We had some definite issues with the shipping process, but once we received the mattress, we loved it. We rarely hang out on our couch anymore - we just want to lay in our new bed. We both have upper or lower back problems and the mattress is helping relieve both of our pain.

It is just the right balance of support and squish for us. The pain I experienced with my last mattress (a way too old temperpedic) is drastically reduced and our new purple mattress also helps us sleep cooler. So glad we found it, and it was great that we were able to try it out in the store (MattressFirm) first!

We had a Casper mattress and thought it was good but for whatever reason I was doing a lot of tossing and turning and waking up several times a night. We went to our daughters house to babysit the grandbabies and slept on their Purple mattress. It was heavenly. So we ordered one, and we have been sleeping longer and better ever since. We love it.

OK so here is my week review of the Purple Mattress and Pillow!!! I LOVE IT!!! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! I love it so much that I ordered the seat cushion hoping to help my hips as I sit and edit photos and video!!! The only sad thing about it is the price...BUT when you get a big item that is going to be under you for MANY MANY years, you shouldn't find the cheapest...I learned that 10+ years ago when we got our last mattress....My hips AND BACK feel perfect when I wake up... I can lay flat on my back now...Brian(my husband) actually commented that I have never laid that long on my back since he has known me...My back has ALWAYS been trouble for me!!! Do yourself a favor and get one if you need a new mattress!!!! ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Both of us sleep very well but we have back pain when we get out of bed. When I sleep on my old bed at the ranch I don't sleep as well but don't get back pain. We're concerned about our purchase. She sleeps on her back and I sleep on my side. We're hoping to adjust!

This bed feels like a half empty air mattress. Waaaaaayyy too soft. I woke up feeling like I was a hundred years old. Tried every position, stomach back and side. Slept on it 3 nights before I couldn't take it anymore and moved it to the guest room. Will be returning it as soon as the mandatory 21 days are over. Would have returned it sooner but they won't let you.

I bought my first purple to replace an old temperpedic. Loved it, but it had a indentation failure after two years. Purple replaced it promptly, so I ordered another for my second home. They seem to stand by their products and they sleep well. For the price it blows most out of the water. However, I only have the basic model. When I ordered I noticed they now have upgraded integrations that make them on par with expensive mattresses. I cannot speak to those as I wanted a good mattress at a good price. 1k is ok, 5k not so much. Try the base model. If you don't like it search elsewhere for the $.

I absolutely love my purple mattress! I've been sleeping better since the day I put it up! It's extremely comfortable and I have zero regrets about choosing Purple. The only slight complaint I have is that it was extremely heavy to put up by myself but other than that it's GREAT!

My wife and I have been sleeping on the purple mattress for a few weeks now and overall we have really enjoyed the experience! The sensation of the elastic grid was odd at first but very comfortable when you lay down across the surface of it. It took about a week for us to get used to sleeping on it. Recently we've realized that this mattress has also spoiled us a bit. We are now convinced there's something wrong with our pillows. We didn't notice when we were sleeping on our old decrepit mattress.

My husband sleeps hot. Previously with our pillow top bed, he'd wake up covered in sweat daily. With our Purple mattress, there hasn't been a single morning we've woken to his being damp and sweaty! It was an immediate improvement! I tend to be cold at night yet I have been perfectly comfortable on the Purple too. He's 6'5" and 250 pounds; I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and we each find it supportive and there is no bowing or slide - we can both sleep on our sides of the bed without issue. I'd even swear he snores less - probably because he's not so hot and stuffy anymore. Thanks Purple! We love our new king bed.
