We received our purple mattress a few months ago and can't sleep on anything else now. When staying at any hotel we long to be home and back in our bed. It took some getting used to at first since it was correcting our sleep posture, but now I have noticed an improvement in my back pain and overall posture in general. I have also been able to sleep on my back, which I was never able to do on any mattress before this. We will be upgrading in the next year or two and we will be using our current mattress in the guest bedroom. Thank you PURPLE!

I like the Purple. It feels like sleeping on air. It is a bit firm for a side sleeper, but this has gradually improved as we've had the Purple for about a month now. When I roll over to my back it feels incredible. My wife does not enjoy the Purple quite as much - she is a side sleeper as well and finds it too firm. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Purple for back sleepers and give it a strong consideration if you are a side sleeper.

I always been a fan of the commercial and really wanted to try purple our however my wife was worried about buying a mattress online without trying it. Luckily Mattress firm started carrying purple and I was first in line to try it out. My wife and I fell in love with it right away. We even went to a different store to try a Tempur-Pedic just to be sure we liked purple better and we did! Now I look forward to sleep and getting up in the morning doesn't feel like a chore. We love this mattress! For us, there was no breaking in period. We have always slept on pillow top mattresses. I used to wake up with low back pain, but no more! It's easy to roll over and to get out of this mattress. I can't say enough good things about it. Just buy one and you won't regret it.

At first I was a little scared because who buys a huge purchase just through the internet and never gets to lay in the mattress. I was really crossing my fingers and I am so happy about it. It really is cooling and I don't have to worry about waking up and getting bad sweats. I also really just overall enjoy relaxing in the bed as well! To anyone who is a little hesitant because it is an all online kind of purchase just know that I have lower back pain and am so happy to lay in this bed and get great rest EVERY night. I have bought over 5 mattresses in the last 15 years and i'm a Purple customer for life. I have bought firm, plus, ultra plus, tempurpedic, but nothing seemed to help with back pain. After the first night sleeping on my Purple Hybrid I woke up with zero pain. This mattress is great for side and back sleepers with severe back pain. This is an honest review and I hope anyone with pain gives these mattresses a shot you won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I just got our first place and had heard so many good things about the purple mattress so we decided to take a look and then took the plunge and bought one. It was definitely the best decision we've ever made. We both have back and knee issues and we are sleeping better and are less sore after sleeping on it at night. I'm also a light sleeper and the bed doesn't move when he gets in and out of the bed or when he turns. This is our new favorite mattress and will definitely be recommending it to all our friends and family.

We've had our Purple Mattress for a couple of weeks now, and I'm still not loving it. I had to start by buying all new pillows, because the pillows I've used for years on various mattresses were now not tall enough. I also wake up sore or with my arms or legs asleep more nights/mornings than not. The mattress is very soft - at least for a couple inches before you hit the depth of the rubber. The smell DID air out after a couple of days with the windows open/fans on. Until that point, expect your room and anything that touches the mattress to smell like sour milk! I was initially also disappointed that, though they were running the ads everywhere, we could not add a free mattress protector to our order. However, I don't think we'll end up keeping the mattress, so it really doesn't matter now. I *am* very interested to see how a return works, since the mattress is SO heavy and unwieldy!
