Only found out about Purple mattresses in the last couple of years. I'm so glad I found them, their mattress is the most amazing mattress I've ever slept on. It is well worth the investment, which isn't that much of a different from traditional mattresses. With the great sales throughout the year, you can get their other products for free and have the whole Purple line in your bedroom giving you amazing sleep.

Definitely recommend. Before this purchase we had just bought a temperpedic and paid over $2000.00 for it so I was a bit hesitant on this purchase but it has been the best investment so far not to mention im 5 months pregnant. My husband and I would highly recommend

We love our purple bed. It's the best bed we have ever had but we have never spent more than $500 for a mattress. Mywife sleeps on her back and I sleep on my side and we both sleep great. Overall it doesn't remove all the pressure points completely which is why we are giving it 4.5 stars. And you'll have to buy new pillows that will allow the bed to position your body the right way. All in all it's a great mattress and we suggest our friends to buy it all the time.

Dear Purple team, I am a registered nurse who works nights. So when I was in the market for a new mattress I started researching. I was browsing through Facebook and saw the add. I was amazed by the egg test. I like many of my fellow RN's suffer from lower back problems. I have also owned another brand memory foam mattress. But the memory foam wears out over time. So I was supper excited to try the Purple mattress. I must say the best nights sleep I have had. I give the Purple Mattress Five stars.

We waited too long to purchase a new bed, mainly because who wants to spend that kind of money on anything. Finally, both the hubs and I would wake up more tired and achy than when we fell in to bed. Purple is more firm than I'm used to, but I don't feel so achy when I get out of bed. So, thank you for a reasonably priced bed that meets the different needs of the two people sleeping on it.

I was under the impression that your Purple mattress was not supposed to "print" or hold the form of your body when you weren't on it. Is this not correct? There were a handful of times that I was going to call/email and try and swap it out, but life has been way to busy recently. The mattress isn't bad, in fact it definitely helps me and my wife get a better night sleep. We've probably owned the purple mattress close to three months or so. A little before a month in, I noticed that my side was definitely concave (holding the shape of my body when I wasn't in it). This was actually most noticeable when I was roll to the center of the mattress (where neither of us sleep). When I do that, it feels like it did when we first purchased it. In that location, it conforms to my body and pressure points well. If I sleep in my normal spot. It seems to have acted like memory foam and just holds the shape that my body typically lays in. This doesn't create as nice of a support as the middle of the mattress has. It isn't bad, it just isn't as I thought the mattress was advertised. - Jonathan

So my husband and I have the Purple 2 because we like a firmer bed. We love it so much! No more back pain in the mornings. Then my 19 year old son was jealous of our bed so for his 20th bday I surprised him with his own Purple 2 mattress. We ordered it from Purple.com and it came so fast by Fed Ex. He got the sheets, mattress protector and pillow too. He loves it so much! We are definitely sold on Purple mattresses. I can't imagine ever not having one.

Super happy with my Purple purchase! I loved the mattress from the start. My girlfriend took a couple weeks to get used to it. We have both felt the difference in our backs, as well. I was also particularly impressed with the packaging. Everything with very securely and neatly packaged in the box, very easy to remove, and put together as well.

I love the mattress and the way it gives support for the lower back. I move a lot when I sleep at night and when I sleep on my side I feel that it doesn't have enough give and leaves my shoulder feeling sore in the morning. If you are a side sleeper I recommend not getting the purple original, but one of the thicker padded mattresses like purple 3. This one is a little too stiff.

It has been a year now since I have been sleeping on the purple mattress. Within a week of sleeping on this mattress, my chronic back pain had disappeared. Throughout the years, I had physical therapy, sciatica, and had to take pain pills. Little did I know, the mattress before purple was causing these problems. Purple literally changed my life. I have not had a back issue since I've been sleeping on purple. Complete game changer.
