Side sleeper here... Shoulder pain was awful for years. Switching sides every hour became normal. Tried several different types of mattresses with no luck. Then I saw that awesome video of the blonde girl dropping eggs on a mattress under a sheet of glass. Bought it, Love it. Doesn't break the egg, doesn't break my shoulders, doesn't break your wallet. I'm so glad I went ahead and got this mattress. I woke up a little sore after the first night. But that was because I wasn't use to not sleeping on a saggy mattress. Every night after that has been great. I wake up refreshed and no more pain in my neck and back. Great product.

Wow what a difference, my boyfriend and I haven't slept better! He's a back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper, we both love it. I'm purchasing another pillow as well, we got a free one with the purchase of the mattress. It contours to your head and neck perfectly. Now my boyfriend won't sleep without it, which means I need another one!

I did not want to believe the hype that has been surrounding this mattress and brand for all this time, but I finally pulled the trigger and invested in one. I was nervous it was not going to improve my sleep, but it did immediately. I will say it took my body maybe a full week to adjust to it, but now I have no trouble sleeping. I even have the purple pillow! Invest in your health by investing in your sleep!!! I now trust all things Purple!

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Purple. My wife and I ordered a Queen size Purple mattress to replace our old King spring mattress. Once the Purple mattress was delivered, we quickly realized that even though it was crazy comfortable, we needed the size of a King to accomodate both of us, plus our 90 pound old english bulldog that refuses to sleep on the floor. I thought it would be a nightmare to actually utilize the 100 day trial period to return our Queen and purchase a King Purple mattress. NOPE!! They were FANTASTIC! They made everything completely seamless. Not only was it easy to return the Queen to buy a King; we were thrilled to find out that Purple didn't even want the Queen back. We were told we could donate (You read that right, DONATE) the mattress to the charity of our choice for a full refund on the Queen! So in the end, we have a King size Purple mattress that we (and our bulldog, Brutus) love, and someone in need of a blessing got a brand new Queen size Purple matress that i'm sure they will love. This is what it looks like when companies pay it forward! We need more companies out there that do business this way. My wife and I wish Purple nothing but success in the future! Oh... And the mattress is literally the most comfortable thing we've ever slept on. We don't even refer to it as going to bed anymore. I had heard of people ranting and racing about the awesome sleep they were getting on the Purple mattress so I decided to get one too. It was time to replace my old mattress and I could really use some of that amazing sleep that I was hearing about. I've had the Purple mattress for about a month now and I can honestly say that it is a great mattress. Soft and firm at the same time and sleeps cool as advertised but what didn't happen was the "miracle sleep" that I would write home to mom about. I found that I actually needed to get use to being supported while I sleep. Seems weird to say but other purple mattress owners can probably confirm this. After a month I can say that I have had the most consistent and comfortable sleep that I've had in a long time. It wasn't an overnight turn around but my back doesn't hurt anymore and I can actually sleep through the night.

I love the purple component of the mattress. I wish you sold that as a topper. I was in total la la land for the first few weeks. Now after 6 weeks of use I am noticing the mattress portion is beginning to sink around my hips. I am an average sized woman 5'6 155lbs. I have some resulting back/hip pain .I've rotated the mattress once. I will give it the full 90 day trial before I make any final conclusions . I was so hopeful, but am cautious now.

I bought Purple-totally PUMPED because of the egg test, enthusiasm and sassy advertising. Slept great for about 6 months then the sag started. Cal king both sides. Our frame has like 6 legs and a grid support, so it's not the frame. I called sent some photos and they sent me a new mattress quickly and with no hassle. It's been about 6 months now and the sag is back. We've rotated the bed and it's just awkward now. Our sheets are plenty stretchy and our mattress protector is plenty big. I'm experiencing excruciating lower back pain and at this point I would love my money back. This mattress is just not for me. I haven't bothered to call customer service again because I highly doubt they'll send me a third mattress (which I don't want) and I know they won't give me my money back. I'm a stomach sleeper and my quality of sleep is horrific these days. I gave two stars instead of one because I really do think it's a great company and innovative product, but for me it's just not working out :(

The Purple mattress was an instant hit for us. We both fell in love with it from the first night. It took me a few days to adjust to my Purple pillow, but now, I can't imagine using another. Purple is the best innovation in sleep I've ever experienced. Thanks!

The mattress feels extremely supportive as I do not get that sinking feeling as with other memory foam mattresses. We got the purple pillow as well and its also amazing. I sleep on my back and sometimes on my stomach, And with both positions I am comfortable and able to sleep through the night. At times we wake up with purple prints on our bodies but we take that as a reminder of how comfort feels, the impressions quickly go away especially with a warm shower.
