OK so here is my week review of the Purple Mattress and Pillow!!! I LOVE IT!!! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! I love it so much that I ordered the seat cushion hoping to help my hips as I sit and edit photos and video!!! The only sad thing about it is the price...BUT when you get a big item that is going to be under you for MANY MANY years, you shouldn't find the cheapest...I learned that 10+ years ago when we got our last mattress....My hips AND BACK feel perfect when I wake up... I can lay flat on my back now...Brian(my husband) actually commented that I have never laid that long on my back since he has known me...My back has ALWAYS been trouble for me!!! Do yourself a favor and get one if you need a new mattress!!!! ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I love my purple bed and sheets, however I am disappointed one can not purchase the fitted sheets separately. The sheets are expensive and the snags only happen to my fitted sheets - both sets. They are over a year old but only by a few months. When i contacted CS they said they saw many of the same request. I just ask Purple to offer a solution, either patch options or purchase fitted sheets seperately.

Waking up with back or hip pain had become a daily issue for us. My husband had even seen a doctor because of his hip pain. After spending so much on our soft and extra plush pillow top, we thought something had to be medically wrong. If our old pillow top mattress was comfortable at first and causing this pain, we did not want another like it, and we did not like the sinking in and stuck feeling many of the memory foams gave us. Choosing a new bed is so difficult. So many choices out there. My husband sleeps mainly on his stomach and I am a back & side sleeper. Finding a bed that gives both the comfort and support needed and wanted not easy. While our research uncovered several that we thought might meet our needs, we were a bit nervous on how this bed would work out for us. Neither of us are light weights, and we both get hot easy at night, so the purple's added ability to stay cool convinced us to give it a try. The bed was more firm than we were used to but we both felt the difference in how we felt the very first morning after and every morning since. It has more than met our expectations. We both stay cool all night and neither of us wake up in pain!!! We love our purple bed!!!

I love this mattress. I bought my first purple (the original) a little over 5 years ago. It only lasted that long but maybe that was my fault since it's not supposed to be on box springs. I don't remember anything saying I shouldn't though, so we didn't know. But I knew I wanted another and decided to go with the premier 4. We figured more expensive would mean even better quality. One side of it was defective and even if it wasn't, we hated it. It was too soft and not supportive enough. So I called to exchange and and the girl I spoke to was so nice. She took care of everything and we got the original mattress like we had before. We love it so much, it is the best mattress we have ever slept on. We did buy the purple base, but even if the mattress still didn't last 5 years, we would buy it again. Purple fans forever!

No break in period or "getting used to" new feeling mattress...we're made for each other. My old mattress was a newish Tempurpedic. Great support but hot. Purple just blows it away. Its only been night 3, don't need 100 days, or 30, or any.... So great. At first I had misgivings it would be too soft. Not so. It is fully supportive, sleeps cool. It also has the right bounce- something the Tempurpedic lacked. I have high hopes this is the last mattress I will ever buy.....(I go through them fairly regularly) and would buy one again!

I have not had back or hip pain since I unrolled my Purple mattress a year ago. Nothing I have ever slept has had such a perfect balance of support and comfort, all without pressure points or heat buildup. This is saying something. I am 68, owned seven furniture stores in my life. I sold all the major brands in the larger stores, and futons, waterbeds, and tube flotation beds in specialty and boutique stores . I've even worked with large manufacturers designing mattresses that we hoped would accomplish what my Purple mattress does. My thanks to the team at Purple for so greatly improving the quality of my life.

Unfortunately I had to return this beautiful mattress I'm a hugh guy and needed more support..My own fault! Thought it would be soo so stressful on the return, but the Purple people were nothing short of incredible..Kind, considerate, patient, and very professional!!

I was worried about a few things. 1 buying a bed online, 2 some reviewers mentioned a smell 3 not being able to test the bed out before buying it. Needless to say, I just pulled the trigger and was astounded to say the least. It has been a magical purchase. Would do again if I had need to.

My wife has been having trouble sleeping on our old mattress, tossing and turning all night. Waking up exhausted. I had issues with pressure points causing circulation issues waking up with numbness here and there. Out new mattress Purple California King arrived at our door, and that night we opened the mattress and had a great nights sleep. Its been 2 months now and I can honestly say, I'm very pleased with the mattress. its a keeper!

I am a heavier body type (250+lbs) and my wife is lighter body type. We decided to buy the base purple mattress after our current foam mattress was sagging really bad after a year and my wife is pregnant. The process of getting the purple mattress was amazing. We ordered it and it showed up in about 3 business days. It fit right in to our existing queen foam frame. It's been about a couple months now and the mattress has solved some major sleeping issues for the both of us. Wife states I don't roll around as much and she doesn't feel like she is going in my crater anymore. Wife feels like she is getting enough back support and has been loving the balance of firm/soft the mattress brings. I hope this mattress lasts as advertised. Might submit or edit a review if the mattress does not hold after a year.
