We bought a new mattress because our old one was sagging in the middle and giving me back ache at night. This bed solved that, however I have noticed that my arms are going numb, I think it is because it is too firm, however I need that for my back. Maybe the 3 inches of the purple stuff might be better. Can you offer that without the coils?

My original style Purple is the BEST mattress I've ever had. I've had 2 Select Comfort and Beautyrest mattresses. My Purple is not just comfortable, it's comforting. I don't know how else to put it. I sleep well, my much-injured back and neck are happy - I'm happy! My 1/2 Star off would only be because I had a small indentation problem before the end of my first year. I sent pics to Purple on Facebook Messenger, and their response back was my new Purple was on its way! It was literally that easy. I expect my experience was a fluke and now expect to get many years of comforting sleep on my new Purple mattress. Would I buy again? You better believe it! My friends are now buying too! P.S. I have the adjustable frame. Two thumbs up! Less expensive than Select Comfort (by half?) with all the same features PLUS a few more and the same warranty.

WOW, is it a hard mattress. You can feel the grid beneath the cover. It REALLY needs some cushioning, or Purple needs to develop a mattress pad to buy separate for people who need some cushioning. This is probably a great mattress if you like firmer beds, but I have wide hips, and I haven't slept for more than 4 hours a night in a couple weeks now. I gave it 2 months, but I can't do it anymore. I'll be calling to return the mattress soon.

So far so great! Owned for 10 days. I find the mattress somewhat firm yet comfortable. I look forward to getting into bed. I am sleeping for 4-6 hours straight. Before this system, I would wake up after 2 hours. The quality of sleep seems good. I wake up refreshed and move straight away after rising. My shoulder pains are gone. My back pain is present but lessened and goes away after rising.

Hello, I would like to buy your mattress with the 4in plastic top, before you used to Ofer it but now you can only get it in the spring mattress but not on the original mattress, that is a shame, I do not like spring mattress, it would be great that you could sell the original mattress with the 4 inch plastic top

I purchased my first Purple a few years ago. My husband did a lot of research on all the brands and the reviews and information on Purple had him sold. We loved it so much when we moved into a larger home we upgraded our queen to a king and now use the queen as a spare bed. This Christmas our kids (9 & 10) were ready for new mattresses so they each got full-size beds. They are so happy with them!

I did a bunch of research and read many reviews before buying. The bed is better than any of the cheaper beds on the market , that I'm used to sleeping on. I'm very impressed with the design and functionality of the purple grid. It's super responsive, and forms to your body immediately. That being said , I think with me being a back sleeper and a hybrid sleeper also, It causes me slight back pain waking up . It's not every night, and for the most part I love the bed . I'm a satisfied customer, just may look for something a little more fit for my sleep style, next time.

I really wanted to love this bed, but I don't. I'm a side sleeper and I was really hoping this bed would allow me to sleep on my side without my arm and hand falling asleep - well, it didn't work. I will be returning the bed, I hope the return process is hassle-free.

It's just not for us! My husband and I did not have any good sleep nights on Purple. His back hurt in the morning (he's a back sleeper), my shoulder and arm got numb and I felt a pressure point in my hip (I'm a side sleeper). It felt like all our trigger points only got more triggered. Besides, it was too firm for my ribs. Plan on returning.

We had a Sealy iComfort gel bed and I woke up every single morning feeling like I was beaten up, in pain and struggling to make it through the day. I dreaded sleeping in that bed and slept on the couch instead. Friends of our recommended The Purple bed and after a week of sleeping on it I really enjoy going to bed again and waking up pain free. It is truly amazing how great this bed can make you feel. It was a pleasure to write the review. This bed is the greatest!!!!!!!
