This is awesome! It's weird how I'd gotten used to little aches and pains from my old mattress, and when I first started sleeping on this I would think, "Oh, so my knees don't *have* to twinge like that. Huh, who'd have thought." I fall asleep so much faster, stay asleep so much better, and wake up feeling so much better. I am so glad I bought this.

I've slept on the mattress for about a month now. I weigh about 170lbs and am in good shape - the heavy parts of my body sink in (mid section and waist), and my arms/feet/head don't. For this reason, I can't sleep on my stomach, and sleeping on my back pushes my arms up restricting blood flow to my arms and hands. Also, I can already feel an impression forming. That being said, it does keep cool and sleeping on my side is ok. My wife likes it a lot because it is so soft. This mattress should cost half of the price it is listed at.

We absolutely LOVE our new purple bed and have been spreading the word about it's comfort ever since we purchased it. I have not awakened with a back ache since sleeping on this amazing bed. My son is purchasing one this month. Amazing technology and your marketing is pure genius!

The good is that both my wife and myself are very, very satisfied with the mattress and the performance of it. It is very comfortable and pleasant. Love the pillows too! Now the bad, the way it was shipped in 3 different drops, well was not good. And now the UGLY, waiting over 3 weeks for the actual delivery of the mattress, while i had the sheets and pillows within days of the order, the comforter and other items another week and then over 11 days for the main item.

After realizing we did not need the Purple platform we ordered with our mattress I inquired about returning the unopened box. The reply was a curt, "I'm sorry to inform you that we are unable to process your request as sales on platform bases are final." I was directed to the website where this information is made available. Seems we did not see this info when ordering the platform. Their absolute for no returns on the platform runs counter to their very generous return policy on the mattress. So it's a bit confusing. What's more confusing is their reason - "due to the nature of the product." What's the nature? Our frame is perfectly functional in an unopened box that someone else could certainly use. The email signature of the reply I received included two other points of confusion. One, a phone number for customer delight and two, the email sender's title, "Returns Guru" - how can you be a returns guru if you refuse returns and fail to delight your customer? I did reply with questions to better understand their point of view yet their speed of responding has been much slower than the immediate response to my original inquiry. No response as of this writing. As for the Purple mattress. It's decent, sleeps well and is better than the old mattress that it replaced. I'm not enamored with the mattress like many people seem to be. It was cool watching it expand after removing the packaging.

I have never had such a great mattress in my life. It would normally take anywhere from 30 min to a hour to fall asleep. But this one I am out in 10 min or less. When I wake up, I feel rested and not sluggish. I recommend this for anyone that has discomfort while sleeping.

I was skeptical at first ordering a mattress online, but after switching to Purple my back pain issues have improved significantly. They were getting so bad I was afraid I would need to start medications, and previously I needed monthly massages to help with muscle pain. All of that has cleared up since switching to Purple, I'm a believer!

The way people go on and on about their ugly little dogs or force show you pictures of their grandchildren is how I talk about my purple mattress. Don’t come around me talking about how you’re sleeping bad and your body aches because Im writing you a Rx for a purple mattress, I got my degree at WebMD so don’t doubt me!!! Get a Purple and call it a night, good night sleep that is…… and thats my time youve been a great crowd.

The first night it was GREAT. Then the consecutive 2nd and 3rd night, I could not sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night and could not sleep after that. After 4-5 days of sleeplessness I had my first good full night sleep. I think it's a matter of getting used to the mattress. It is rather comfortable, but I wold think that it may take a few moth to establish the consistency of sleep on this mattress. Also, I ave not seen any review from anyone after five years, ten years, or more than one year... Difficult for me to evaluate at this stage.

We were excited to get the Purple mattress, but it didn't end up working out for my wife or me. It was too firm for her, too soft for me. Purple gets an 'A' grade in my book though for their customer service. They got us our mattress quick and got our money back to us quicker when it didn't work out in the end.
