We purchased the 2" bed approximately 30 days ago. My husband is a back sleeper and says his lower back pain has almost stopped hurting since sleeping on this bed. I agree that sleeping on my back or stomach, this bed is nice. Unfortunately, I am a side sleeper and this bed makes my hips hurt. I wake up 2 or 3 times per night from pain and have to flip to the other side.

I've been in need for a new bed for the last couple years now and when I was doing my research for the best foam beds out there, Purple was my number one option. So I purchased an original purple with the mattress protector, The purple pillow and got free sheets with it. I can safely say that this is the best mattress I've ever bought hands down. I suffer from back pain and every morning I wake up with little to none to start my day. I love this brand!

Both my husband and I have slept amazing since we got our purple bed and pillows!! Life changing and you won't regret buying one. The sheets and duvet are a must have as well, not to hot, not to cold! (Also I never leave reviews so you know this is no joke if I am leaving one.)

We had a pillow top mattress that was statring to have body imprints and was hurting our bodies. The first week with our purple mattress was an adjustment because our bodies were not used to being supported properly, now we sleep amazing and our bodies are not aching anymore.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure this bed lives up to the hype. It's a great bed. It's comfortable, but I just had such high expectations for it. I go to bed each night feeling fine and wake up with a stiff aching pain in my thoracic spine. I thought I could blame a lot of it on my mattress before because I was always okay until I slept on it all night. Switching to purple hasn't made it any better and I'm still incredibly restless. It's been about two weeks with Purple so I'm hoping I'll adjust. I'm writing this review at 4am if that says anything. This is the most money we have ever spent on a mattress and I just hope I don't have to use their return policy!

This mattress has definitely aliviated most of my neck and back pain. No miracle but it is way way better. I was a little apprehensive about the pillow when I first unpackaged it and it did take a night or two to get used to it but it has helped with my neck pain

Customer service is great. I had a small complaint The package came opened and taped shut. There was a very small spot on the Mattress cover. It looked Like blood. It was only the size of a drop. You guys sent me a new cover and a seat cushion as a gift. I latter received a second mattress from you. Every time I have spoken to customer service I have been educated on your product . Your sales people are never pushy. I will recommend Friends to Purple. On the products I do have critic. The seat cushion comes with a Handel to make it simple to carry. It how ever is heavy. It is not something I would carry with me. It is comfortable to set on but it will always stay home. The Mattress could be a bit firmer. My Butt and hips sink into the mattress. I have been dealing with a bit of back pain since sleeping on the mattress. I do believe if I was not as heavy the mattress would be great. Customer service told me sometimes it takes a while to get use to The Purple. This could be true. I am not having as much difficulty as I was. But again more support would be better. I Have inquired about the adjustable base. For the price I would need a trial period. I have been tempted to return the mattress because of the minor back pain but your customer service is to good. I want this to work out.

I'm primarily a side sleeper and this mattress is extremely comfortable. Took a few days to get use too because not use to a mattress that cradles your body. Also I no longer wake up stiff and sore anymore. Haven't been in pain since I switched. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Right at first the mattress helped my aching back, but Before a year was even up I felt the body impressions and was not getting the sleep I had before. Now after two years and rotating the bed, I'm back to aching body and sleeping numb arms. The 10 year warranty isn't very promising, some how you have to prove the indention upto a certain depth. How can you prove that unless you are laying in it. The material springs back after you are out of it.

I've suffered from chronic back pain for the past 8 years, (I'm currently 28). This bed has allowed me to wake up feeling normal again. My back feels completely relaxed when lying down. I love this bed and can't wait to get home to get some rest in it.
