I have really bad back pains. I have 3 herniated disks and I was told I have a slight curve in my spine. With my old mattress, I would wake up with lots of pains and sometimes very bad back spasms. With the Purple mattress, I am waking up feeling so much better. Also my old mattress would have me waking up feeling hot and sweaty, but the Purple mattress has been helping with that as well.

I don't wear clothes when I sleep. My body heat would create too much of a sag in the heat activated memory foam. The gel type top layer keeps me cooler so I don't get sucked into that hole and I have support finally.They found the problem and solved it. I dig it. Wouldn't change a thing.

I literally have not slept this good in years. My husband and I had had a temperpedic for more than 10 years but the mattress developed an indentation from my body and became too hot. The Purple mattress came recommended and I literally have not slept this good in years. I no longer toss and turn all night, constantly aware of back and joint pain. I almost sleep "too good"- it's much harder to wake up in the mornings now!

We've only had this mattress less than a week but I am getting an amazing night's sleep. Immediate difference. And the stretch sheets have just the right amount of weight to them and make you feel like you're sleeping in a butterfly's cocoon. Truly wonderful!

Listen, a lot of stuff in life is nonsense, Purple mattress is not one of them. I feel stable when I lay on it, almost like cradled, not sunken into the mattress like my memory foam one. I've found myself waking up in positions I'm not used to but I feel no impingements or undue pain, just a little stretch and I'm good to proceed with the morning. Overall, I must say mine and my wife's sleeping conditions have improved markedly. The only con is if you're not used to moving heavy furniture, you're gonna need a team lift depending on where you want this hefty boy at. Worth every drop of sweat moving it upstairs, I sleep like a doctor now.

This is coming from two 26 year olds, but my husband has minor scoliosis and has struggled with back pain for years now. Ever since switching to the Purple Mattress, both my lower back pain and his back pain have minimized or vanished! Every time we stay at a hotel, or stay anywhere besides our home, we miss our bed!!! We look forward to coming home and sleeping on our King Size Purple Heaven!

I gave three stars only because I have a 2 inch polymer grid and I have fibromyalgia as well as back pain herniated disc .The bed works great for my back pain however my fibromyalgia which is nerve pain the 2 inch grid causes me to have numbness I'm eager to try the 4 inch hybrid could I get a get that

I am beyond miserable. I have been to all charities and no one has a Purples or anything comparable. I haven't slept in a week and I am just miserable. I can not keep up with my house work because of the pain and my son needs me. Now I understand when they speak of quality of life. I have no idea what I will do once they do my back surgery because my bed is trash even though I paid $2400+ for it not 5 years ago. It is a Simmons beauty Rest,. Even my 7 yr old tells me he wakes up sore from that bed. I honestly cant wait to throw it away. I am considering sleeping on the floor because anything has to be better than this lumpy uncomfortable thing!

I had a terrible/cheap mattress. At first, this was really great. I have had to sleep on my left side because of apnea symptoms, and the mattress seemed very good in that position in the beginning. But over time, I seem to get a bit uncomfortable/sore on my left side and tend to roll to my back while sleeping. It's really comfortable on my back, but that is when the apnea issues occur. I sleep alone on this mattress, and weigh about 185. The original mattress might be just a bit too firm for me. I'll continue working with it and hopefully I'll figure out how to make it work perfectly.

I got the purple mattress like 2 weeks ago and I am still learning what works for me on any bed... like laying on my belly vs my back or side.... I love the bed.... So comfy....And gives me floating like sensations... I guess my body's been used to hurting during night and in morning time so my body's adjusting to the different positions in this bed... the bed is good for my sensitive body.
