple Hybrid mattress as a last ditch effort to help relieve back pain. I had a purple cushion for work and was using the purple cushion along with pillows placed on top of my memory foam mattress providing some relief. Ever have an "ah ha" moment? When the thought hit my brain that finding relief while sleeping on a Purple cushion was a very good thing, sleeping on a whole Purple bed would be better! Yup, took it for a test drive and haven't regretted it for a second. Now, I look forward every day to the rest and freedom from back pain I experience when sleeping on the Purple Hybrid. Remember, it takes a bit of time to get used to sleeping on the mattress. Don't walk, run, to order, purchase, try out, etc. Definitely a great choice!

Overall I'm very happy with the mattress. It's a little hard to turn over because it really conforms to your body and you sink into it, but I'm getting used to that. After I initially ordered the bed I did not receive any emails notifying me that it was being processed or when it shipped but I ordered just before Labor Day weekend and it did arrive soon after that.

Fun story. Have had our queen purple mattress for about three years now. Wife and I love it. The funny part is that we live about 45 min south from Ridgecrest California. Last Thursday night Ridgecrest experienced a 7.1mg earthquake in the late night. While my wife and I were sleeping on our mattress. We completely slept through the biggest earthquake California has experienced in 20 years. This bed is amazing!

I can tell it is a quality matress. I am 6'4 and 320lbs. The base model purple 2 is not for me. I have exchanged it for the hybrid plus 3. I haven't given up hope but the base model bottoms out. It has made my hips, shoulder and back ache. I got a cold and very much wanted to sleep but dreaded the idea of laying in bed. My wife and I purchased the spit king. We have had splits before but very much prefer a split top not a full split. With the way the bed is supported around the grid it doesnt allow much for rolling in either direction or cuddling.

We've had our mattress now for about a month and so far we really like it, but I'll admit it took some getting used to after sleeping on a traditional pillow top mattress my whole life. It's not as "soft" as I thought it would be, but it provides the most incredible support for my back and hips. My only complaint about the experience was the delivery. We had a single guy show up to deliver this 200 lb mattress up a flight of stairs. Needless to say he struggled and asked my wife (who was the one home) if she could help. Not exactly "white glove" delivery. What's worse, he tried dragging it up the stairs with the filthy shipping plastic on leaving my stairs black. I contacted Purple and their response was a bit disheartening... they said I would need to contact the freight company to file a claim and try to get reimbursed to have my carpets cleaned. I'm sorry, but this is NOT white glove service as advertised, and I don't know why I have to manage your suppliers for you. Disappointed in this lever of customer service... hoping I don't have to experience it again for a warranty issue.

I usually hate foam mattresses. They are too soft and way too hot. Purple handles the temperature like a champ, no issues at all. The first few days I thought it was a bit soft for me but now I enjoy the feel. I somehow feel supported without it being flat. My only wish is that I got a king size bed instead of queen.
