I have a lot of injuries from my time in the Marines. I went from waking up 30 times a night to waking up maybe 4 times. The first night i slept on this purpluscious bed sent from the angels above... I woke up at 5am wide awake and utterly confused at how well rested I was. I give this bed 2 thumbs up and highly recommend it, in particular to people with bad backs and necks.

Through these first three years of my marriage, cuddling was nothing more than 5 sweet minutes of blissful affection. After said 5 minutes, I would be pushed off framed as a space heater that makes the bed too hot for such closeness. I thank purple every night as now my husband rarely ever gets too hot and now what was once just a tease of needed human touch is now fulfilled every night! The ONLY downside is our dogs also LOVE how comfy y'all's mattresses and after we tell them to get off, they'll wait till we fall asleep to jump back on and hog all the space and we bought a king!!! Sheets are amazingly soft and NEVER wrinkle on us which i hate about fitted sheets! And LASTLY, the pillows are amazing! We were confused with all the bad reviews we saw about them, but figured they must of bought the 7.5" pillows thinking they must of thought the were better cause theyre bigger? We bought the 6.5 cause we sleep on our stomachs and backs a lot and theyre suuuuuuuper comfy! Im also a somewhat sode sleeper and they were still comfy! Like acloud pillow!!

My family and I just moved back to the United States from living in Japan for 6 years, and it was coming on time to replace our mattress. Months before the move, I was dead set on replacing it with a Purple! Finally, a month after being in the States, we ordered it and decided to upgrade it to a King. After weeks of being on crappy hotel beds, air mattresses, futons, and various relative's beds, I couldn't wait and my back was ready for relief! The customer service representative I spoke to was fantastic and did everything he could to process the order as fast as possible so we can get a good nights sleep sooner. I took advantage of their bundle of the platform and mattress. After it shipped, I obsessively tracked it through FedEx during their tracking outage of 2017-look it up, it was a real tragedy! Finally, 9 days after I ordered it, the angels blew their trumpets and the chorus was singing as I unrolled the mattress. It was heavy, but I was able to set it up with my 10-year-old. We're still in the adjustment period, so my back does still ache, but I can tell it aches from realigning. I no longer wake up and sound like a Rice Krispy. The biggest thing worth mentioning is that when my husband puts his arms around me, I no longer feel like I'm being suffocated since the waffle-foam cradles our bodies. My FitBit even has proof of a more peaceful sleep. I relax so quickly in the Purple that bedtime reading is difficult now, cause I'm asleep within a few minutes-a strange phenomena this insomniac isn't used to. Unfortunately, with the upgrade in size, it's now more difficult to keep all the kids out of the bed, that and the fact that it's now the most comfortable bed in the house. We did have an issue putting together the platform. The additional pieces to extend to king size were misaligned and warped. We emailed the company and they sent out a new one ASAP with no questions asked. Besides the assembly issue, I love the platform and how high it is. I like not having to have a box spring, and it offers a lot of space for storage. Overall, I'm very happy with this investment and I'm equally as happy with the excellent customer service I've had as I am with the product. I will definitely be investing in the seat cushions and pillows soon!

I'm consistently sleeping much better than I have in years. I'm a bigger guy and I still feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is very cool, even on warm nights. The mattress protector is silky smooth and makes zero noise. Feeling better than I have in years.

I recently told a friend of mine that I didn't think I'd ever buy a mattress online because I preferred to test it out in the store first. For some reason, after reading reviews on all of the different mattresses (and having a horrible customer experience at a different retailer) I decided to buy the Purple mattress. All of this talk about pressure point relief & "best sleep you'll ever have". Nope. The mattress was not wrapped the way the instructions said they would be, and it was a nightmare to get it out. Got my workout for the day. Still, I couldn't wait to climb into bed that night & get the first good sleep I've had in years. Nope. It's firm, which I wasn't expecting. I still have to shift around during the night because my shoulder or my hip is sore. I've had it for 2 weeks now. I know they say to give it 30 days, but it sure seems like I should've seen some improvement by now. I got about 4 hours last night. Is it going to be worth the hassle to return it? I don't know. What I do know is that I have never spent this much on a mattress before, and I can definitely say it wasn't worth it. I'm so sad & disappointed.

i slept only 2 nights on this mattress but i woke up 10 times during the night, can't find my self comfortable on this mattress , it is too hard , my back hurts ,and don't get rest, i was wondering would it get to soften maybe with usage, or i'm to light for this mattress, 120 lb, and how can we return it if it does not work. Thank you.

My wife and I have been married for almost 6 years, and in that time we have owned 4 different individual mattresses: an old, traditional spring mattress, a new, pillow-topped spring mattress, a Sleep Number air mattress, and now a Purple. My wife and I are complete opposites when it comes to sleep: she sleeps cold, I sleep hot; she likes soft, I like more firmness. The Purple mattress is the first mattress that we have owned that satisfies us both in every way, and we couldn't be happier! I've tried to explain to friends and family what the Purple experience is like...and all I can really say is that "it's just completely comfortable", no more, no less. We just received our Purple platform base today, and we are excited about the added benefits of great storage space, no noise or motion transfer, and a lifetime warranty. The bed was very comfy, and much cooler to sleep on. My only concern was the white powder used to prevent the bed from sticking to itself during shipping, and that there was no way to know what the powder consisted of. I did end up returning the bed and it couldn't have been easier. Customer service was excellent and painless. And again, the bed was very comfortable. I felt bad returning it and I wouldn't have done so if I could have been assured that the white powder wouldn't be harmful being inhaled every night. Overall I would highly recommend this bed and company.

I did tons of research on mattresses and with all of the competing brands, Purple stood out because of the grid technology. I'm a combination sleeper, and boy oh boy, am I thrilled with the feel of this thing. The grid has a way of supporting and relieving pressure from the body. I somehow even breathe easier as a result of sleeping on this fantastic mattress. My only regret is not having enough money to own the Purple 4. It's now a goal of mine to one day own it. Shipping was quick, packaging was high quality, and set up was extremely easy. Much love to Purple.

I had first got an everywhere cushion, which I loved (and can sneak onto chairs for long meetings). I ended up getting my children whose jobs involve a lot of computer sitting time. Next, I got the bed pillow ALSO loved it. Finally, I got the bed. I LOVE it. Comfortable and supportive (my lower back actually is SUPPORTED by the mattress)! Big fan!
