I have the original purple mattress and as advertised, it is a great mattress for hot sleepers such as myself. It does take some time to get used to, especially if you previously had a mattress that did not provide support like the purple mattress does. Highly recommend for hot sleepers and those looking for a supportive mattress.

After years of insomnia and horrible sleep. After years of waking up with sore hips and pain in my shoulders, I finally found the opportunity to get a purple mattress. I can say I am sleeping through the whole night and I am not tossing or turning what so ever. Pain in my hips is gone. Still some pain in my shoulders but it has been dramatically reduced and any pain that is left can be easily attributed to a few past injuries and underlying damage in both of my shoulders. Purple, you have lived up to my hype and cannot wait for my girlfriend to come home from college for spring break and share in this great sleep quality. Oh and my dog has no complaints either! You guys are the best!

I just bought the King size mattress and the frame to match. After sleeping on hand me down mattresses for years, it's a luxury to sleep in a brand new bed. The Purple Mattress is so comfortable and better than any hotel mattress I've slept on. I recommend Purple to anyone looking for a new bed. The customer service is great too!

My husband and I were back and forth about what to buy. We spent months searching reviews and price checking, and Purple won out. I must say, it was not a mistake. We love our bed, pillows and sheets. We don't want to get out of bed in the morning! Purple was everything it claimed to be for us, and we couldn't be happier and better rested!

Definitely the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Every night I literally look forward to getting into bed. It took me about two weeks to get used to it. It was more firm than I expected for a memory foam mattress but it truly has the perfect amount of firmness. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and its perfect for both. It's also super comfortable laying on my back. I would compare the unique feel of the mattress to almost like laying on wet sand in terms of it being firm and soft. It's the perfect mattress and a great value. I highly recommend it!

The first few inches of this mattress felt perfect. I could sink into it and love it. But then after those first few inches it felt like I was hitting a wall, I no longer sank in and my shoulder felt smashed. Probably better suited to someone who likes a mattress that is more firm. I am a side sleeper though, and it could be better for a back or stomach sleeper. My husband didn't like it at first but said that he could probably get used to it and like it after a while but my back was acting up so we got a refund. I really wanted to like the mattress but it didn't work for me. But I have to say the customer service on the return was amazing!!! Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!

This mattress is great!!!! I had 2 mattresses in the span of 3 years and both left me aching with back pain. I lost time at work from that but since ordering the purple nothin but great sleep. The week I thought it was a little too firm but after that sleeping is great. I recommend anyone to try this mattress if your suffering from lower back pain. :)

the first few nights were not anywhere near what i was hoping they would be. We looked into returning the mattress immediately. which was unfortunate, because when i layed down, it was comfortable...but when i woke up in the morning i was very sore. i did see reviews and that sometimes it takes a little while, so we are still working with it. it has gotten better...but still not what i was hoping for. i am anxious to see what 30 days in feels like.

I was skeptical that my back pain would be affected by a better mattress simply because I have never experienced this technology. Within days of sleeping on this mattress, it was clear that my low back pain was over. I would (and have) recommend this mattress to anyone. You won't sink deep into it, but that was my problem before and the pressure points are well taken care of while supporting my surrounding muscles. I will say the Purple bed frame is not "quiet as baby kittens" as advertised. It squeaks a lot, but I'll spray some WD40 on it and see if that helps.

I'm only 23 years of age but the queen size mattress I had before this was 5 years old when I got it and I had it for another 7 until a spot had worn out where I slept and the springs had started jabbing me in the side. I bought a purple mattress on sort of an impulse but I have to say I'm completely spoiled on this thing! Honestly the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on, and I use a gathered end hammock for hiking and that thing is godlike comfortable. These mattresses are top quality and so comfortable to sleep on I get a good nights rest no matter how much or how little sleep I get. And it doesn't make you sore if you accidentally sleep to long. You wake up feeling refreshed with a comfortable sleep!
