This is the Review for the Power Base. It worked fine for few months, one fine morning it stopped working. It's currently in up-right position and couldn't flattened. Called Customer Support where we can only leave the messages and then they can call us back. But I never received any calls. Chatted with Support people at purple.com and they gave me 1-800 number. I called that number, they took all the information and said 'we marked it as urgent/emergency - someone will call you ASAP'. No one get back to me until now. Very bad customer support. They don't have any Case number system to refer- back. Every time they collect all the information and no one calls back. Purple - It's better if you change your Customer Support System.

When my wife and I decided to upgrade to a king bed after many years on a queen, we searched for what mattress to buy. After a lot of research and suggestions from friends, we decided to try Purple, given their 100-night guarantee. We purchased a king mattress, mattress protector, sheets, a platform, and two king size plush pillows for about $1550, a great value! We absolutely LOVE the bed! I had ongoing issues with sciatica in my right leg/hip for the past year. All of my pain was gone after one night on the Purple and has not returned!

We have had this bed for 2 months and still love it. Our back pain went awat within a few weeks. I hope it is this comfortable in 10 years! It is very heavy so have help lifting it up the stairs. It stays nice and cool too. We feel better rested in the morning.

When I very first laid on my purple mattress I was skeptical. I have always preferred a softer more hugging mattress. The purple is more of a Medium firm. I never had a bad nights sleep!!! I am a side sleeper and after a heavy sleep my hips usually hurt. Not in my new purple bed! Your body it's almost weightless as your laying down. I am still looking for the perfect pillow. Because I was used to laying in a debt of my old mattress I now need a higher pillow.

It may just be me, but sometimes I get great sleep. Sometimes, I wake up with pains in my neck. Sometimes I can get very comfortable in my Purple. Other times, not so much. I'm about 138 pounds, and I kinda feel like I may be too light for this thing. Lying on my side, sometimes, despite all the science that's gone into the making of these mattresses, I get pressure points causing me to readjust frequently. It's weird. It may just be me. I don't really know...

After going through a 3 level lumbar fusion and 2 level cervical fusion in 2016 I was still miserable. My entire body hurt and I wasn't getting any rest on our worn out memory foam bed. But after buying a Purple mattress the chronic full body spasms were gone and so was the chronic fatigue in just two days. This bed is better than a memory foam mattress and a conventional spring mattress. My spinal surgeon saved me but the Purple Mattress allowed me to finish the job of saving myself. I suffered a debilitating car accident which has left me with titanium in every joint. Since 2001 I have slept on avg 4-5 of interrupted sleep. In the week I've had my Purple I sleep thru the night. Don't toss and turn and wake up lacking the constant aches and pains in my joints that were a regular part of my life. Thanks Purple!!!

I really enjoy the mattress. I prefer my mattress to be firm and this is definatly firm. My wife still thinks she would like the next option up, so we will see if we upgrade before our 100 days is up. So far we are both sleeping well and are waking up feeling better than we were from our waterbed we had before.

My favourite place to be is on this bed now. My Sheex compliment it nicely until i get some Purple sheets. I don't like my mattress protector and even though it's an allergy one, i want to try the purple protector. I have a 3.5 year old son who loves to bring his mommy beverages in bed. This mattress will be protected for life because i want to keep it for life! I've never slept better and felt happier about a big purchase i made. :)

at first i was kind of iffy about buying a mattress that came in the mail. but when i received it i opened it up and bam, there it was my new purple matters soft and so bouncy unlike anything ive slept on before. my family comes and lays on my bed just to experience it. i honestly recommend this bed for anyone out there looking for a better nights sleep.
