Not our first 'advanced technology' mattress, but so far am loving it. It is both comfortable and supporting. We got the mattress before we got the platform and sheets and started using it with out old box spring and some microfiber sheets. I was a little concerned about it, but when we got the platform and sheets, all the 'kinks' I had noticed were gone and the mattress is fantastic. Don't mess around...make sure you get all the accessories for the best experience.

We were expecting to need a couple days or weeks to adjust as some other reviewers said, but from night one it has been a dream! We couldn't be happier with our king size Purple bed. I'm 130lbs and my husband is 220lbs, but we are both getting the best night's sleep, every night.

My wife and I are different sizes. I'm 250 and she's 125. We bought the mattress mostly on the premise that it was cooling, doesn't transfer motion from each partner and has good support. For each of us, the mattress is too hard. We have stretchy sheets, but I'm afraid that it just hasn't been a great experience. Given that we spend 1/3 of our life on a mattress, that's what I'm looking for. After nearly 100 nights, we'll be returning the mattress. Thanks for the trial and making it so easy to return. We purchased the King mattress in September. It was delivered really fast and was easy to set up. It took a few months to adjust. However once we got used to it, we loved it. The only gripe we have is the fact that it is very much like a typical foam mattress when it comes to movement. There are peaks and valleys when you move around. As long as you stay in one position you will get a great nights sleep.

Hey Purple team, I've had the mattress for just under a month. I enjoy the way it feels and it's definitely sleeps cooler than my old mattress. The problem is that I continue to wake up with minor back pain every morning. I didn't have this pain prior to the mattress and when I've slept on other beds since then, I haven't had the pain in the mornings. I know there's an adjustment period but I'm worried that I'm past that. I love your company, your brand, and the way your mattress feels, but if it continues to give me back pain, I'll have to return it :( Any help is appreciated because I'd love to keep it if I can get rid of the back pain

After sleeping on purple for 3 weeks I had to leave for business. I slept on about 5 different hotel beds from different chains and they were all horrible. This no pressure point mattress is comfortable in every position. Buy one now so you can finally experience what a pain free / good night sleep really is.

The matress is super comfortable to sleep on. No more back or neck pain since I got it. However I just realized there is an issue when I tried to move the matress to a different room in the house, the cover, even though looks very nice, is just not very durable. The bottom of the cover rip/tear easily when you try to lift the matress. Possibly a design flaw or quality of the fabiric? I called customer service and they said it will cost 200 to buy a new cover, quiet expensive. so becareful if you ever have to move the matress.

While I find the mattress comfortable to sleep on, it gathers quite a bit of warmth under me and my core ends up sweating a lot every night. Most recently, I had to move a fan next to the side of my bed and aim it directly at my core. I had an old mattress prior to that, and had nowhere near the sweats I have sleeping on this mattress. The purple mattress was expensive to purchase and now I just feel stuck with it. I'm open to advice on what else may help lessen the heat-holding mattress. Would appreciate hearing back. Thank you!

We love it !!!! My dad and mom sold us on it and we sold my brother on it!!! My brother is waiting for his to be shipped. My Husband has said this is the best he has slept in 20 years. I think what would complete it is with the pillows !!!! Over all we are extremely pleased with customer service with the product and how fast it shipped Thank you !!!!!

We purchased the Original Purple in 2017 and we're very happy with our purchase until about 9 months later. The longer we have the mattress, the more we notice the level of support diminish. I've had to buy a latex topper to add to the mattress and still have horrible back and neck pain when waking up. I broke my back a few years ago and need a supportive mattress. My husband (who rarely has back or neck pain) had been waking up for the past couple of months with neck pain. He recently stayed a week in a hotel for work and said the bed there was so much more comfortable than ours. He didn't wake up once with neck pain while sleeping on that bed. This morning, after one night of being home, his neck is bothering him. I wish I could go back in time and buy a different mattress!
