Outstanding customer service. The mattress is incredible. From day 1 this has been such a luxury added to our life. I cannot wait to get into bed. There is absolutely nothing like it. When we have friends visit I do include it as part out our home tour. Love these beds.

I have had my purple bad for two weeks I really really like it I feel like I'm floating and when I wake up and see that I can sleep more I'm happy that I'm laying on this bed it's a very good mattress I would recommend This bed to everyone if I were to have to buy another bed I wouldn't even shop around purple bed for me from now on Thank you so much I'm sleeping so much better!!!

We choose the basic purple to replace our 20 year old pillowtop. It was pricey, but believed the hype. It is quite firm to sleep on, so if you are into that, this mattress is for you. One of the higher end versions might be more to our comfort liking, but the price point is ridiculous.

My experience overall was really bad. I was immediately unimpressed when I first got it, and I didn't like the mattress after the first few weeks, but then I checked online and people said that it might take longer for your body to adjust so I waited. Then while waiting, I ran past the 100 day trial period. My body never adjusted. The bed never got more comfortable. My back and hips were always very sore when I woke up in the morning. When I called Customer Support for help they said there was nothing they could do. I even bought and used the mattress protector and sheets. Now I just have a 4 in memory foam topper on top of the bed. Customer Support suggested I take off the topper and try again -- I don't think they've every dealt with chronic back pain. I was willing to try the 4 in grid, but only if I could exchange the one I have. They suggested I just buy the more expensive one too and try it for 100 days. No thanks. I'm done trying Purple. Way too much hype.

I first bought a foam bed online, and ended up returning it after waking up sore most mornings. The change to purple has solved the problem. I sleep better with the purple mattress and definitely cooler. Wake up feeling good in the am! Have since bought one of everything else purple. Sheets arrived today, just waiting on my pillow! With that all said, 4 stars not 5 because in addition to the bed it's recommended you buy a super stretchy mattress cover and super stretchy high performance sheets (pricey) or Jersey cotton sheets (not the best feeling). Also, wish the mattress was an inch or 2 thicker--but that is just an aesthetic thing, not function.

I usually have lower back pain and I really feel it at night when it's time for bed. Since I have purchased this mattress I've not experienced that at all. My husband absolutely loves everything about this mattress. No complaints what so ever. His sleep is so deep that he doesn't even feel me getting up. I definitely would recommend, at the very least, trying out the trial and seeing if this is for you.

From the moment I laid down on it I knew it was for me! We have owned a sleep number, a tempurpedic and a lezza. And the Purple is hands down my favorite. No more neck pain ,no low back pain. And best of all, my wife has fybromialga and got relief the first night! Thank you, thank you, thank you! PS the sheets are awesome too.

I'm going to give the five stars, but with some additional info for you. I had an opportunity to sleep on one before I purchased. That one was on a bed frame with solid bottom as support. I used a previously owned frame under mine because I did not want to be that low to the floor. I am questioning if my frame is good overall around support for the mattress. I sleep well and it has much more support that my previously owned one and is very comfortable. I hate to say that only a little more time will tell, but that is where I am.

After having been duped into an overpriced under performing mattress in the past I was skeptical and very hesitant to make the investment. I did my research on line and was convinced, but still could not pull the trigger. When my husband started to develop issues with his sleep due to chemotherapy side effects I finally decided I couldn't wait any longer. Just in case, I kept my old mattress standing up in the hallway. Purchase, delivery and set up was very easy. My husband sleeps more comfortably and I find the difference in my sleep comfort is dramatic. I am now purchasing him ss cushion to ease his bone pain while sitting in his recliner and one to take to chemo. Please send me some samples and business cards so i can share this with his doctors!

I researched online mattress details endlessly and thought the Purple mattress would be perfect. While I really liked the feel of the mattress initially, I quickly began experiencing numbness in my arms and feet. For this reason, I feel that added support layers beneath the purple layer would be highly beneficial. I also did not like the low profile of this mattress or the sinkage factor when sitting on the edge. This mattress would really be outstanding if 3" of additional support were added.
