I have been sleeping on this for about 60 days and its just eh... It's ok. Feels strange to lay on. I have the jersey sheets to let it move and the sheets are not tight. To me it feels like I am too light for the bed (150lbs). and so there is not enough give to it. Seems just a bit too rigid. I feel like I am not being molded properly. I suppose I wish it were more plush. Like a cloud. Right now it is more of an egg crate feel. A soggy egg crate as it bends under my weight just a bit. Once asleep I suppose I sleep well though. I feel rested and the weird feel of the bed makes me want to not stay there for long so I get out of bed easily. So not a terrible bed, but maybe not the best bed for me. If I had a choice whether to buy it now after I have been laying on it I probably wouldn't have purchased. I may return within the 100 days.

This was a lot firmer than anticipated and from other reviews. It's been making my back pain worse since there is little give in it. If you like firm then this is the one for you as the grid aspect is unique. But if you like soft (preferable for side sleepers) then keep looking. I'm returning mine for a different brand.

I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my lower spine and pain all throughout my spine. On my old mattress I would toss and turn and wake up the next morning in worse pain than when I went to bed with the night before. Now with having AND using the purple mattress for now 2 Weeks straight, I'm in love with the brand. I can go to bed with a 8 out of 10 on the pain scale and wake up the next morning with a 5 out of 10 on the pain scale. I know I will always have pain in my back for the rest of my life, but being able to wake up in the morning and NOT take almost 45 minutes or longer to just get out of bed is AMAZING.

When our Purple mattress arrived, we loved it when laid down. We noticed this "Try it for 30 days..." thing on the instructions before sending it back. My wife and I thought that was unnecessary. However, after a few nights, we really started to feel stiff and sore...much more than our old memory foam bed. But, we held out. After about 22-25 days, we started to really love this thing. I think this was a testament to how awful our old bed was. We literally were not used to sleeping so supported. My wife and I have both struggled with back pain (I'm a cop/working out too much and hers from a car accident), but we truly wake up feeling better in the morning. Which I did not think a bed could do. We're looking forward to purchasing the pillows soon! It's a great bed and I would definitely buy again. Just beware, if your current bed is AWFUL (like ours was) it may take your body some time to adjust.

I've had the bed for about 4 days and I'm already sold on it. Having read many other reviews, I was excited to get the bed but did have some reservations going into it. There are a few minor things that I noticed on day one. First off, it is very important to unpack the bed in the right order. The mattress isn't easy to move around once it's out of the roll. I found that out the hard way but that was my own fault for not reading the directions first. The mattress did have a slight odor to it, almost like a talcum powder smell. One quick spray with Febreeze and I haven't noticed it since the first day. I wondered if some of that was because I unrolled the mattress upside down and did have to get pretty aggressive with it to flip it over on the bed frame by myself. Either way, it's not something I've noticed again. I'm 6', 200 lbs. The bed feels both soft on the pressure points and firm when you lay down. I've yet to feel like I was "bottoming out" on it like others have mentioned. My previous mattress was foam and hurt my shoulders and hips when I was on my side for too long. The Purple mattress has been the complete opposite. I move around quite a bit before falling asleep and I've yet to find a position that I dislike just because of the bed. If I sit down on the mattress or put an elbow down it sinks in more and feel soft. When I lay down it feels more like a firm mattress. To me, that's the best of both worlds. So far, it's been the best purchase I've made in a while. I only wish I would have ordered it sooner.

I had been sleeping on a 15+ mattress, obviously time for a new mattress. And it has made a huge difference. I have had pain in my lower back and laying on my hips, now it doesn't matter how I sleep there's no pain. Now when I wake up my body feels great! I bought both the base and the queen mattress, and for the price I paid for the comfort I received is unbeatable. I only wish I bought this sooner.

I was really excited to get this purple mattress. My best friend raved st how much she loved it. I ordered the sheets, mattress, mattress cover, and frame. So I expected it to be great per all the reviews. Perhaps my expectations were too high. My first impression was that the mattress seemed smaller than my previous queen. We've slept on it for a couple months. I keep waiting for the miraculous feeling so many others had. In my opinion, this bed is no better than anything else I could have purchased for half the price. I'm giving it a little more time before contacting the company. But as of today, I wouldn't recommend the purple bed.

The bed is definitely good quality. Nice, plush, and soft. It comes in a long rolled up zipper bag, which is very nice, but heavy. Upon unwrapping it on my queen bed frame, at first I thought it would be too short, but as soon as the plastic wrapping comes off it blows up nice and big. The only thing I would recommend is to make the bed in size 12 height as your beds only go to size 10. Overall, I recommend it and the pillows.

So far the mattress is everything I was hoping for. It stays cool, so you don't kick around looking for cool spots. It has helped with back issues. I dont get up tired and I feel like I have slept for the night. It was easy to set up, and no weird smell.

Our purple bed has been comfortable from hour one, but it took a few days to realize how much cooler I feel in bed now! Our old foam topper trapped so much heat, that I was constantly kicking off the covers in the middle of the night. Our Purple mattress was easy to set up on the Purple platform. Also, I am very happy with the disappearance of motion transfer-my dog can jump on the bed or my hubby can turn over and it doesn't wake me. I love my Purple Mattress!
