I have been using the pillow and mattress for less than one month, but so far have been very pleased overall. I hope the products will hold up over time as I am sleeping much better. My only complaint is with a strong smell from the pillow that has been slow to fade. I am going to try washing it to see if that resolves the issue.

Extremely impressed with your products and company. No more back pain or hip pain in the morning. It's easier to fall asleep and I wake up rested. Your customer service people are all very helpful and prompt when responding to questions.I can't thank you guys enough.

Ask a friend who has a pruple how she liked this she said she loved it so i decided to give it a try. I bought this mostly because my husband has a hard time sleeping on a traditional spring mattress. I myself can say I am very pleased with the purchase as I even have noticed how much better I am sleeping.

Switched from a 12 year old dual chamber sleep number to a queen purple. Nice feel to it. Just firm enough no significant sink in. Stays cool. The texture of the top is a little weird when touching with your hand, but nonexistent when laid upon. Absolutely satisfied with the purchase.

the first thing i noticed was the give and support of my body now understand i weigh 325 lbs and it fit like a glove and it did not matter if i was on my side or my back. then i felt the cooling sensation all night, i woke up feeling cool. the other thing i noticed is my pillow in the morning was not flat and that was because of the give of the Purple. I also did not wake up multiple times during the night. What an awesome product, i cannot wait for my wife to get up to get her reaction. I do not regret the purchase. Worth every penny, from our purchase my daughter and husband are ordering there Purple also.... It sells itself.....

The bed is super comfortable our cat loves it too! I have back problems so sleeping on this bed was a major relief. It was easy to open and unfold, as for carrying it I wish it had side handles to hold while moving it since it moves like jelly. The customer support was excellent in making sure it was perfect. We love it so far!

I like the mattress..it makes it easy to sleep all night. The only issue was it was delivered to the apartment rental office. I had to move it three blocks to my home even though I left FedEx instructions to deliver to my home. I am a disabled veteran so this was very hard.

I like this mattress.. Honestly, I find myself going to bed early because I am so excited to sleep on it. I have noiticed that the sides seem firmer than the middle and I am tending to sleep closer to the center of the bed because of this. I weigh close to 300#, and I wish it was just a little firmer. My **** tends to sink in more than I would like.. Great mattress!

This may be a bit of a hefty post but hopefully it will help some of you out there as well as Purple in continuing to improve their products. First off I'm about 140 lbs, pretty thin; and I am pretty much exclusively a side sleeper. I prefer a softer bed, although I haven't really done any extensive studies of different bed firmness. I think due to my side sleeping I expected this bed to work really well for me because I imagined if I was sleeping on my arm that it would kind of dig into the Polymer while the rest of my weight was supported. So my arm wouldn't go numb, and at the same time due to it's design I wouldn't be super hot. I basically expected it to be a cloud of awesome. I purchased the new Purple 3 Mattress about a month ago. Initially I noticed it actually felt firmer than my old bed (my old bed was just average I would say, nothing too fancy) which kind of took me off guard. I was expecting it to be softer and really cradle me like I was sleeping in a cloud. I did notice the Hyper-Elastic Polymer when I was sitting on the bed or sitting up, but when my weight was distributed it just felt harder than my old bed. I didn't keep count of how many times my arm went numb, but I do feel it happened a bit more with this bed versus my old bed. If I was a bit heavier (perhaps 160-170lbs?) I think it would have really cradled me a lot better, but for me it felt like I was just sleeping on a flat board. In my personal opinion, I would be very interested if the Hyper-Elastic Polymer on the bed was just a bit more firm than the pillow is. Before the bed arrived I laid on the pillow and I thought, "If this is what it's like and it still keeps me cool it's going to be great." So maybe that's something they might look in to in the future. Like having different consistencies of polymer vs just 2, 3 or 4 inches of the same consistency. I would probably be willing to give it another chance if that was the case. As far as temperature goes I did feel that it slept a cooler because I was able to up my AC a bit and wake up really comfortable as far as temperature is concerned. I'm rating this three stars as it seemed like a pretty average bed to me. This doesn't take into account the price. For me it wasn't worth the price when my bed isn't super old, and I didn't really notice a difference. The rating also doesn't take into account their customer service because I wanted to make this just about the bed itself.

My husband and I purchased The King Purple Bed in April 2016 and we have each been late to work several times since our purchase. That may sound like a bad thing, but really it is a testament to how TRULY comfortable this mattress is. I had my doubts about buying a mattress that I had not sat on or laid on, but I took the gamble and it paid off. We couldn't be happier with our mattress and are constantly "showing it off" to friends and family. A BIG THANKS to Tony and Terry for developing such a wonderful product!!!
