I have the twin XL bed. I bought it because I have bad lower back problems. I used to wake up in so much pain. Since I have had this bed I have never had a back problem. I love this bed. And soon I will be buying the king size for myself and my husband. I'm am so looking forward to finally having a bed that both of us can sleep completely comfortable on and sleep peacefully on.

I had my share of skepticism when it came to ordering a matress online and having it shipped to my door in a tube. It's all been put to rest (punsssss?)! I tend to roll around in my sleep at night, but I've been waking up noticing I havent been as much, and I have to aches or pains in my back or neck. The purchase has definitely been more than worth its cost and concern! If I ever decide I need a bed bigger than a queen, you can know for sure I will come back to Purple!

I used to wake up hot and sweaty in the middle of the night and wake up with terrible back pain that didn't exist prior to going to bed. I've owned air, spring, and memory foam beds over the years with varying degrees of firmness and truly nothing compares to The Purple Mattress. It took close to 4 days before I got used to the mattress and even since the very first night of sleeping on it, I have yet to wake up with any stiffness or soreness anywhere. It's month 4 and I couldn't be happier. I actually look forward to going to bed again. I'm primarily a side sleeper with the occasional stomach and back sleeping mixed in and comfort can be found in any position. I find that my body temperature stays surprisingly neutral. When cuddling my significant otter (not a typo) we don't cave into the mattress. It actually retains the shape around you as if you were sleeping solo. I've never found that with any other bed before. Best product, best customer service, period. Can you believe the price too? It sounds too good to be true but it's actually good and true. Pull the trigger, you won't regret it. Plus there's the added satisfaction of rolling the bed out onto your bed frame when it first arrives and watching it rise.

Coming off of a SLEEP NUMBER bed (20 year warranty) after 17 years, the Purple mattress delivers similar support at 25% of the cost. Warranty is only 10 years, but I'd still be saving 50% if I have to buy a new Purple a decade from now. Win. Win. WIN.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and I fell in love with it within the first week. Now when I sleep in it I sleep like a baby(except when I have to wake up to get a drink of water). I literally feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Or something similar, I can't explain it. But this mattress is the absolute best. :D I sleep on all my sides and I don't have back pain or shoulder pain anymore. I'm also not as cranky during the day.

The mattress is cooler than most others, but its definitely not comfortable.. at all. you want to bounce on it instead of sleep. i'm several weeks in, but probably going to return for something comfortable. (sex is much more effortless on this mattress, so there is that)

Received my Purple Mattress and set it up that night. Went to bed and I was asleep as soon as I laid my head down. Woke up the next morning to no pain in my back!!! It felt awesome and sleeping thru the night was unbelievable!! Now if someone can find a cure for tinnitus I will be over the moon, happy!!!

We bought the purple mattress after my husband would wake up with severe back pain for several month. I read the reviews and I'll admit was a little skepticalat first, but with the 100 night return policy we thought 'why not'. After wrestling with the 110lb sucker for 20 minutes I layed on it and instantly fell in love. My husband's back is still on the mend but each day he wakes up with less and less pain (he is not taking any meds). Some reviews said they didn't like the mattress because it was too hard which was one reason I was skeptical at firts since i like softer mattresses. It is a FIRM mattress but neither of us woke up stiff or with aching hips and I sleep better than I ever have. I HIGHLY recommend this bed and WILL be buying again when it wears out. Money well spent!

The only reason I can't give it five stars is the weight of the mattress, and we got a twin. It was almost unbearable to haul the mattress up three flights of stairs. I can't imagine doing this with a queen or king mattress. It makes the mattress unmanageable for some people.

My husband decided to purchase this mattress because he has a lot of trouble sleeping comfortably through the night. With back, neck and shoulder pain issues, it's often difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep all night long. Since he has been sleeping on the Purple mattress, his ability to get to sleep and not be awakened by every change in position has improved tremendously. We're both happy about this purchase and would certainly consider buying another Purple mattress in the future - for me!
