I swapped out the standard purple (delivery guy picked it up) for the Purple 3 mattress in twin size due to still having hip pains when sleeping on my side and losing feeling in my arms due to shoulders. I am 200 lbs. So far this Purple 3 hasn't made a difference. I will give it a couple more weeks and will be looking again at memory foam and maybe a doctor. But the mattress is nice and much better than the standard mattresses out there and customer service is excellent!

I love my purple bed I bought it less than a year ago and have been very impressed. My back pain has almost gone away when I wake up I doesn't take me 5 minutes to get out of bed I wake up feeling rested and comfortable. I would highly recommend this bed. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back and he says he has the same results. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because when I bought the bed the king size mattress cover was backordered for months I bought two different expensive mattress covers and both of them made the mattress way too hard and I knew this was going to be the case but I wanted to protect my mattress after a couple of nights sleeping on the other mattress covers I realized the purple one is the only way to go but months later still on back order so my husband is sick of having to sacrifice comfort and takes it off and of course that same day my 2 year old niece spills a cup of red juice all over it I still get sick everytime I see it. If it is that vital to have their mattress cover it should be included with the bed or at least make sure they are available. There is no reason why it should be backordered for months.

I was extremely nervous buying a mattress online and not really being able to feel it or anything beforehand. But my husband and I were in DESPERATE need of a new mattress. After MONTHS of researching and reading and sending questions to people and countless YouTube videos, we made the decision to go with Purple. One of the best decisions we've ever made in our lives. I usually have an extremely hard time falling asleep due to insomnia, a bad rotator cuff and what I thought was an injured back for a long time. After the first night I got up and wa able to set my weenie dog on the floor with NO pain in my back. It took me a second before I realized what I had just done with no tears in my eyes and without having to stretch for like thirty minutes beforehand. My shoulder feels better as well! I used to wake up feeling so sore and in so much pain I dreaded going to bed every day. Now I find it hard to get out of bed just because I'm so dang comfortable. I have been singing the praises of this mattress to anyone that will listen, if you are on the fence I highly suggest this mattress. It is an absolute life changer.

Cool company but the matress was not cofortable to me. It felt like 2 inches of comfortabe on top of concrete. We gave it a month + but never got better. Wish the 2nd layer was softer. I'm 175 and like sleeping on the floor but this was the worst of both worlds

So happy I invested in a new mattress! The old mattress I was sleeping on was killing my back but purple has saved my back from being in pain every day. The mattress is so soft and works with your body more. My partner and I both agree it was well worth the money! We have been encouraging others to invest in a purple mattress.

This bed, is a purple miracle. I used to have such severe pain waking up in my hips & back that I would have to do an hours worth of stretching while in the bed, before I could get out of it. When I did get up, I couldn't stand straight up for a half hour, forget bending or kneeling. I had trouble going to sleep, like 4 hours of restlessness a night, even with sleep meds, I didn't even dream for years it was such bad sleep. Buying a new spring form mattress didn't help either, had a new one for a year before I found Purple's ad, and relentlessly nagged my husband to give it a try. After I bought this bed, about a week after, my knees & upper back had no pain, after two weeks, I could get out of bed straight away every morning but still had hip pain, after 3 weeks I can fly out of bed like a Ninja when I'm running late & not suffer one consequence. My husband works 24-37 hour shifts and is constantly doing heavy lifting & bending, his back pain has ceased since we have this mattress, he now swears by the very thing he wasn't so sure about us getting. We have since ordered the platform base for our bed, and even a base as a gift, plus 2 pillows. I will say I did have a slight issue with the bed sinking in 2 spots, but over a chat with the service department and providing pictures for them, they replaced our mattress in a flash and even let us donate the old one to Habitat for Humanity. No hassle, no nitpicking, just great friendly service. The sheets are awesomely comfortable too. I don't ever want another kind of mattress, eventually I want to get my kids all one of their own too. It's THAT good. The only thing that is remotely disappointing is the wait for it to arrive, I wish shipping was faster, but ..all good things come to those who wait.

My girlfriend and I ordered this mattress because I was having back pain and trouble sleeping on our old one. She agreed on this mattress with me and it was great the first night. The following nights have been awful. We both have barely slept due to constant tossing and turning and both of us now have back pain and mine got even worse. Next week will make it 21 days that we've had this mattress. As of right now we want to return it but we will see by the 21st day.

I love it! Initially, when we first got it, I thought it wasn't going to work out. It seemed too boyant and not as soft as I expected. I read that we should give it time to adjust. Anyway, after a couple of weeks I absolutely love it. It feels like floating on air. My husband has bad hips which is one reason I choose this mattress. I think it has helped with his pressure points. I'm now planning to buy another on soon for a different room. Our last mattress was a Tempurpedic. Purple is much more comfy and sleeps cooler.

I had bought all purple products in past 20 days . My sheet feels great but it's not sturdy at all after 5 days it start to fall a part , I called customer service they told me I have to wait for few days to get an e mail ,then I have to go to post office and pay for the shipping and I probably get my money after two to three weeks. I wish I could upload the picture in this page to show it to everyone how defect my sheet is.

I am rating this a 5 because first of all I think everyone I have talked to and been emailing at Purple have been OUTSTANDING! I had done a ton of online research on the million beds that are out there and I am so glad I went with the only one that is truly different. It sleeps firm yet comforting. There is less motion transfer with 2 people in it than my old tempurpedic. Also on me adjustable base you can feel the massage vibrations even better. I know it is very concerning to buy something like this without even touching it but with the 100 night guarantee you have to take the shot. You won't be disappointed. The pillow however is not for me but I have had no problem returning it at all because that is a 100 night trial as well.
