I LOVE my purple! I train Muay Thai 5xs a week and really needed something to help with recovery. This makes my spine feel like it's decompressing every time I lay down for bed. Not only that I'm sleeping longer and waking up in way less pain. It was odd getting used to at first, but after a few weeks I'm totally converted. I'll always own a purple now!

I feel cradled and supported at the same time. No hardness-causing pain, while no sinking down like drowning. I tend not to wake up in the middle of the night now, & if I do I fall back to sleep quickly. It's like being softly caressed. I've had the mattress 3 1/2 wks.

My spouse and I needed to replace our current mattress, but were apprehensive because we loved ours so much. We researched Nectar, SleepNumber and landed on Purple. We're picky and prefer a firm mattress, and while this one doesn't appear firm at first, it's incredibly supportive. I had no idea my side sleeping felt so much pressure before until I felt the sweet relief of the grid feature -- which gives strong support, while allowing some 'give' for your hips/shoulders to sink in just a tad, giving you better alignment and more comfortable support. Both my spouse and I are hot sleepers and noticed the sort of light and airy feel of Purple. My spouse moves around a lot when he sleeps, but I honestly think I notice it less with this mattress (either bc he's more comfort and moving less, or the absorption in movement doesn't transfer to me as easily...either way, an improvement!).

I needed 2 mattresses, one to sit on and one for sleep. I have always been a huge tempurpedic fan but I couldn't afford 2 of those so I got that for sleep and purple for sitting. So impressed that I am going to return the other so I can sleep on purple too, for half the price

We've had a purple mattress for almost 8 years. We needed to send it in for a new mattress under the warranty. It was a great experience and we received our new mattress AND purple picked up the old mattress. ALL FOR FREE BECAUSE IT'S UNDER WARRANTY!

After sleeping on this same mattress at my daughters, I had to have one! You get such a great sleep and awake rested!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, and wanting to awake feeling rested without aches and pains from their mattress!

This is my second Purple mattres so that should tell you something. I bought my 1st one about 6 years ago so it was time to replace it; naturally my only option was another Purple. They are super comfortable and keep me cool. In the past I had a memory foam mattress and it wasn't nearly as comfortable on my body as the Purple.

I owned sleep numbers for the past 15 years and finally we were done with them. They were unreliable and the shift in air can be frustrating, even those with a nice thick top. My wife's side kept deflating and it happened to my parents' also. I've been using a Purple seat cushion for a couple of years and it's amazing so I figured we would try their mattress. It did not disappoint. We are very happy with it.

I slept on innerspring mattresses my entire life (even worked for a spring manufacturer for years), and was skeptical of foam mattresses. Purple converted me! The grid makes it feel like you're floating. I always had trouble falling asleep on my back; not anymore. No more uncomfortable hips and shoulders. It's supportive without feeling too firm. It's soft, but you don't sink into it. Quality of sleep has vastly improved for me and my sleeping partner.

Woke up with out lower back pain for the first time in many years. It's great for back sleepers but not so much for the side-sleepers. If you often sleep on your side I would get a more moderate-type of bed rather than a moderate-firm. Otherwise it's a good bed for those experiencing lower back pain.
