Our 1st generation Purple Mattress (from 2016) had a slumping issue and Purple was great at fulfilling our warranty on the mattress! They shipped us the updated version of our mattress and helped coordinate removal of the old mattress. We also opted to buy the Purple Base, which is great! Our home love Purple Products and dealing with customer service is a breeze.

Feels like there are holes in a few areas and body sinks in and not at all comfortable. Trying reversing the side, was ok for a week or so, now it is same issue on the other side as well, may be not too much but it is there. May be cause of the weight difference. It is like new in the middle though. Too expensive if it is going to last you just a couple years :(

Dear Purple, When my brother told me that his purple bed was changing the way he slept I believed him, but I had no idea! While my husband fell in love right away, it took me about 3 days to adjust to our new bed. But now I have never slept better. I'm sleeping through the night, my back and neck don't hurt when I wake up, and I find I have more energy. Our purple is one of the best purchases I think we have ever made. THANK YOU

The first few nights were not bad, but different. But now that we have gotten use to the new feel. we can't get enough of it. We traveled a bit and slept on a few other styles of beds that we used to think were awesome. and now they are just OK. The Purple Mattress has made us happy campers. I use to wake up with pain and no longer do. This alone was good enough, but the sheets are super soft and comfortable. We look forward to laying down each night now! Now the big question is how long will this beauty last? We highly recommend this product!

I've only had my Purple for a few week and I can already tell the difference in my sleeping. I had never spent this much on a mattress and fully expected to make use of the return policy because I just assumed it would be much better then the average spring mattresses I had. I was totally wrong. This mattress is amazing and is so comfortable. My back pain is basically gone and I sleep so go now. I was also worried that this mattress would be too squeezy and would be hard to move around on... Nope- it's great. It's got the perfect level of comfort and cushy with some great stability. Overall, I highly recommend getting a Purple!

Could be a little deeper mattress (about 2-3 inches more) - But does it really need to be so heavy. . . most of us can't move it by ourselves even as a couple. and making it up can even be a challenge. Also can we get the new purple bedding anywhere else?

I did a lot of research before buying this mattress. After all the research, I was afraid that we wouldn't like the mattress and the research was just a bunch of hype! First time I laid on the mattress, I knew it was wonderful. I didn't understand all the talk about being soft and hard, how can that be? Well, it be! It is both hard and soft. We also bought the sheets, they are very sexy! This is by far, the most comfortable mattress I have ever been on. Immediately, I knew, it is like sleeping on a supportive cloud. Don't wait buy it!

I'm giving this review because I'm a tummy sleeper and was told that sleeping on your stomach isn't good for your body but it's the way I have slept or sometimes on my side but always ended up on my stomach. Last night was my first night sleeping on the original purple mattress and just woke up and to my shock I just woke up on my back! My first thought was I never sleep on my back! But to my surprise my back feels so good that I don't want to get up because my back doesn't hurt, I hurt my back 2 years ago and it has gotten better but sometimes will start to hurt again especially in the mornings when I wake up but I'm laying here with no back pain what so ever! So I hope this means I have found the perfect mattress. I will update my review on a later date but for now I don't want to get out of my purple!

It sleeps well and is fairly cool. The top layer is comfortable for sure. The problem is after only 60 days or so there are already intentions where we sleep. That is why we got rid of our old bed. We will most likely return the purple bed and choose a different product.

I was on your site reading info about this mattress. I was really interested in purchasing one. However, the tone of the ad turned me off big time. I work in a furniture store and I take exception to how you portray us as "greasy salesguys". I actually have a lot of factory training on many styles of mattresses, and I try very hard to help my clients get the best rest possible. I am hurt that you make this judgment about me without even knowing me. It makes me wonder what else you say about your potential customers. I certainly didn't make judgments about your Goldilocks girl's character.
