When you get this amazing mattress make sure to get the mattress protector! This mattress can not be cleaned very well and apparently when you do try to clean the outer layer will start to rip at the seams rapidly. The stitching is a bit tight and so the outer layer comes off like perforated paper. Plus now the mattress seems a little tougher where I had to clean it. I have a 2 year old and when I got the mattress I didn't see a mattress protector that wouldnt work and the child voided the warranty within 48hrs. Past that issue this mattress has got rid of all my joint pain and my shoulder pain. With the purple pillow I got rid of my neck pain that my herniated disk surgery couldn't get rid of. We plan to get another mattress plus protector in the future because now the toughened areas of the mattress has taken away some of the comfort

We bought a new mattress for our new guest room and slept on it for a week as a test. I had a perfect night sleep! Then, the next two days, I experienced minor low back pain but my posture has improved since then and I feel well rested for a whole week. When I slept again at the old mattress, not only I slept poorly but I also woke up to my arm or leg falling asleep and pain on my neck and lower back. We've decided to buy another mattress for OUR room. Thank you!

We gave our son and daughter-in-law a purple mattress as a housewarming gift. They have loved it. When we built a new home we bought ourselves and our 16 year old a purple mattress. I had been a skeptic because it sounded too good to be true. But it's wonderful. The sheets are great also. We will have trouble traveling after being spoiled with the Purple mattress,

Wow, words may not express how impressed both my husband and I are with your bed. We ordered a king sized,(so there's room for the dogs and they love it too!) We both had trouble with our pillows since purchasing the bed. My husband changed to a regular fluffy standard pillow rather than the Sobakawa he was using and his neck and shoulder pain went away quickly. I am still struggling, since I refuse to believe my "My Pillow" can possibly be the problem. But last night I slept on a simple poly bead filled neck roll ("squishy pillow") on my back and slept most of the night with very little pain and stiffness when I woke. So in retrospect... Bed is working, pillows are not.

I got hit with Covid a few days before my bed was delivered, only a matter of time since I work in a hospital. I had bad body aches like a was being squeezed. When first laid down that night my body aches lightened up and I knocked out! I have to say this bed did help me with the Covid body aches. Fast forward to today the virus has left my body, and I'm still sleeping cool and pain free. Bed is nice and firm, but not too firm it's never felt like any other mattress I've had before. I'm coming from a tuft&needle and this purple mattress blows it out of the bedroom! Can't wait to get the weighted blanket.

I do not normally write reviews but my experience with the Purple company and mattress itself warrants one. First, without going into the specific circumstances surrounding this, I had issues with UPS's delivery of my first mattress. UPS was clearly at fault so Purple sent me a rush second mattress, received this within a week. Had UPS issue with the second delivery, so Purple sent me another mattress. Also received this within a week. Purple's Customer Service is second to NONE. Secondly, the comfort of the mattress is great. This is the first time I've felt comfortable sleeping in every position. I have not been able to previously sleep comfortable on my back not due to any injury or anything, just lack of support or something to that effect. When lying down you can feel the heavier sections of your body being "cradled" while your lighter sections remain on the surface of the bed. I'm a man weighing 260 pounds, 6 ft sleeping with girlfriend at 115 pounds, 5 ft. With the king size bed there is plenty of room and I have no complaints. I can now get out of bed without waking my girlfriend so motion transfer on the bed is very minimal. I would highly recommend this bed and company. I wrote this review only because my experience has been so amazing, did not receive any incentive to do so.

I got my Purple mid-July, but was moving, so I didn't get to open it until August 1st. Tomorrow will be my first full week of sleeping on it. I messed my back up a little over a week ago from moving, so I haven't been able to enjoy the bed like I want. But it's super comfortable, especially on my hips and shoulders since I sleep in my side. I can't sleep on my back or stomach yet without discomfort from a previous injury, but I'm sure will be able to once healed.

I ordered the mattress because I was led to believe it would provide me comfort to my shoulder pain. I'm a side sleeper who needs a good mattress and Purple is good but has done nothing for my shoulder pain. It does not sink in on my shoulder pressure points. .

I am a side/ back sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper so it has been difficult to find a mattress that we both like. We both LOVE our Purple Mattress! And, I can't promise that this will happen for everyone, but my husband snores WAY less now, and when he does it's quieter/softer. It has to be the mattress because nothing else has changed recently! I already have trouble falling asleep, and his loud obnoxious snoring would always start right when I'm ready to finally fall asleep, but not anymore!

I am a 6' male weighing 157 lbs-broad shoulders 33 waist, 39 hips. I am a side sleeper.After 2 wks with the Purple mattress, I have not been able to get through the night on it-too much pain in the hip. Seems to bottom out where hip bone contacts the bed. I have tried with a regular cotton sheet and with no bottom sheet all. Neither works.
