I've had this for a night and its had quite the one time impact. I personally got the self installed package and its not very hard at all. And for context, I've had plenty of sleep problems, so waking up how I woke up on this thing is pretty insane. I feel invigorated and rested. And my cats absolutely adore it. They usually lay in their curls to bundle up but they ley on their sides and just love the support. Nine point nine nine nine outta ten; sometimes it gets a tad warm if you're a big guy like me but I got a twin XL so mainly my fault I suppose.

For as long as I can remember I've had intermittent insomnia, and most nights -even when exhausted- it takes a long while to get myself to fall asleep. I purchased the original purple mattress back about 6 months ago and quickly decided that it was too thin. I contacted Purple and was able to exchange the original for the all-new purple mattress, which I was very happy to hear. They did tell me that this second mattress would not qualify for the money back guarantee though, and I decided to go forward with the exchange anyway. I was so optimistic that this would be the mattress of my dreams! So I took the risk and now about 3 months with the new 2-inch purple mattress, neither I nor my husband is happy with it and I can't send it back. I'm stuck with it! We are both experiencing back pain, that we did not have previously, and there are noticeable dips in it as well. It's just not the quality results that they advertise. I am looking forward to getting rid of it sometime soon and maybe trying the sleep number bed.

Always test your new mattress before you buy it because if you're gonna spend big money on something you use everyday it better be good. So, I tried one of these before my purchase and i loved it and how it felt. I decided to buy one online and had it shipped to me. It was quick and painless to get it to my bedroom down a flight of stairs. Being a light person who sleeps on their side the problem with beds are that my weight does not distribute evenly and i a problem with my hips being slightly higher than the rest of my body since it's not heavy to sink in. The purple did it well and it also lets me enjoy sleeping on my back. For some reason i can sleep in multiple ways and the bed will adjust. A side perk is that i can get in and out of the bed without waking my partner since the bed reduces any movement. Will buy another if i need a guest bed.
