I'm a hot sleeper and have struggled for years with waking up soaking wet from sweat. I had basically resigned myself to the idea that it would always be like that. After researching, I finally made a last ditch effort to help my night sweats by trying Purple. The Purple mattress has truly changed my life. Not only is the mattress extremely comfortable, but it has also greatly reduced my night sweats. I highly recommend that you try this mattress if you struggle with night sweats. Purple is a game changer!

Let me start out that my wife and I have had very different experiences on this mattress. Wife: She's a side sleeper and has had sore shoulders and numbness in her arms and hands every night on the purple mattress. She very much does not like sleeping on it, and has on multiple occasions during our trial gone to sleep on the queen spring mattress in the guest room. Husband: I fall asleep on my back and often awake on my side. For laying on my back this mattress is AMAZING! I havent laid on a better surface and fallen asleep feeling better. However, when I awake I do have some shoulder stiffness and have had numb arms/hands a few times (not nightly like my wife) Sadly, the arm/shoulder issue is far too troublesome for us so we've decided to return our purple mattress.

I have consistently been able to sleep at least an extra hour per night on the weekends due to the increased comfort of the Purple mattress. The firmness of the mattress did begin to decrease after about three months but it was as good as new after turning it.

We have now had our 'Purple' since April 5th. Our previous mattress was a 'Simmons Beauty Rest Pillow Top King'. And it was nearly 14 years old. That 'Simmons mattress was awesome for about 9 or 10 years, but we were long over due for a new one. There is definitely an adjustment period for the 'Purple'. My wife slept great on it from the beginning, but since our last bed constantly hurt my hips or back, I think I'm now healing and adjusting. Each week it gets better and better to sleep on. Our dog (Husky/Lab mix) seems to sleep on our bed even more now since we got the 'Purple'. Easy setup, no smell, and great customer service. It took just under 4 weeks for delivery. Had to help the FedEx lady carry it. My hip doesn't hurt near as much, and my back is no longer sore in the morning.

I've read that some people need time to adjust to the Purple mattress. That was not the case with my wife and I. We slept great on our first night with the Purple mattress. It is very comfortable when sleeping on my side or stomach. I can feel the way the mattress surrounds you the most when lying on my back if we're watching tv. My only problem is, I don't want to get out of bed. I'd highly recommend a Purple mattress.

I was struggling to find a mattress that could allow me to sleep well at night and also not have me wake up with all my aches and pains from decades old back problems. Found it! Since night #1 I have slept soundly and don't have the usual slow moving routine to get my back warmed up. It's been just shy of a month and I have no reason to doubt that it'll change moving forward. I bought the basic-level mattress for being a back sleeper, as recommended by the website (I also occasionally sleep in my side).

Love the mattress, Only wish when I ordered the sheet set for the split king foundation, with the two twin mattresses, I had received two fitted sheets for the two twin mattresses instead of the one king bottom sheet. When I elevate my side, it makes my wife think I'm trying to throw her out of bed since the stretchy bottom sheet tries to lift her mattress. To be touting the experts of mattresses, seems a little overpowering. I called in to ask if I could swap the bottom King sheet for two bottom twins. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was waited upon. The young fellow said he was sorry but they could not take care of my problem, that it was the way they shipped all of them. He said he was so sorry. This is stupid!!!!!

We got this mattress after lots of research and reviews from a few people we actually know. We figured with the 100 day guarantee we couldn't go wrong. It was about 10-13 days from ordering to arrival (which considering I ordered on Thanksgiving Day for the promo is amazing) and it was pretty easy to set up. (My husband made sure we opened it properly because some people in reviews didn't and it's apparently difficult to correct/flip over. The first night I was in love. He didn't like it the first few days (we've read the adjustment period can be a week or two and varies by person) but now he loves it too. I'm a stomach sleeper, that moves a lot to my side and even sometimes my back. He is mainly a side sleeper. The bed is much cooler than our previous bed (not sure if I can put brands but it ended in "pedic") which was supposed to be cooling and definitely wasn't! So far we are very impressed with the bed and have no intentions of utilizing the 100 day policy!

best bed i ever bought. with some the best sleep i had since i can remember. the product is the best and the employees are really helpful and kind. will definitely be buying more purple products in next years to come. thanks for making sleep feel better again

My wife and I have had our king size mattress for about a month now and it has been fantastic! Never have to deal with getting too hot,not having enough room, or just being uncomfortable. Every morning I am able to wake up saying that I had a great nights sleep! We also got the mattress protector which honestly you can't even tell is there. Although we haven't had anything happen where the protector has been tested yet, it's nice to know our mattress will be safe when it happens! Thank you Purple!
