I heard about purple years ago n always pictured myself getting one. I finally did and it is so worth it. Super soft n supportive. Has to be what a cloud would feel like if you were a feather lol. It's one of my favorite life purchases so far. The free pillow was a cherry on top I didn't even notice I was getting it till I was checking out. Please do yourself a favor and listen to me. Please no one ever does. You need this. At least try it (n fall in love) don't you deserve to be happy n sleep painlessly? Queen og is what I got but I have people gettin other models so I can try em too lol!

After doing months of research I finally decided to go with the Purple mattress. I bought a queen size signature mattress. The Good: The mattress is comfortable in a utilitarian kind of way. It took my husband and me about two weeks to adjust to the mattress. During those two weeks we woke up stiff. But this was to be expected. Now, it seems to be a good fit for us both. An odd sort of side-effect is that I've been having seriously vivid dreams. I assume it's because I've been getting better sleep. It's not a bad thing, just a surprise. We live in a cold climate and I noticed that the mattress is COLD. I fixed that by turning our electric blanket on about a half-hour before bed. The Bad: The mattress smell was noticeable for about three weeks. It wasn't over powering but it was detectable. Not my favorite smell. The non-recyclable (also bad): The purple duffel bag tube thing is vinyl and not recyclable! It's such a shame! During my research, I looked into the packing material to see what the deal was there. The purple website said that most of the packing was recyclable. I should have looked further. Worse, they have you cut open the vinyl bag to get the mattress out, so there is no chance of re-purposing the thing. It surprises me that will all the clever engineering that goes into the purple mattress, that something that simple can't be figured out. It would have seriously changed my decision process had I figured this out before I bought the mattress. All in all, the mattress itself is good. Not mind blowing, but it does what its supposed to do. Our backs don't hurt and we are getting good sleep. One thing that I was not expecting (probably everyone else did, except for me) was that you can feel the grid 100%. It took some getting used to. It's not terribly luxurious. It is fine, but I'm not sure how I feel about it at this point. Maybe it will grow on me. Will I buy another Purple mattress in 10 years? Honestly, I don't know. We'll see how long it takes for the mattress to sag, and if they can figure out a more eco-friendly way of packaging the thing.

I have been sleeping on my Purple mattress for about 2 months now. All I can say is that I have been sleeping better than I ever have. As someone that has had 2 back surgeries I have had a hard time finding a bed that works for me, but at 2 months in I am very happy with it. It claimed to be soft and firm. It is, contouring to my body completely. This is the first time in years I wake up and my back is completely relaxed. Claimed to be temperature neutral. It is. I also tend to get hot at night causing me to wake up and roll over constantly. That has not been an issue at all. I do love the mattress. I do have a few tips though. I have tried out a few types of sheets and they do make a difference. A set of 300 thread count cotton sheets were soft, but due to their lack of elasticity you do not get the full benefit of the mattress. I also decided to try the Purple sheets. They are softer and breath better than the 300 thread cotton sheets. Also because they stretch more, the mattress is able to support better. I highly recommend the Purple sheets, regardless if you got the bed or not. They would work well on any mattress and just feel amazing. I have run into 2 issues though. 1. The base I also ordered at the same time as the mattress took 5 weeks longer to ship than the mattress. So I had the giant Purple burrito taunting me for over a month before I was able to open it and enjoy my new bed. 2. For the first time ever. I do not want to get out of bed in the morning. Normally when I wake up I get right out of bed. Now I am so comfortable I have to motivate myself to move on to my day. Not a bad problem to have.

So far we love our purple mattress. I sleep on my side and my boyfriend is a stomach sleeper so deciding on something that would suit us was challenging. In the end, I'm super happy we chose purple. It's breathable, which is nice since he's a literal furnace at night, and supportive which helps with both of our backs. My only complaint would be it does kinda hurt my hips, but take that with a grain of salt since I've previously shattered my pelvis and literally everything will hurt my hips. It is certainly better than most mattresses I've tried. All in all, we love the purple and highly recommend it,A I even love showing our mattress off to guests.

So we really wanted to love the Purple mattress but ended up having to return. The reasons I give 5 stars: 1) I really do think it's a great mattress and you should try it. If it's not perfect, there's absolutely no problem getting your refund. 2) I've never dealt with better customer service. Seriously. Not a perfect fit? Literally no problem.

Dear Purple, We enjoyed our purple mattress, but unfortunately still found it to be too warm for us (especially my husband). Now, I will preface this by saying we are Minnesotans and prefer to be cool at night. Plus my husband has always run hot so for the average consumer, this would probably not be an issue. Thank you so much for your easy return/refund process. We appreciate the chance to give Purple a try and REALLY appreciate the prompt refund when we realized Purple did not work for us.

I am very happy with the Purple mattress! I was worried about ordering it online without trying it out first but I am extremely satisfied with this mattress. My husband loves it too! We are bigger people and this mattress supports us very very well. I don't wake up with back pain anymore! It supports my hips, back, and shoulders really well! I sleep much much better and feel rested after waking up. It's so worth getting, I recommend this mattress to everyone.

From the very first night, my husband and I slept amazing. We have not had a solid nights sleep for sometime before buying Purple. Between being hot sleepers and an old mattress, quality sleep was not being had in our bedroom. 3 weeks later and we are kicking ourselves for not buying one sooner. We definitely will be buying one soon for our son.

I purchased this bed as my old mattress is about 12 years old we have a newborn that we cosleep with, iour old mattress was starting to go to the middle so we purchased this one in hopes for a little bit safer cosleeping only time will tell how it will hold up!

This mattress is so great! I was ready to sacrifice a month's worth of sleep because many of the reviews said it takes about 30 nights to get used to. Not so for us! My husband and I both slept like babies the very first night and every night thereafter. We've had it for about 3 weeks now and it's been a godsend. Maybe the old mattress was in such bad shape that anything would have been an improvement, but whatever it is, it's great. Big "Purple" fan here!
