At first I bought the basic twin xL but the mattress was a lil' too hard for me. I'm a quadriplegic and I have pressure issues which could lead to bedsores. Purple sent me an upgrade (Purple Plus) which arrived within a week. The upgrade was a little costly but worth it! The mattress somehow lets me know when I need my position changed, and I normally sleep hot; but with Purple, I'm more comfortable. I would have given Purple 5 stars but the pick-up of the first mattress took nearly a month. My home health aide told me when they picked up the first mattress, they took pictures, and when she asked why, she was told "there's a smudge." Anyway, two thumbs up!

Having just been pregnant and recovering from surgeries, I didn't get much sleep on the hospital beds. Once we got out mattress, I was able to finally get some great sleep!! I can't thank Purple enough for creating such an amazing product! I've already told my family they need to join the Purple family with a mattress of their own.

Love them. Have one for myself, my son, and one in the RV. About to buy another one for the farm. Tried sleeping on two others there and just can't wake up without the pain. Get back home to my Purple hybrid with 4" top and slept like a baby again! Ordering another one today!

Had this pillow for a year or so now and it's the worst pillow ever doesn't keep you cool is not comfortable big waste of money I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this company or their products had to rate before I submitted it I would do zero but it won't let me

Initially for the first 3 months, I slept well. In the 1+ year that I've owned the mattress, the quality of my sleep has greatly declined. The mattress feels like it isn't holding the shape it originally had no matter how often it's rotated. It's become way too soft and is affecting my health. I definitely feel scammed and don't have the means to buy another mattress. In all honesty, I cannot recommend the Purple Mattress!!

Hello everyone- I'm writing a review on here because I couldn't seem to find where to write a review on purples website. This is my first ever review by the way. I ordered a purple king mattress and financed it through the credit company they use through their site. The process to order was incredibly smooth and easy including the financing approval. I would have to say it only took 15-20 minutes if that. The bed arrived a couple of weeks later as promised. The first time I laid on it I was like Oh My Gosh this is the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on! This is the bad news for me... the mattress was comfortable as heck, I fell right to sleep every night but I woke up with back pain in my rib area every morning. I said to myself "Ok maybe I need to get used to the mattress because I slept on a terrible air mattress type bed by select comfort for so long so let's give it some time". Long story shortened the purple mattress never worked out, my back hurt every morning when I got up, felt like my ribs in my back area had been beaten like a punching bag. I am a person with a bad back so i am ok with this because hey this mattress just wasn't for me BUT!! I got to try it out for 100 nights risk free!! So here is where I'm very impressed with this company and hence the reason I'm doing my 1st ever review. I donated my purple mattress to a local furniture shelter which is one of several options they give you to return the mattress. I emailed the purple return dept. the next day with a picture of the return form signed by the shelter and unbelievably to my surprise the return from Purple had been processed within an hour of me sending the e-mail!!! Not only that but I also received and e-mail from the finance company they use literally 1 minute after I got purples e-mail stating the financing return had been processed!! This company stands by their word!! It is so nice to see this in this day and age where customer service and standing by what you say is a thing of the passed. Good job Purple!!! Sorry the mattress didn't work out for me but I love how you do business. I gave them 5 stars even though the mattress didn't work for me because of service alone and the mattress was comfortable.

Two weeks using the original Purple mattress and so far the mattress is great! Not really liking the sheets tho...the bottom fitted sheet is fine but the flat top sheet ends up MIA by morning! And the mattress cover is a bit "noisy". I'm sure it has to do with it being a moisture barrier. But overall I give the mattress a thumbs up!

I must admit - I was skeptical. I thoroughly researched the 90 day money back guarantee before making the purchase!! We have been sleeping on our Purple mattress for nearly 90 days now, and we LOVE it. It truly is the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned and we are happy to report that what we thought was age related back and hip pains were instead the result of our old mattress! We wake up pain free after a good night's sleep on Purple.

My fiancee and I purchased the original Purple mattress to replace an 8 year old Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress that was leaving us sore in the morning. I did a lot of research on other boxed/delivered to your door mattresses to include Casper, Leesa, Purple and a few others. Purple definitely had the best marketing and seemed to be the most interesting of any of the alternatives so we went for it. The order process was easy and delivery was fast however setting up the mattress is incredibly difficult despite watching the instructional videos. They are not joking when they say this mattress is heavy. I'm 6ft tall, 230lbs but my fiancee is 5ft 110lbs and it made for a lot of heavy lifting on my end. Anyway, after setting it up and sleeping on it for a few nights I came to the realization that it is a comfortable mattress, it did alleviate the soreness we were experiencing from our old mattress however it did not really live up to its marketing. It is not really life altering as the marketing will have you believe. I'm not necessarily waking up more refreshed or with more energy. I'm not at work counting the hours until I can get back in to bed. It's overall good but not great. I give this mattress 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

.. It's been great! It's comfortable! I read about people having to get used to it. I immediately got used to sleeping better. I wear my cpap mask more often and I feel better from my back to my muscles. My wife also really enjoys the mattress. I only have given 3 stars at the moment because we've just got the msttesss about 2 weeks ago.
