I changed mattress because there was always a low spot were I sleep. I have used my Purple mattress now for a week and it looks like it has a low spot. I have box springs under the mattress and it does look low. I don't think it should this way. I weigh 245 lbs.

So we started looking for a new mattress as our pillow top mattress was just not working for us as stomach/side sleepers. I did a LOT of research on all the new mattresses out there and well, the comparisons clearly pointed to this one! Well, we ordered the wrong size mattress (king vs Cal King)but were able to "upgrade" to the correct size at no additional charge! In the meantime, we were out of town, but the new mattress arrived soon after we returned home and I have been sleeping like a baby ever since! I have even been running pain free and have more energy during the day. Woo hoo! I highly recommend this mattress and am already anticipating getting into bed tonight!

My husband and I bought a Purple to replace a very worn out mattress. Prior to buying the Purple, I would wake up in agony every morning. I could barely move! The lack of support was really taking a toll on my body. The Purple has been a Godsend. It's relieved most of my pain, and I feel totally supported. I sleep better than I have in a long time. I actually look forward to going to bed because the mattress is so comfortable. I highly recommend it! Just don't expect it to feel soft and snuggly. It doesn't have that feel to it. It feels more like a firm mattress, but without the pressure points.

I purchased this setup as a gift for my wife. Queen mattress, support frame and sheet set. She is very pleased with the improvement in quality of sleep she is getting. The mattress is excellent. The frame seems rather fragile and causes me concern. Administratively, there are some issues. After ordering the assembly I requested a 'free' sample. Imagine my surprise at having to pay the postage when the sample arrived. I called to ask if shipping through UPS was an option. I was told 'no'. FedEx deliveries in our area are atrocious. The sheet set was dropped in our driveway. I contacted the FedEx driver to set up a delivery window for the mattress so I could be home when the package arrived. He assured me he would make arrangements with his supervisor for this to happen. The delivery arrived 4 1/2 hours after I asked for it. I wasted an afternoon of vacation waiting for the FedEx truck. Finally, this letter asking for a review, mangles my initials. When an individual provides their initials, instead of a name, they expect them to be capitalized. Not doing that indicates a lack of respect for the language and customer.

We bought a queen size Original Purple mattress to replace our son's old mattress. He loves it. He said it is the best bed he's ever slept on. I have to say, when I tried his bed myself, in 5 minutes I was so relaxed, I did not want to get up. There is so much gentle support exactly where it is needed. When it's time for my husband and I to replace our mattress, it will definitely be with a Purple mattress. Thank you for an amazing product.

I had a few friends and family tell me they got a purple and liked it so with the 100 night guarantee I decided to give it a try. Definitely takes a few weeks to get used to but the sleep is great. I wouldn't say it's " Phenomenal" like some have said but it is a great mattress. I am using it on top of an adjustable mattress and it seems to have zero issues confirming to the adjustments.

We both have had lots of body aches with our old mattress. My husband had very sore hips, getting out if bed was a challenge. Now he can get right up with no pain. I myself have no longer lower back pain or severe pain over my right shoulder blade. We are bigger people and this bed is absolutely perfect

My wife and I purchased the Purple mattress for a few reasons: the commercials, the size of it, the technology, and it was just time for something better than what we had. Everything from the production and shipping updates to the setup instructions was very professional. There were absolutely no surprises. We never had issues with sleep before, so we weren't looking to solve a sleeping problem, but even through changes in our lives (work hours, pregnancy, etc.), the mattress has been flawless. I originally ordered a different mattress but after a month a shipping delays I canceled order and bought a purple mattress ordered on a Thursday was here on the following Tuesday best decision. I have cartilage/nerve damage in shoulder and used to routinely wake in pain not anymore I do wish I ponied up extra for hybrid as regular is a little soft for my liking but that's my own fault as every "professional" review I read was heavier people should upgrade to hybrid but not waking up in pain in still worth it
