My husband and I purchased the Original Purple mattress November 2018. I have hip pressure point problems and am a side sleeper. My husband gets occasional back pain and sleeps in any position. Since we received our Purple Mattress neither one of us has had any pain sleeping. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and we are in our 60's. I would highly recommend this mattress.

My husband LOVES our new Purple mattress. He has a degenerative disk in his lower back and at 6' and 170 lbs, the bed offers the perfect amount of support for him. I really like the bed. It's much more comfortable than the Temperpedic that we just moved away from. At 5' and 120 lbs, I find that the support is perfect for back and tummy sleeping but I'm not comfortable on my side. My hips ache. Overall, it's a good compromise for us. The only thing we agree is wrong with the bed is it's size. I'm not sure if it's the nature of the Purple support piece, but it's about 1/2" to 1" short all the way around. We can see the top of the king platform on each edge. The sheets fit well, though, so we are willing to overlook it.

I have had my king size Purple mattress for 2 months and am happy with it. The first week or two it felt too hard and I was cold as I was used to a soft, saggy old mattress and being hot. I did get used to the hardness and coolness after a few weeks and am now sleeping better than I have in ages. My back and hips feel were killing me every morning with my old mattress and I am feeling so much better now. I don't feel my husband moving around anymore as the Purple mattress is so much more quiet and still.

This is the most awesomest bed in the world especially if you have body pains. What used to take my husband hours fall asleep now is done in like 2 minutes. I had to go out of town recently and was I happy to get home to the PURPLE! Only complaints are the pillow and mattress are heavy. Well worth it though. When I washed my protector and sheets I dried them using low delicate heat. Sheets are fine the protector started melting in various areas. So now my protector does not protect. BUY The BED!!!

I've had the mattress for about 30 days. So far no complaints. It feels soft yet firm at the same time. I sleep on my stomach mostly and haven't had any issues. It definitely stays cooler than my old foam mattress. You have to try laying on one to truly understand how it feels.

First off I am 6'6" so not the shortest.. I have never bought a new mattress as they have always been a hand me down from a parent or good friend. We've had the mattress about a month and it have been a complete life changer. My fiancé and I have never slept better! It took a couple of night sleeps to get used to it and let our backs adjust back to how they are supposed to be after sleeping in a good bed. Now I wouldn't trade this mattress for anything else. I would say that there is not a better mattress out on the market! Anyone that owns a Purple knows what I'm talking about! Having had severe spine, arm, and skull fractures, I needed a mattress to alleviate some of the pain from such fractures. I have had this mattress for 25 nights. I do feel refreshed, but not entirely. I am hoping I just have to break the mattress in. Back does feel better, but only on certain nights. Could just be the way I sleep or maybe my pre-existing conditions, but I was expecting a bit more out of this mattress.

I was skeptical about purple and after months of back and forth decided to take the leap. I have slept on it for only 4 nights as of now. And I was terrified I made a bad choice the first and second night because when I first layed down it felt amazing! I had no pressure points which has never happened on any mattress I have tried! I fell asleep really quick which is unusual for me. It usually takes lots of tossing and turning and playing on my phone till I finally pass out, but with this mattress I was so comfy I just fell asleep! When I woke up the first am I was soooo sore!! I have scoliosis and chronic back shoulder and neck pain. But this was worse pain! I wanted to cry thinking It was all to good to be true. I decided to give it the full 30-45 days before I gave up. The second morning I woke sore but a little less than previous morning... ok. So now after the fourth morning I can tell you my back pain is less severe than it has been for YEARS! And only after 4 nights. I think maybe it is helping to readjust my back into proper alignment but idk. I am soooo excited now! And this am I was so comfy I didn't want to get up and take my son to school! Not sure if that's a pro or con ;) Uaually I am eager to get out of bed because it causes so much pain, so it was a nice change. I still have a good long trial to go on the bed and I will update if anything changes. I really hope that this bed holds up to what it is now promising me. And that it doesn't break down with time. Also another thing I noticed is I need to sleep with a blanket now. I'm not cold but just "normal" now I guess and can stand a blanket. I used to only use a sheet or nothing because my old bed was always so hot. It's nice being able to use my bedding now ;) Thank you PURPLE!!!! I still am shocked when I lay down at night and don't feel those pressure points in my hips and shoulders. ;) My husband hasn't gotten a chance to sleep on it because he is working away from home at the moment. But before he left he did lay on it and said he was pleasantly surprised. We were worried with his weight it might feel to form. But I think it will be ok ;) I want purple sheets and protector and pillows and butt coushions and everything else you geniuses come out with next. Sign me up! I am sad they are all so long to ship now though. But we can wait for perfection. Me 5' 4" 160lb Hubby 6' 270lb

I was skeptical at first when my daughter told me about the purple mattress and that she and her husband just bought and saying they just love it. Than they showed me the Goldie Locks video and I laughed so hard thinking it was just a spoof. Little did I know. The rest of the story is history. I did buy one and everything they said is true. This mattress is much better than I expected. I'm a side sleeper. With my old mattress, I would always wake up with my hip and shoulder hurting . My back would also hurt because my hips would turn a different way throughout the night which would cause my back to stay at a weird angle. With this new mattress, I feel great when I wake up! I also sleep all through the night rather than waking up once or twice. I was worried that I would regret this purchase, but I definitely don't! I am so happy I finally got a new mattress!
