I spent time researching and arrived at the decision to get a Purple and am very glad I did. About 1 month ago I slept on my new mattress and I look forward to climbing in every night! The Harmony pillow and the mattress feel like nothing I have ever slept on. It's super comfortable. I am sleeping much better now. The purple does not hold body heat, so far, but not summer yet here. The pillow is also very different from any pillow ever used, it does need flipping over for coolness but could be my pillowcase, (it's not a Purple pillowcase). My neck has issues, pillow 90% comfy if on my back and 95% comfy as a side sleeper. !00% love Purple!

We have only had our mattress 2 1/2 weeks. My husband and I did not fall in love with it immediately. I am starting to finally feel like it might be the right bed. Initially it felt too firm and was making my hips sore. But immediately my back stopped hurting, my legs and arms weren't going numb and I was waking up less sore overall. The sore hips are starting to disapate. I am not a very big person, so that might have something to do with it taking me longer to adjust to the bed. And we had a horrible mattress before the Purple. The bed is very well constructed. I have high hopes this can still be our dream bed, I just need a killer bit more adjustment time.

I'm not happy with this mattress and will request a replacement. I'm about 175 pounds, 5'10" with wide shoulders, and the mattress simply isn't soft enough for me to sleep on my side. I wake up with sore shoulders in the middle of the night, and on a few nights I woke up out of the pain I felt. That being said, the mattress seem to be of good quality and supports me well. The shopping experience was good, delivered in the expected time. However, the website had outdated information regarding showrooms. I tried to visit two showrooms in the Seattle area (Northgate and Uni Village), both listed on the website, but both were closed. Besides making me lose time going to those places and wandering around after something that was permanently closed, I could have saved me a lot of headache and bad nights if I could just try the mattress before purchasing.

We have slept on the same mattress for 15 years, and knew we wanted something that was comfortable for different sleep positions, but would also cut down on feeling movement. This mattress is so, so, so comfortable. I am blown away by how evenly I lay on it, and how comfortable it is to move around on. It does not feel hot to sleep on like other memory foam mattresses or even mattress toppers. I didn't know that a mattress could be THIS comfortable.

Spent 5 years on a tempurpedic and woke up with stiffness everyday. Was too firm. Not a tempurpedic issue overall, just that mattress. But too expensive to buy another. Chose purple based on recommendation from a friend and love it. Soft. Great sleep. Sex is good everywhere not any better on this mattress. But recommend highly.

We purchased a king size Purple Mattress 9.5 months ago, and it has started to develop body indentions already. We have had various kinds of foam mattresses for the last 30 years, and they have all developed the body indentions, but the Purple Mattress has done so the quickest of all the foam mattresses we have owned. We were hoping it would not do like the other mattress we have owned based on the "scientific claims" the company made, but it has been an expensive lesson. As the saying goes: "live and learn".

I have only bought 2 brand new mattresses ever. A super expensive memory foam bed that I was told would last 5 to 10 years. 3 years later it had divits and was hot to sleep on. After seeing ads online i took the chance and got a Purple bed. BEST DECISION EVER. It's a perfect combination of soft and firm I need. Sleeping is tough for me since I was hit my a car years ago. This bed makes sleeping easy and comfortable. No dips, divots, or sink holes. Well worth the risk of trying something new

I ordered the mattress 2 months ago and it's not here. Spoke to about 6 different people and they are obviously reading a script. Honesty goes a long way. If you are running behind in producing a high end mattress that customers pay a lot of money for, then just say that. I'll be upset but at least you are honest. I've gotten the run around, I've bren hung up on, I've been given new delivery dates and still the mattress is not here. I've even received an email asking how I'm enjoying my new mattress that still hasn't been delivered. I've been on a 3 way call between purple and mannor and they were both putting the blame on each other as far as where the mattress is. Very professional. At this point I'm over it, I don't know how good your mattress is but I'll probably have to cancel that order because for what I paid for, tempurpedic has something that's pretty much the same thing except for your polymer elastic thing. I'm beyond frustrated at companies who can't spent time to work out a system to create good customer service and follow up. Evertime I've had to call to find out why my mattress hasn't been delivered. This is ridiculous.

I suffer from cornice back and hip pain. For the past two years I have dreaded bed time, I would wake up in much worse pain than when I went to bed. I have only been sleeping on the purple bed for five nights, at first I thought it, an ok mattress I woke with less pain but still a lot, and then the purple sheets finally got hear they are a must with this mattress they completely transformed it into the bed of my dreams, it cradles my body like a cloud, O pressure point pain I am amazed at the difference the stretchy sheets make, they are a must for this mattress to help with pain. LOVE LOVE LOVE this bed .
