I love the commercials and the customer service is amazing. It's really hard not to love this company. Unfortunately I sleep very poorly with this mattress. I toss and turn all night and wake up in a lot of pain. I requested the refund via the chat line and now waiting for my email follow up to send the mattress back. Sorry purple mattress company, I really wanted this to work.

I have slept on lots of brands mattresses that are the memory foam and they never offered the support that I needed. Purple has given me a good nights sleep again. My Purple mattress cradles my body but has enough firmness that my back and shoulders stay aligned and I can wake up pain free in the mornings. I love my Purple mattress!

I've been dealing with pain from a herniated disc in my lower back, arthritis in my neck, and fibromyalgia for my entire adulthood. The best bed I slept in prior to this was an overly firm latex foam mattress, that I had to add a 3 inch foam topper to in order to sleep on my side comfortably. I also require a lumbar roll for almost every mattress I sleep in, but not in the Purple mattress. My foam topper and lumbar roll are obsolete thanks to this bed, and I'm getting the most comfortable and restful sleep of my life. It is such sweet sorrow to part from it in the morning, and sleepovers in any other mattress are always a huge let down by comparison. I have always been passionate about comfort, and this bed is the only one I have ever genuinely looked forward to laying in at the end of every night. It was also very easy to assemble. The actual material of the mattress gives the impression that it could last a lifetime.

It has been about a month so far and I wake up with no back pain at all. I will have to say though that I purchased this bed with an adjustable bed frame (not from purple) so that is likely a huge influence also. I used to be a side sleeper but with the adjustable bed frame and the purple bed, I now sleep in the Zero G position on my back with my legs and back slightly lifted to remove any arc or stress on the back and it has worked great The combination of these 2 things has me feeling much better. I hope this lasts

I finally decided to get a new mattress and after searching and making a decision on Purple, I made the right choice. I sleep better than ever and feel so comfortable, my back was bothering me a bit but now that discomfort is gone. Wouldn't mind making the same choice next time around.

I loved the advertisements for Purple, and I hated my bed so I took a chance and bought a bed for my brother and myself. Seriously best investment ever. The bed just embraces you in the best possible way. I've bought the sheets and pillow after that. Highly Highly recommend.

We have had the original purple mattress for 2 years now. I took for granted how much I loved this bed until last evening when a friend started complaining about her mattress. I shouldn't still be excited about my mattress two years later, but here we are. We find ourselves not only sleeping better but choosing to hang out on our bed because it is the best place in the house. Instead of sitting in front of the TV, or using any of the other rooms of the house, we are constantly in bed because it's that comfy. We love, love, love this mattress.

Get this mattress. You will love it! It's been two months since switching to our queen sized Purple 3, and I love it. Night 1, I couldn't sleep because I was too excited for my new mattress, but I immediately noticed two thing - first, it slept much cooler than my traditional mattress. Even with our down comforter for the winter, my warmth was escaping through the mattress, so I felt a slight chill. No worries. I wore a t-shirt until the Spring and was fine. Second, I noticed I had no pinching pain in my shoulder as I laid on my side, so no urge to roll back and forth from side to side! Nights 2 - 7, I gradually started adjusting to the new mattress and sleeping more soundly as the nights continued. (It took my wife a few extra days to adjust). The best thing I can say about this mattress is that after 14+ months of waking up with lower and mid-back pain on my traditional mattress, I'm experiencing absolutely no pain in the night and no pain when I wake in the morning! You really do feel cradling support around your pressure points (hips, shoulders, knees). Nights 8 - 60+, I continue to sleep with no pain, and I've been getting increasingly more restful sleep. I've had more energy, and I've been able to add more exercise and physical activity into my daily routine - contributing to even more restful sleep at night. Quick side notes: 1) Demand must be high for these mattresses, so be patient for your order to arrive. (I think we waited 1 month. It's worth the wait!) 2) Part of the deal when we purchased was that the delivery team would take away our old mattress. The delivery guys (contractors, I'm sure - not Purple employees) tried to play dumb and not take away our old mattress. Don't let them play dumb!

I wanted to like this mattress, I really did. The construction and materials allowed for great airflow and kept me very cool for the bit I spent in the AZ summer. Unfortunately, my body adapted in reverse. I loved it at first but slowly my sleep kept getting worse and I developed a big pain in my lower back that I could take no longer. I would advise giving it a try though.

I love this mattress! First time in years I've not woken up with pain in my hips and shoulders. Because SCIENCE!!! I'm so happy I could cry. We spend a third of our lives sleeping. We should be supported and pain free and we are with Purple! Thank you!!!!!!!
