I was originally shipped the wrong mattress but after a quick call with customer service it was all worked out. took about 2 weeks to get my first mattress but it was the wrong size and then about a week to a week and a half to get the correct size after that. Now that I have been on the correct mattress for almost a month, I find that I really enjoy it. I switch positions a lot and this mattress lets me without making any noise or feel like I am fighting to move then wait for it to re-conform to my body.

My daughter convinced me to buy The Purple Mattress. She kept telling how comfortable and addictive it is. After reviewing many YouTube reviews, I decided to make my purchase. I am very happy. I suffer from back and neck pain....and so I don't sleep well at night. The first night, I slept like a baby.

I bought the standard purple mattress, the brand new harmony grid pillows, the sheets, the gravity blanket, all of it. I am very pleased with my purchase. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now. I am not sure if I notice a difference in the way my body feels after sleeping on it, but I am definitely more comfortable than I have been on any other bed. In regards to the pillow. It is heavenly. I bought the one that said "extra tall" for my husband and I to try out. I do wish I had gotten the standard one. As a stomach/side sleeper, I did not realize that the tall pillow would be too tall. I will likely exchange it, because I love the pillow so much. The sheets are incredibly soft and very stretchy. I enjoy the gravity blanket very much. My husband, however, feels like it is too much weight for him, and prefers to sleep without it.

This is my third mattress purchased from Purple. By far the best mattress I've ever owned. This time we decided to upgrade to one of the newer models. With the upgraded model in home delivery was part of the deal. If I knew that in home delivery was them dropping the mattress off in my foyer and leaving I wouldn't have paid 2600 for the mattress. The delivery guys refused to even carry it into my room. So if your planning on buying the best mattress on the planet be prepared to drag it in and set it up yourself.

Every now and then I feel like the mattress is a little too firm when I lay on my stomach, but not enough to prevent sleep, that's pretty much the only problem I have with it. Other than that the bed is amazing! I love it and don't regret purchasing it.

I'm 24 yrs old and always had lower back pains. I always thought it was cause my father has a bad back so I had the same gene, but since sleeping on this bed I haven't felt any pain in my back since day one. It is the most comfortable, and relaxing bed I have ever slept on!

Not impressed...pulled my 8 year Old pillow top mattress back out last night because I had been sleeping so poorly on the purple mattress. The purple mattress is quite stiff, I'm 6'1" 190, my gf is 5'2" 130 and neither of us like it. I mostly sleep on my back but occasionally sleep on my side. Side sleeping was not an option with the purple mattress. In the process of returning it...

So far we have liked the overall comfort and support of the mattress itself, however, being that it is made of entirely synthetic materials it makes us both sweat while we are sleeping. This even happen in tandem with the Purple mattress cover and cotton sheets. This is somewhat disappointing since Purple touts that it's mattress grid design is suppose to allow or air flow and keep sleepers cool. There is also a significant off-gassing period which can be somewhat unbearable if your sensitive to chemical manufacturing smells. I would recommend keeping your existing bed for a month while your Purple mattress and pillow fully off-gases in your garage or spare bedroom if you are able. Again, the comfort is okay, if you're alright with sweating and mid-sleep damp sheets.

My wife and I slept on the Purple Queen for it's full 100 day trial. Overall the mattress felt comfortable, but we couldn't get over the fact that you could "feel" the combs when sleeping. On my back the mattress had a nice hug and never slept hot, but I didn't particularly like side sleeping on it. In the end we returned the mattress and opted for a different company. During the entire process, however, the customer service was great!

I waited and waited to purchase my Purple mattress and didn't realize what I was missing out on, the first night was incredible and it just keeps getting better. I have a spinal issue and the way the mattress supports me makes my lower back pain completely stop when I'm laying on my back, thank you Purple for helping me finally get some restful sleep.
