Our new purple mattress is amazing there are no words to describe how great it really is. I was recently injured in a bad accident in which I hurt my back but with the purple I have not lost any sleep and my back has not been hurting unlike with my old mattress. My husband loves it too, and my kids sneak a nap on it any chance they get. Everyone of our friends that try it wishes they had one, and if I had the money I would by everyone a purple!!!

I used to wake up crying in the night because of my back pain!! I sleep soundly now! It's amazing! I do wish the payment plan was international... Currently stationed in Japan and without a us Phone number it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay online without automatic payments! That is the only thing I would change! The pillow is super nice too, HEAVY but it really makes a difference!!

I ordered my first queen mattress in early 2016, and after six months I had serious trenches where my wife and I sleep. I weigh in at 170lbs, my wife at 120lbs. I'm an electrician, and my wife is a member of the US Army. safe to say both our careers are physically demanding, and we need the best sleep possible. I sent photos with weights in place of where we sleep and there was a clear three inch height difference from our sleeping spots and the center of the bed between us. It was replaced under warranty, and we got a new mattress. Unfortunately it began to have the same problems as the first. I replaced the box spring underneath with a proper tempurpedic platform, but no change. I had that mattress replaced less than a month ago, and already find myself rolling up hill to reach my wife or get out of bed. I am forced to sleep on my back instead of my side to save my shoulder from further stress. Unfortunately on my back, I snore too loud that my wife cant sleep. She's a stomach sleeper and says she wakes up with her lower back aching. Unfortunately with the money we have invested in the purchase of the original mattress, we are afraid to buy anything new, and are stuck cycling the mattresses out once the sagging becomes too much. Our plan is to save our income tax refund for a new mattress from another manufacturer. One that is much firmer in order to deter future sagging. I refuse to buy into any more bed-in-a-box companies, I mean no disrespect to the company but this bed is not for me. What is worse, is that that I get better sleep on a concrete floor during my lunch break at work.

Totally do it again!! It was simple , no stores to go to and lay down and trying out the same mattress over and over again! I had low back pain and one week after sleeping on my purple mattress it was gone, no joke, wish I had found this product years ago!! So simple when it comes to your door, bring it in and unroll it and let it go!! Best sleep ever!

I bought my Purple queen mattress about a year ago. It took a week or two for my body to adjust to being properly supported-just like Purple said! But since then, oh man. The main reasons I got a new mattress were because my memory foam mattress (5 years old) was hard to get comfortable in, and was way too hot. My Purple mattress is insanely easy to get comfy in, and keeps me nice and cool. I tend to sleep warm, but miss the comfort of all the blankets. With Purple, I can cuddle up under the blankets and still not get too warm. I love this mattress!

Honest confession: we did not buy from Purple first and that was a mistake. My wife had trouble with sweating with the other mattress (memory foam) and tradition spring mattresses don't give me the support I need for my back. Then, Purple shows up. I'm a back sleeper and she's a stomach sleeper. Both of us now sleep sound through the night. It is the coolest mattress I've ever slept on. Also, it supports you know matter how you sleep. We have mentioned it to friends and would mention it to anyone. We're glad we chose Purple in the end.

I wish the top layer was deeper. I wish it was more like 3 inches and not just 2. Overall I am very pleased with the bed. I bought the sheets and mattress protector too. I hear so much about how other bed purchasers are unhappy with their mattresses, but not me. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I'm 33, male, side sleeper with bad sleeping habits (blue screen before bed, inconsistent sleep time, etc.) and constantly wake up during the night. This mattress has been incredible - it's firm but comfortable, cradling your pain points and joints so well when you sleep on your side. Highly recommend it.

We've had these mattresses for 3 weeks. We purchased 2 twin XL original purple mattresses ( we have 2 twin XL adjustable bases) they replaced 7 year old tempurpedic mattresses. My husband loves it. I'm still trying to decide. The good for me - my hips and shoulders aren't sore and stuff in the morning and I can roll over/change positions without having to sit up first. It also feels cosier when I lay down at night ( the tempurpedic didn't have this). The cons for me - it's too cool ( this is the best part for my husband) it's ok if I heat it up first with a heating blanket, I am considering a heated mattress cover in low. I also end up sleeping on my back which is weird, I've never been a back sleeper, but something I think I can get used to. Husband is a stomach sleeper and Still is in this mattress. Also, when the head of my mattress is up (i have GERD) the mattress doesn't feel right, you lose support because your weight is pressing down at an angle to the structure of the grid and it almost feels like I'm slipping. I lowered the head of my bed and added water to my water pillow and that has worked so far. The test will be when I'm having an esophageal flare up. Anyway, I know we Will keep muy Husband's, but I'll give mine some more time ( and a heated mattress cover!) delivery was fast and set up was super easy.

I do not like writing bad reviews, and I hesitated writing this one. Purple shipped me the wrong mattress. I had to contact the company, no rush was offered me. For the mistake, the agent did offer me a free mattress protector, only after I began to express my discomfort, because of this error from Purple. My mattress was then delivered to my neighbor's house (delivery company issue). The platform did not come with it, I contacted the company and the agent told me that the product was on back order. No one let me know that, I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor, as I had gotten rid of my other bed. Great product, customer service, not as great.
