We bought our purple bed March 2017 and it's now November 2017, it has been the best sleep of my life!!! I wouldn't traid my purple bed for anything. I don't want to stay anywhere else other then at home because I don't want to sleep without my purple bed!

I just received my queen size and power base, and I just ordered a topper, unfortunately. I spent my life sleeping on tempurpedic type toppers and my new mattress is just too hard. I love the power base, I just can't handle the hard right now. I had a pre-existing back injury, and this mattress was not forgiving. Maybe when that heals, I will be able to lose the topper . Also, I really missed my headboard, so stand alone will take care of that . Boy, I am really set in my ways LOL

The purple mattress is amazing. I have been waking up less throughout the night, and my back pain has decreased. I would recommend getting the bed with the purple sheets. These sheets are almost as great as the mattress. My overall complaint would be that the bed is too comfortable. You will find yourself waking up in the morning, looking at your "to-do" list, and rolling back over and going to sleep. Such a tragedy.

Before this bed got here, I wasn't able to reach above my head with my right arm. I am now able to scratch the top of my head! (This is a big deal to me.) I have not "gone BACK to bed" in over 10 years. As soon as I was awake, I had to get up. I now find myself going back to bed all the time. Had to move the alarm clock across the room though. I hardly wake up at night. I'm mad though. I wish I had spent this money years ago!

We ordered an adjustable bed from Dynasty (Split King) then we ordered the 2-Purple Twin XL's that would work on the Split King both items came in at the same time. Been about a month now and no more backaches, bed is very comfortable and not hot. Have a Zero Gravity button feature on the Dynasty which puts your heart level just below your feet for deep sleeping. We are both snorers so when my wife has to much to drink I just get on my phone Dynasty app and raise her back and head up some, stops the snoring and she doesn't know I did anything... LOL

Don't want to be negative against such a wonderful company. Your advertising is simply amazing and your customer service folks are very friendly and efficient. I returned the cushion for one reason and one reason only. It just wasn't comfortable for me.

The Purple mattress is soft to the touch, high quality, and easy to set up. It's heavy, but manageable. I set up a split king bed by myself in about 10 minutes. That being said, it's too firm for us. At 150 and 130lbs, I don't think we're heavy enough to take full advantage of this innovative mattress design. It conforms to the heaviest parts of my body, but the lighter parts seem to just float on top without much support. My wife is a little lighter, and her whole body pretty much just sits on top of the bed without it conforming, causing back pain. We tried it because we thought it would give me some pain relief, and it did a little, but not enough to keep. And my wife has never had back problems with any mattress until this one. I like the concept, the ordering and shipping process, but these will have to go back. I ordered a plush hybrid mattress from a local store to replace Purple. It was nice, but not for us. I think it would work better for heavier people. It takes a certain amount of weight for the purple material to conform to the body.

We bought the Purple 3 a year and a half ago and received a free Purple pillow. Most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and pillow is awesome, never wake up with a stiff or sore neck. After the year and a half the mattress started to have an indentation on one side. Called Purple customer service and they were awesome. Immediately opened a case and had us send in a picture of the issue, within 2 days received a response that the mattress will be replaced. Purple not only has the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on, but awesome customer service and they stand by their 10 year warranty. We couldn't be happier we chose Purple to get a good night's sleep and to wake up with no aches or pains from pressure points regular mattresses give. Loyal and happy Purple customer. Thank you Purple for the best mattress ever. Highly recommend.

We bought the purple mattress original with the thought that it would hold up to it's advertisement of supports you without causing pain on your pressure points. For my husband it works barely better than our old mattress of ten years for me it was not as advertised. I went through a pregnancy soon after buying it and I ended up with better sleep on the old mattress if I wanted any sleep at all. Now that I have had the baby and with hope that it was just the pregnancy that was causing all the ill effects because women's bodies are weird like that, but nope. I wake up every hour switching sides (side sleeper) with my thigh to my knee completely numb if I go over a hour of sleep and my shoulder in pain; pins and needles stabbing me when I try to go back to sleep only to do it all over again a hour or so later. I do have to try to sleep on my back every so often just to give my sides a rest so I will be able to move in the morning with out hobbling for the first hour or so, but then my neck is killing me in the morning. Overall I think it would have been better to go with a different mattress as this one doesn't hold up to what it advertised and is not very comfortable. If you try it and decide it might just be you and you will get used to it, I suggest returning it before the 100 days are up.

My wife and I own the regular Purple Mattress and she absolutely loves it. However, I am the one the is having the issues. I'm 5'4" and 125 LBS and she is 5'4" and 195 LBS. I have started having some big lower back issues that have started to draw pain down in to my legs. After doing a bit of talking the only thing we can come up with that this mattress is perfect for people who tend to be a little larger. We are going to have to sell it since we are out of the 100 day time period and go with another brand.
