I had issues right out of the bag: a stain & a misshapen mattress. Two weeks after submitting a warranty claim & calling to follow up, I've heard nothing back. It would be nice to hear something/anything.

This was a warranty replacement for my 8 year old original mattress. Design has changed and the new ones feel stiffed and causes my upper back to hurt now.

I bought this mattress for an autoimmune back condition I have and it has been amazing so far. It has greatly improved my back pain. I do not wake up with nearly as much pain as with my previous mattress. Worth the money.

We have only had the mattress one week. My husband really wanted the thinner mattress 9.5 inches. I was wanting a thicker mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and we are sleeping well. But I have noticed in this short time there are divots on both sides where we sleep. I immediately went out and ordered a mattress topper to hopefully slow this progress down. I was hoping this would be a more durable mattress than a tradition spring mattress.

I used to wake up to shoulder pain and a numb arm on my old mattresses. As a regular side sleeper, I was hoping this bed would cradle and support me while relieving pressure. I was skeptical, but man I'm finally able to sleep on my side all night and wake up with no pain or numbness. Also as a semi-regular stomach/back sleeper, I was hoping this mattress would also be firm enough to support but not cause pain. I'm able to sleep in any position now with just the right amount of cradle. Won't be going back to a non-Purple mattress! Weight: 150lb

We bought our first Purple mattress seven years ago and have love it . We recently decided to replace and purchase another. We did go with a hybrid model and were not happy. Custom service was amazing with helping switch back to the original Purple style. It was easy and we are so happy with it. We will always use Purple over any other mattress.

I got my purple mattress 7 years ago, and ever since I can't wait to get home from a trip so that I can sleep in my own bed. This product is just amazing! After 7 years I noticed some sagging, and the wife started complain about some minor discomfort. Reached out to purple and submitted a warranty claim, and I got a brand new mattress.
