My wife and I have been in the market for a new mattress for quite awhile. She suffers from chronic neck/shoulder pain and our old mattress seemed to be compounding the problems. After much research online, we first ordered a T&N mattress. I had no trouble with their mattress, it was much too firm for her and seemed to cause more issues. We returned the T&N mattress and ordered Purple. While no mattress can alleviate my wife's pain, the Purple seems to be the best for her issues. It seems to relieve some of the pressure on her back and neck. I also find the mattress very comfortable and sleeps relatively cool. I'd certainly recommend the Purple mattress to anyone.

My husband and I both love this mattress. For one thing, I don't feel any movement when he is tossing and turning. And no matter what position I sleep in, sometimes on my back, sometimes on my side, my whole body is softly but firmly supported. On our old mattress, when I would lie on my back, the small of my back is arched away and felt achy and unsupported. On our Purple mattress, my entire body is supported, like a hug. So you're on the fence about buying a Purple Mattress? Here's some down right info for you. Purple has literature on their website that tells you exactly how their mattress compares to others. Without naming names of other retailers, the only mattress that can even be in the same ball park as the purple is the NUMBER one to beat. Yes that was a hint. Yet the purple is so much more than it's biggest competitor. The in home trial is by far the best out there because if you don't like the purple then you simply call them up they arrange for pick up you get your cash back, and everyone walks away happy because purple then donates that mattress to a local charity. Other companies give you a ton of grief after you walk out the doors if you don't like their product. What's more is that purple has the best warranty out there. My NUMBER one concern after only having my other mattress after two years was that an air bladder was leaking and the company wanted me to pay on their prorated 10 year scale. To me if a company is going to warranty something they do it like purple does and they actually warranty their product against being defective. So Purple totally wins when it comes to warranty, price, quality, and if that wasn't enough (even if all that wasn't a concern) purple also is the best night sleep you've had in a really long time. So in short, if you're on the fence about buying a purple then it's time to leap on over and make the purchase. You can thank purple tomorrow for a good nights rest tonight.

Sleeping on a more expensive mattress i would wake up in the middle of the night with pain in my legs and joints. After trying purple for a couple of weeks i don't have that problem anymore. I strongly recommend purple mattress for a great nights sleep.

This mattress sleeps wonderfully. I'm a side sleeper that doesn't move much. On certain mattresses my hip will actually get sore. Purple seems to hug the body perfectly. I haven't had any soreness and have been sleeping well. My husband loves it too. He had been dealing with aches and pains from our other mattress. He hasn't had any problems since. He's been feeling more well rested. We're both glad we bought it.

I was in the market for a nontoxic mattress that could also help the pains in my back I was getting from my old spring mattress. When I first received my purple mattress I was a bit turned off. It felt almost too minimal and seemed like it would potentially not last as long as the website says. But I had read the adjustment period was about two weeks so I gave it a go and to my surprise I actually fell in love with it! My back feels amazing and I have grown to love the minimal feeling. I haven't decided if I will get a thin mattress pad yet since feeling the cube pattern under me is still a bit odd. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is still too soon to know if it will last as long as they say! For some reason I still feel like it may not last, but only time will tell!
