I bought mine 5 months ago and I still love it till today. I always recommend it to people having a bad night. Never have gotten a stiff neck from this bed. I just hope purple would have given existing customers free sheets too not just the ones buying just now.

My tween son loves his Purple mattress, so when we needed a mattress for the adults in the house we decided to try the Purple as well. While we ultimately realized that the mattress didn't meet our needs (too soft!) we were able to return the mattress and a refund was issued swiftly. Always pleased with good customer service!

The prices of these beds are pretty extreme. It really is not necessary for these materials to cost this much. But because I, like everyone else that have back, neck and hip problems will do anything for some help with discomfort of a restless and pain free sleep. We will try anything. I have had my purple bed now for a few weeks. At first it was great, but as time to adjust has come and gone I am feeling the pain in the areas I have always had. So as far as the purple bed being comfortable, yes, it is comfortable, cool and better than the rest I have had. I am still paying on a bed that I bought 6 months ago and still have 6 months more to pay. I took the mattress off of it and am using my purple mattress on it. It's an adjustable bed. Overall I will sleep on my bed maybe 3 times a week and in my recliner 4 days a week.

This mattress has different support than other mattresses which is nice and helped my back not hurt until I slept on my stomach one night. You do, however, still sink into it, and I prefer staying on top of my mattress and not down in it. I think I needed to get one of the firmer mattress, but they were out of my budget range. Also, for some reason, I slept very hot on this mattress despite the claims that they sleep cool. I talked with a representative from Purple, and he offered to send out a technician to find out if there was something wrong with the mattress, but I told him I was going to return it anyway since it was too soft.

This HAS to be the best purchase of the year that I've made. I've watch countless review videos and read stories online but having tried it for myself I broke up with my SO and started a new relationship with my new bed. 2 of the best choices I've made this year. All the back problems I had were suddenly gone after waking up and being a side sleeper too was an experience. Normally I would wake up with my arm asleep when sleeping on my side but that is non-existent with this bed. It's firm where you need it and soft where you want it. My next purchase from y'all will be the pillow because I've also heard great things from it as well. Keep up the good work guys I'm loving it!

We had originally tried a Purple 2 at the State Fair of Texas last fall, and liked the bouncy feel and thought the softness we felt at the time would help us sleep better. However, the one we received, though somewhat bouncy, did not feel soft. We were a bit disappointed, because it was firmer than expected, and at first we thought we would not be able to get used to it. However, we did get used to it, and it "seems" to have helped my hubby's shoulder pain. We will wait to give full confirmation of this, when cooler and/or wetter weather comes in the fall, because this affects our arthritis pain. We are seniors and looking for relief when we sleep, not more pain.

I was skeptical that my back pain would be affected by a better mattress simply because I have never experienced this technology. Within days of sleeping on this mattress, it was clear that my low back pain was over. I would (and have) recommend this mattress to anyone. You won't sink deep into it, but that was my problem before and the pressure points are well taken care of while supporting my surrounding muscles. I will say the Purple bed frame is not "quiet as baby kittens" as advertised. It squeaks a lot, but I'll spray some WD40 on it and see if that helps.

I am a side/ back sleeper. When we first started sleeping on the mattress, everything was fine. But after a while, my body started to hurt. I now get shoulder and hip pain while sleeping on sides and wake up with lower back pain after sleeping on back. I've tried different pillow combinations under my head and even sleep with a pillow between and under my legs. They have helped but I still wake up with pain.

I cannot believe we waited so long to order purple. Words cannot describe how our nights have changed for good. No sweating, no tossing & turning and most importantly the best nights sleep ever. Thanks Team Purple for developing this wonderful technology.

I'm a former Marine, MARATHON RINNER AND BASKETBALL PLAYER. I'VE BROKEN MY BACK TWICE. AFTER SLEEPING ON THIS BED FOR. FOUR NIGHTS I HAVE ZERO BACK PANE AND MY WIFE WHO IS GOING THROUGH MENOPAUSE FEELS NO HEAT AND IS AVTUALLY COLD AT NIGHT. BEST BED EVER
