This mattress is amazing! I've had 3 back surgeries, so finding a comfortable mattress that didn't make my back hurt was a priority. After the first night, I knew I'd found a winner. My back pain has improved with each night's sleep and I find myself so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed. My son got a twin size and feels the same way about his Purple mattress, often spending the entire day in bed reading a book on the weekend. I can fall asleep in minutes instead of tossing and turning and I feel fully rested when I wake up. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a good night's sleep!

Me and my wife recently got married and wanted to get a good mattress that will last us for a while. We decide to go with Purple and we do not regret buying it. it is the best mattress that me and my wife have ever slept on. I showed off with my mattress to my family and now everyone wants one. We also tried the raw egg test and of course the egg didn't brake. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very awesome mattress.

several years ago I injured my back, ever since it has been hard to get a really good night sleep and this last year has been awful, tossing and turning, waking every hour bc of the pain, it had gotten to a point where I had trouble getting out of the bed and then when I did I couldn't stand up strait until I did all my stretches... It has been a nightmare I was willing to try anything when we found purple. I was kind of scared bc reading all the reviews it seems to be hit or miss, but we tried any way. The first night I don't remember! We set everything up went to bed, and I woke up the next morning, I was in shock! I couldn't remember what that was like. I fell asleep fast, stayed asleep, was comfortable and woke up feeling so much better like worlds better. Now I know I am raving a bit I'm just so excited. It is not a miracle cure or anything I do still have back pain in the morning which will probably never go away, but after only a few weeks of having this bed my husband and I are both sleeping so much better. And bonus, I don't feel anything when my husband comes to bed! He has always been like a lumbering ox causing a giant earth quake getting into bed. He hasn't woken me up once. So it is a hit with us and we love it! The only 2 things that annoyed us a little bit was how long it took to get here, and the mattress showed up a week before the frame so we had to wait to set everything up. But the help line was good about answering our questions and it was worth the wait. The second thing is they introduced the adjustable bed frame after we ordered and we would have really liked to try that out as well but that item is very expensive for our budget, prob not much we can do about that though. We have been sleeping on our purple bed for 2 months now and really like it. I was waking up with back and hip discomfort prior to sleeping on this bed and I no longer am experiencing this. We also have the mattress protector and very recently got the purple sheets. I do believe these to bring out the best in the bed and we love the feel of the sheets. They are not cold when climbing in like other sheets in the winter time.

the mattress is fine. Still evaluating to see if it is exceptional. My complaint is that there was a promotion for a seat cushion when I bought the mattress. Got mattress, no cushion. Then they start a promotion for 1/2 price frame and cover. Great, but can't get through to customer support. If they put half as much effort in supporting people who purchase their product that they put into their ads it would be a much better experience.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress without having tried it out in person but the Purple really blew me away. It was instantly more comfortable than my old box spring. I could never seem to make it through a night without sweating but with this mattress I wake up dry and rested. Thank you Purple!

All parts arrived on the same day, got two hunky men to cart it upstairs and put it together and I haven't been happier and more comfortable in a bed EVER! Good customer service and was impressed with the packaging and speed of shipment. That mattress is C O M F O R T A B L E,, the under bed lighting is helpful and ooh lala that massage is heavenly. I initially purchased the twin xl Purple mattress. I liked it, but wanted a little more support. I contacted Purple, and they arranged an upgrade and exchange for a Purple Twin XL Plus instead. This is a perfect fit for me, providing the level of support I was needing. I'm happy with what I'm sure is the best mattress on the market, period!

We're about a month into our new mattress, and still love it. It's a great combo of squishy and firm, and it's really comfortable. The only drawbacks are 1) it's a lot lower than our old mattress, so it took some getting used to, and we may still put a boxspring or something under it to raise it a little. 2) This might not be a drawback for many people, but it's kind of wrecked naps for me; I fall asleep so deeply getting up after 20-30 minutes is realllly hard. We're definitely happy we bought it though!

Ordered my mattress. Was promised that it would ship within 3 days. It did not ship for several weeks. Every time i checked they told me a different day. Then was told i was getting a special upgrade which was actually just the same mattress with a new cover that they had switched to but they made me think i was getting something special for the long wait. Customer service was friendly but never actually answered any questions. Always felt like i was getting the run around. Didn't get my free bedding as a promotion for several weeks after the bed came. Bed is ok but certainly not worth all the trouble. Wouldn't do it again.
