I was weary about buying a mattress online. I did a TON of research and decided on the purple mattress for a few reasons. 1-the warranty 2- the reviews about how cool the mattress stays because of the grid technology (my husband is a hot sleeper) 3- the comfort. I am not disappointed!! This mattress is great and I find that I am sleeping all through the night where before I'd wake up often trying to get comfortable. Just buy the mattress! You've Got nothing to lose with the free return policy

Super comfortable matress and pillows, horrible order and delivery experience. Customer service doesn't know anything. Website promise to deliver mattress in 1-2 days, we waited more than a week. Last item in our order was delivered in a month! Pillow covers ordered from the website are twice bigger than "purple" pillow - customer service just recommended to wrap it around.. sounds pretty stupid, right? Delivery guys just throw items at the door - no ringing bell or anything. Awful experience ordering from you. Mattress and pillows are still great.

I am really enjoying my Purple mattress and Harmony pillow! We upgraded from a Queen memory foam type to a King Original Purple. I am a side sleeper and I was starting to have some aching in my hips on the old bed. It took a couple of days to get used to it, but now I sleep so well and there is plenty of room for myself, my husband and all 3 kids who like to pile on in the mornings.

We bought this mattress for my Mother-in-law when she came to live with us. She suffers from hip pain and could only sleep for 1-2 hr stretches. After sleeping on the Purple mattress she went from waking 4-5 x/night to once or twice and a experiencing a noticeable decrease in pain. She is sold!

Hi...I bought the purple 2,sheets and blanket. I also ordered the adjustable bed but had to cancel because they were a month out. I have back, neck and arthritis issues and a 270 sized person. The Purple ended up killing my lower back. I bought an adjustable frame from a local store. I would adjust the bed several times throughout the night due to pain waking me up. I dreaded going to bed every night but made myself give it a month break in. Im usually a back sleeper but I tried everything. I think it was just to soft for me. I really wanted this to work! I love things that are different....The return process was very simple and speedy enough. Purples customer service was probably the BEST Ive ever had to deal with from start to finish. I had an order issue but it was taken care of very efficiently and professionally. I was so happy with all interaction. The sheets are crazy awesome and the throw blanket was better than that. You will prolly never use another throw blanket if you like the super soft type. .....Bottom line is, Purple is for sure WORTH A TRY!....If in fact the bed works for your body, it will prolly be the best you will ever purchase....Good luck and I hope this helps. PS..I ended up buying The Dream Cloud and Im doing well but it does not have a plush top.

I have been honestly impressed with this mattress. My husband and I both have different sleeping preferences (he's a side/stomach sleeper, I'm a side/back sleeper) and this mattress has been great for each of us. It arrived sooner than expected, was easy to set up and has been cool and comfortable since we got it.

The purple nurple is comfortable and nice and accomodating yet bouncy. I feel like it starting to develop a slight depression where i sleep but havent really done anyting to verify that. Given that much of the matress is more standard foam i would expect this sort of change over time.

When our mattress first arrived, it was chaos because we could not find the inside packet containing the purple wrap cutter. It was not there. No worries. Once it was open, there was a slight odor but it went away in a few minutes. The bed frame was pretty easy to assemble. The mattress expands almost immediately. I put the Purple mattress cover on, then the Purple sheets. OK so these sheets felt absolutely amazing, so cool to the touch and so soft. But I went to sleep, and amazingly woke up this morning without a single ache in my shoulders, neck, or back!! This has not happened in a very long time. It was only the first night but I am in love. My husband is still indifferent, but he can sleep on or through anything. The only thing I would add is to make sure you have help for the larger sizes such as Queen or king. Ours is a king and my husband and I are in our early 50s in relativity good shape. It was a little struggle to get the mattress inside, through the house, and then onto the frame due to its weight. But if you're on the fence because you can't "try before you buy," this mattress is great regardless of your preferred sleep position. Go for it!

My wife was 7 months pregnant when we bought this mattress(base model size king). Both her and I wake up noticeably more rested. Their top grate material is really cool. It's a bit odd feeling at first when you run your hands across the bed but the feeling when you lay down is just wonderful. You don't feel any pressure points or even a part of your body that is holding more weight. It's like the bed comes to meet you at each point of your body. 10/10 this is the best you can get. I upgraded from a temperpedic firm

I have really loved my new purple mattress. It is very comfortable, does not transfer a lot of motion, and cradles you at the same time. My boyfriend always had the better mattress but now we like mine more given the lack of motion transfer. My friend also stayed in my bed while I was away and he said it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
