I am an extremely hot sleeper and continuously wake up drenched in sweat I can honestly say that ever since sleeping on the Purple Mattress (with the Purple Sheets) I have not had one sweaty night! I have also had back surgery and still continue to suffer through back pains and this mattress has helped me sleep through the night with less pain. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend the Purple Mattress to anyone!

These beds are extremely comfy and cozy! Picking out the mattress and other products online was very easy, and the financing options were very flexible. My fiance and I are extremely happy, and so are our dogs. Thank you purple for making an awesome bed that doesn't break the bank!

This bed if absolutely fantastic. The only reason I took one star off is because it's slightly firmer than I had hoped. I think it's rates a 6.5 on the firmness scale. However, I'm only 128 pounds and I've read somewhere that it does feel firmer or like "you sleep on top of the mattress" if you're a lighter weight. Other than that, it's wonderful. It sleeps cool too.

I was so excited to get this mattress, only to be disappointed do to the fact that when lying on my side when sleep I end up getting stuck from moving do to the memory form. This causes pain in my shoulders and hips and also cuts off circulation. The only time that I get a great sleep is if I sleep on my back! So if you're a back sleeper you'll love it!

I purchased this mattress knowing that the first few days would feel different and therefore I wouldn't appreciate it or even like it. But, after about 4 days I started to feel the difference and I love this mattress. It is exactly what I was looking for.

I have had chronic back pain for years, and have bought mattress after mattress hoping for relief. I surround myself with pillows restricting movement and supporting various "parts", side-sleeping in a semi-fetal position with a pillow in between my knees... aaarrrggghhh... When I first saw purple, I was convinced that it was the mattress for me! I waited over a year and finally got one. After the first night- I was in more pain than I had been in a long time. ((And that's saying something)) but, hey- maybe I'm just adjusting to the new mattress. Second night? No sleep at all. I had put a pillow between my ribcage and hip bone, to help align my spine. Around 1:30, I woke up feeling bruised and hurt. I then tried to sleep on my back ((hey, maybe I should be sleeping on my back on the purple...)), at 3:00 I woke up again in excruciating pain! By 4:30, I was curled up in a ball, trying to sleep on my knees. I gave up. I give up. Apparently, the purple isn't for men under 200 lbs (182). I feel like I've slept on a couch for a week. Our local goodwill won't take beds, and the nearest non-profit that might is 5 towns over. We live in rural Wisconsin, and I am not sure how to make this issue work. Please help! ((And men/women- if you're under 180, and can't sleep on anything "soft" without pain- this mattress won't work for you either, I would bet.)) Great idea. Great science. Bad news for me.

My husbands review: For 30 years I have dealt with lower back pain and a pinched sciatic nerve as a result of military service. I have tried many beds and mattresses over the years with a firm spring type orthopedic providing the best support and relief. But these past mattresses only gave slight relief for a short time and rarely gave full support. Then I saw the ads for Purple and was very impressed and shortly afterward we ordered our own mattress and frame. We were NOT disappointed. In fact, from the first night, I have had the best sleep ever, and when I wake up, I feel my spine getting more and more back into alignment. After 2 nights, that pinched sciatic nerve is no longer felt and various and sundry other morning aches and pains are gone! For the first time since I was a teen, I actually wake up feeling refreshed and regenerated and not just as tired and worn out as when I went to bed. Its wonderful to start the day off feeling refreshed and 10+ years younger. One other thing I would like to mention is that unlike memory foam mattresses I have slept on, our Purple mattress does NOT leave me too hot. All that being said, I would like to go on record stating that as long as Purple makes their products the same way as they currently do, they will be the last bed manufacturer whose products I will EVER own! Wife's Review: 5 HUGE WONDERFUL STARS!!! Purchased queen sized purple mattress and sheets. All of the above is not unlike my experience. I suffer from severe knee problems. We put our 3/4 inch sheet of plywood between our Purple mattress and our AWESOME new frame (I'm so in love with both!!!). We saw 180 degree improvement the first night!!! No more painful mornings!!! Woo Hoo!!! I also have stopped suffering from severe sinus issues!!! This happened the very first night!!! Whatever genius invented this mattress has won me over!!! As my husband said we are won over as lifetime Purple customers. This is the cleanest mattress I have ever purchased and NO chemical order! We have both stopped snoring! I am sleeping like I have not slept in years! Thank you Purple mattress inventor!!! Oh and the frame... UNBELIEVABLY quiet and stable we love it!!! We also purchased the sheets. My husband was very skeptical about purchasing the sheets as he is a staunch 100% cotton sheet lover but I talked him into them and he is glad I did! We are so much in love with them, they are so soft & cool to sleep in that we are about to purchase a 2nd set!! Need I say more...

Mostly side to back sleeper, absolutely love my mattress. I have been recommending this mattress to people I work with, family and patients I have I can't wait to crawl into bed anymore. Life changing sleep for me. Will continue to buy this mattress.

This mattress was much better than the HelixSleep mattress that I had gotten previously. Since the mattress is only 11.5 inches deep my oversize sheets fit it very well so I did not have to buy the wildly expensive sheets that are recommended by Purple. On the whole, I do recommend this mattress.

This bed has absolutely changed my sleeping experience. It's like sleeping on a surface that is perfectly molded to your body giving you the most support and most comfort all at the same time. I can never go back to a normal mattress, purple mattresses have ruined me forever. Now more than ever I look forward to jumping into bed at the end of the night!
