My wife and I finally agreed on this mattress after an Airbnb stay. The mattress feels like you are sleeping on air. Neither one of us has any back or hip pain since using this mattress. We do not get overheated like we have with other mattress'. It gives the perfect amount of support. We also purchased the pillows that are cooling and along with the mattress it is all over support. We highly recommend this product to everyone we talk to. It is 100% worth it!!!!!

I bought my first purple to replace an old temperpedic. Loved it, but it had a indentation failure after two years. Purple replaced it promptly, so I ordered another for my second home. They seem to stand by their products and they sleep well. For the price it blows most out of the water. However, I only have the basic model. When I ordered I noticed they now have upgraded integrations that make them on par with expensive mattresses. I cannot speak to those as I wanted a good mattress at a good price. 1k is ok, 5k not so much. Try the base model. If you don't like it search elsewhere for the $.

I can't express my gratitude in words, i am suffering from back pain for lastn25 years and Waking up in the morning is most painful experience on other mattress. But with purple mattress there's no pain in the morning and i Sleep like baby in the clouds. Worth every penny. if purple was 30% less expensive it would kill all other mattress for sure.

I decided to try the purple after months of debating ordering a mattress online without getting to try it first. I got the mattress, the base, and the sheets in order to get the best experience. Upon first impressions it did seem a little firm but also very supportive and comfortable for me (5'11", 180 lbs) After a few weeks I really liked the mattress and was sleeping great and very cool, never woke up hot or sweaty. Unfortunately my fiancé (5'5" 120lbs) found the mattress to be way to firm and she woke up with shoulder pain because she wasn't heavy enough to settle into the mattress. I contacted Purple to start the return process and they were great! They outlined exactly what had to be done (I donated the mattress to a local charity) and followed through. Within an hour of sending them my receipt with all the information they requested, they sent a confirmation email accepting the receipt and sending my refund. Great experience overall, I strongly recommend you give purple a try!

I drove to WA state from my home in BC to try the Purple 2 since it isn't available in Canada. My wife wasn't with me but I tried the mattress and decided to order it plus the pillow. The pillow arrived a couple weeks earlier and when my wife saw it, she wasn't sure she would even like the mattress when it arrived to our vacation home. After 2 nights on the bed, we were both convinced it's the best mattress we've ever slept on. Now I have 2 problems.... my wife want to replace our 2 year old mattress of another brand at home with a purple 2 and I've since lost my purple pillow to my wife as well.

It's been 4 years and I still have 0 complaint about this bed. Still helps my aches from daily activities, still relieves pressure as soon as I lay down. Just an overall great bed. If I could afford it, I would get the best one. I tried it out at a local store and it felt like 0 gravity. Thank you for being an honest, reliable and friendly company

I could certainly say that we've never slept better since we got our Purple 4 mattress! I could also say that we don't wake up with aches and pains any more! But the facts are this: I checked the sleep patterns on my activity tracker (where the goal is 7.5 hours sleep each night). In the 60 days before we got our Purple mattress, I hit the goal 10 nights. In the 60 days after we got our Purple mattress, I hit the goal 30 nights. Nuff said.
