I have had lower back issues for decades. Each morning when I got out of bed I would have at least some lower back pain until I got up and going for day and I would have to sleep on my side as sleeping on my back causes additional pain. I no longer have this issues with the Purple mattress. I can sleep on my side or my back and no pain when I get out of bed in the morning. I highly encourage people with lower back problem to try Purple mattress.

The mattresses appears to be well made. Delivery was quick and setup was easy. Unfortunately the edge support and softness did not work for me. I am a side sleeper and I turn from side to side - I also like the edge of the bed. It was hard to maneuver as much as I move around. My husband really liked it. He is a side sleeper but he has minimal movement at night.

Its a 5 star rating on the bed but 4 star on the delivery patterns. My bed arrived yesterday, my sheets will arrive today but my bed frame is still being processed, I personally think the bed and frame should be sent together or at least send the frame first but it is what it is. I usually wake up with a ton of back pain but today it was very moderate which was probably just from being on the floor. Very soft bed and just the fact that I no longer have to feel my wife flop around on the bed is worth it to me, I think last night was the first night neither one of us tossed and turned tho. My wife is in the military and also suffers back pain and she fell asleep (no lie) with a smile on her face. No regrets so far on this bed.

This mattress has completely revamped various aspects of my life. I go to sleep at night and almost immediately fall asleep where before it would take me 15-20 minutes to unwind. Pressure points are relieved within 30-45 seconds and my body completely relaxes. I wake up feeling rested and I have slept through the entire night (7+ hours) WITHOUT once waking up halfway through. I am completely amazed by this mattress. I have more energy, I wake up excited to start my day, and I am actually much happier throughout the day. I am a marathon runner and this mattress has been a game changer for me. I have found that my muscles are not as tight before or after runs. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that I can.

I am absolutely amazed at how comfortable this bed is. I was hit on my Harley Davidson two years ago by a drunk in a suv. I have bad nerve damage and to much to list from it but now I can sleep the entire night. Thank you for such an amazing bed and thank you for giving me a completely comfortable night's sleep agian.

I could say a lot of things but I'll get to the point. After trying several brands and types of mattresses where I'd end up sleeping for 4-5 hours, it took being stuck at home during quarantine for me to realize it wasn't me but my bed. About a month in, I'd wake up with sore legs and hips. I kept to my workout routine so it wasn't that, to help I pulled my purple seat cushion out of my closet and while that helped during the day, I kept waking up after 4-5 hours with sore legs and hips. Exhausted and sore I decided maybe it was time to try a purple mattress. After lots of research my decision was mostly based on 'which mattress I could carry to my apt on my own' which was a classic purple mattress twin size. After what felt like an eternity my mattress arrived and I have not had such perfect sleep in over a decade! I don't wake up sore anymore, no pinched shoulders from mattresses that don't conform, living in Florida I can confirm the purple mattress does not get hot, I get a full nights rest comfortably which is something I couldn't say before. I am so thankful purple exists and I hope they stick around forever. I also bought a Harmony pillow before buying the classic purple mattress, the Harmony pillow is great... soft but supportive, the texture is really novel and feels good to the touch. Washing instructions for the Harmony pillow are straight forward. As far as temperature regulation on the Harmony pillow, again living in Florida in the middle of a hot summer, I find myself flipping the pillow only once if at all... but if you are asking "does the pillow get hot or stuffy from your body heat" no, it does not. All in all both are great products but the classic purple mattress is unbeaten. If you have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep, this may be the solution for you.

We wanted to "break it in" or have it break us in. 100 nights is insufficient time to see how our backs or hips will adjust etc, plus my wife was pregnant, so we didn't know how her body would be when not pregnant etc. We wanted to trust in the purple science. But we could feel the mattress being quashed down to much to be supportive, and we could and can still feel the purple Fran right through the mattress. They actually fixed its main problems recently, adding supportive coils and a thicker purple lining. Too little too late obviously.

I have terrible chronic back pain and couldn't get a good night of sleep for years. The chronic pain isn't going anywhere, but this mattress actually allows me to lay on my back and not be in pain. I get a great night of sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.

This pillow is definitely not for a side sleeper exspiecaily if you like putting your arm under your pillow while you sleep.Really hoped this pillow would help with neck pain but actually made it worse..This is one heavy pillow when you roll over to sleep on your other side you really have lug it across the bed.The inflation part made the pillow too high and harder,if you are a back sleeper it may work out for you.I do not have the purple mattress but really don't think that would make a difference at all.Glad I can send back for a refund,I would give the pillow a zero star and customer service a 5 star.

I purchased the purple mattress on 8/9/16 and have slept on it every night since (it's not 1/10/17) so it's been about 5 months. There was probably a solid week right in the beginning when I was adjusting to the bed and would wake up feeling a little stiff in places I didn't normally, but since that I wake up with very very little pain in the morning. I am over the weight limit recommended for this mattress (by quite a bit) but I still find it to be amazingly supportive in all the right places. I suffer from bouts of sciatica and I find that this bed helps me heal from those episodes a lot faster than I would previously. The support I get from this bed is incredible. I toss and turn way less throughout the night - generally waking up in the exact spot I fell asleep in. Plus I find myself wanting to just lounge around in bed on the weekends which I never did before because it would cause me back pain. I also noticed that I'm woken up way less often when my dog jumps up and down off the bed throughout the night. You just don't feel it like you do in a regular mattress. Simply put, I love it. Probably my ONLY negative to this bed, is that for whatever reason it's like the edge of the bed doesn't exist. On my old bed there was a seam across the side and I typically always knew when I was close to the edge of the bed while sleeping, but with this bed the edges are completely flat and the support is exactly the same when resting on the very edge, as it is right in the middle so I find that I'll move my leg and realize I'm not hanging off the side. haha. It's hard to explain but it's a little difficult to decide where you are on the bed when it's dark. That's a pretty small complaint though. I would definitely recommend this one!
