I usually hate foam mattresses. They are too soft and way too hot. Purple handles the temperature like a champ, no issues at all. The first few days I thought it was a bit soft for me but now I enjoy the feel. I somehow feel supported without it being flat. My only wish is that I got a king size bed instead of queen.

At first we had a really soft mattress and then decided to go with purple. The first night both my husband and I woke up with back pain. The second night was better. And then got better and better by each day. I think our bodies just weren't used to a semi firm mattress. But we love it now.

I was a little nervous to get the purple mattress because so many people raved about it and I didn't want to get my hopes up too high. 3 family members have purple and love it while 1 did not. It took a couple nights to adjust but I love my purple mattress! The harmony pillows are great too. I almost like them more than the mattress!

We like the mattress. Do not choose the sheets as a free promotional item. The sheets pill very easily and they stick to your body while changing position. I called customer service to return them and exchange them for another free promotional item that was offered when purchased the mattress. They refused to do an exchange. We are very disappointed in their customer service. Although we do like the mattress, we are tempted to return it due to the way were treated when we called customer service.

We like a firm, but somewhat gushy mattress. We had a viscoelastic purchased in 2009 that we were very happy with. But with two people sleeping in an aging queen mattress and a pushy dog in the middle we were falling off the sides. We did a ton of research, had settled on three companies, and ultimately took a chance on purple. What was the peril with a 100-day no-risk return policy right? Before we even got the mattress we did run into some problems with scheduled delivery. Part of the problem was poor communication from Purple, but much of it was also due to really terrible customer service from the shipper, FedEx. Long story short, a customer service person from Purple noticed our problem in the call log, took it upon herself to power manage our troubles and solved it without any work or stress on our part. I think this speaks quite well to the values instilled by the company - solve the problem and take the initiative to do it. As for the mattress itself, it's a total keeper. As advertised, it offers pressure-point relief, but also a spring-back quality that makes rolling over much less of an effort than with other foam mattresses. The construction also seems of exceptional quality. Deciding on the best bed is hugely subjective, but I think lots of people would be happy with Purple.

I have mine for over a year. Finally decided the mattress is what makes my body hurt. Stiff and sore after tossing and turning all night. Will not recommend this mattress. I guess I'm a slow genius since it has taken me so long to figure it out. My husband has the same problem, in fact he moved to another bed. I tries to chat with customer service but that didn't work either. They put an attachment on that I couldn't open.

I was a little skeptical about this mattress at first. But after I received it (two days early at that) it has changed my sleeping experience. I do not feel my fiancé get up or crawl into the bed, it's very comfy, and it really supports your body. 10/10 would recommend.

I have lower back and hip pain. My daughter had read the reviews on this mattress and decided to buy my one. although I had not opened the mattress for over a year. I had finally set it up and the first couple of weeks I slept alright, I am not a great sleeper because of the pain. Now, my pain is back in my hip and lower back so I toss and turn again. the mattress is comfortable but it has not worked for me. The mattress I have is a twin size and is very thick, I am not sure if this is the reason, but it just is not comfortable for me anymore and only after a month of sleeping on it.

I am usually am a side sleeper on hard mattresses. I was skeptical about getting the purple as it wouldn't be hard enough. Sleeping on this mattress was a dream! We sleep through the night now and wake up completely refreshed! My back pain is 99% gone because of the purple. I also notice that we don't toss and turn much at all. It is the most cmfortable thing we've ever laid our heads on! We can't wait to get home every day and go to bed! We can't imagine our lives without the purple anymore. There's nothing like it! The Purple mattress was really great for the first 100 days, but I do have to say, it is doing exactly what I was afraid it would do, without enough support, it is beginning to break down. We have only had our mattress since the end of August 2016. I would not make this purchase again.
