I have had the purple mattress for two to three weeks now. From day one after sleeping on my purple mattress I have not had any hip, back or shoulder pain. After a few years of getting up and down all night from being in paid with back and hips, I can say I no longer have this issue and it is all thanks to sleeping in on the purple mattress. I have told everyone that I know to check out the mattress and give it a try. I will never go back to a regular mattress. Thank you so very much for making such a wonderful mattress!!

The purple mattress wasn't for us, but it was everything promised. Well made, pressure relieving, good customer service. Returned it becuase of disagreement between spouses. Even the money-back experience went flawlessly and we were able to donate it to a great organization so everyone wins. Purple earns 5 stars even though we did not keep it. Do yourself a favor and try it. You have nothing to lose.

I bought the queen size purple on black Friday and have experienced zero buyers remorse. 100 night trial made it worth a try and I can honestly say I have never experienced such an amazing quality sleep before. I also got the frame for it which really took this mattress to a new level in perfect comfort. My back feels absolutely amazing I wake up with a spring in my step and a smile on my face I'm so glad I decided to purchase. Really great value in my opinion. This bed is perfect for all types of sleepers, and I haven't tossed and turned like I did before on my old crap bed lol. Never going back :)

Before I received my Purple mattress I was sleeping poorly and waking up feeling like I'd been wrestling with my mattress. Now I look forward to sleeping and I wake up feeling refreshed. I'm a part time athlete who puts her body through rigorous training so sleep is a very important part of my recovery. I now recommend Purple to everyone I know. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I have owned the purple mattress from almost a year now. I lived it at frist but after a couple months started to notice a very big dip where I was sleeping. I figured this would happen over time but it happened so fast I have turn the mattress every couple months to try and help it not settle so much but I find myself trying to sleep in the middle of bed (much to my husbands dismay) where is the only place it is still firm. I wake up with major back every morning due to the lack of support. As I said before I new this would happen eventually I just did expect it so quickly and I'm really disappointed. I wish had I returned before the 100 instead of giving it a chance and now I am stuck with a bed that causes me pain. Just warning to anyone buying the support does not last long. I really wanted to love it but sadly it fell short.

I'm still within my trial period but so far this mattress has helped me with my back and neck pain. It's gone! I am a lightweight side and back sleeper. For me this mattress works. It did have an odd smell at first but has gone away now. It's a heavy mattress but very comfortable

Too firm for our liking, after trying for 50 days. Be aware that if you don't return within 30 days they will not give you credit for the base or sheets. Glad we did not go for the expensive base. Feel return policy needs to be changed. Get the mattress for 100 night but base for only 30, doesn't make any sense.

We love this mattress. My wife has RA. No mattress was every good enough. I did all my research. On the first day she got relief from he joints after suffering for years .i loved it myself. The technology behind is wonderful. We are purple people for life .

It took a few nights, but once we get used to this mattress, we now sleep well. There are things that you need to read on their site VERY CAREFULLY. Also, the second after you place your order, you will start getting regular emails to buy more stuff, even before you received your original order. They took a few days to fill my order so it put the ship date back a few days. I was going out of town for vacation, would they hold the order for me, and ship it later? NO! You have to call FedEx and ask them to do that. Is FedEx taking my mattress through you? NO! That's our "white glove" service that only comes with our "premium" mattress. So now I have to arrange when it arrives and pick up for a mattress through another vendor. So, yeah, buyer beware. There may be other things that I missed, read the fine print, there may be things that YOU get stuck with.

I loved the mattress at first. Felt supported and morning back pain started getting better immediately. I bought the platform frame and loose fitting jersey sheets. After about 6 months though, the bed had almost no support. Over the past 2 years I've moved my sleep position from one side to the middle to the other side and the entire mattress is sunk in and offers no support. Morning back pain is back and the mattress feels like mushy foam all over now. Great mattress while it lasted, but now I feel like I've wasted my money.
